Non fatevi impressionare dall ingresso del palazzo (a Giza e spesso così) ma quello che troverete una volta saliti all’ultimo piano vi stupirà! Terrazza con vista piramidi spettacolare. Stanze nella media ma con servizio di pulizie ogni giorno, acqua disponibile ogni giorno, the, caffè e frigorifero. Staff molto gentile e disponibile: il primo giorno siamo arrivati alle 23 e ci hanno preparato un’ottima cena e l’ultimo siamo dovuti andare via alle 5 del mattino e ci hanno tenuto a prepararci una colazione take away. Qualità prezzo ottimo!

Excelente experiência, um espaço muito agradável, mas sobretudo numa simpatia e prestabilidade dos funcionários incrível. A todos os funcionários, um muito obrigado por ajudarem a transformar a estadia em Gizé inesquecível.

A zona envolvente pode não ser a mais agradável, mas a riqueza cultural é isto mesmo. Um frenesim típico.

I stayed here for 2 weeks over July/ August. First of all, there are a few previous comments about the area. It's only a problem if you're a bit stuffy. This is real Giza. Get out and explore. The people are warm and friendly and the area is completely safe. There are a lot of stray dogs as there are across Cairo but they are docile and were never a problem. There are some great coffee shops and patisseries just around the corner of the hotel. The adjacent supermarket is good and there is also a Carrefour, a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is at the top of the building but there are no issues with the lift. I was there during a 5.7 earthquake and all was fine. The entrance is welcoming - a few kids playing football most days were friendly and keen to say hello! The hotel is clean, dare I say, spotless and the staff could not be more genuinely friendly if they tried. They're as welcoming and warm as most Egyptians. The food is good but I'd also recommend Cafe Naguib Mahfouz in the Khan al-Khalili if you want proper koshary or Egyptian food. Shehab who was on the desk a lot, and another man who checked me in whose name I think is Muhammad were exceptionally friendly as was the lady whose name I didn't catch. The location is excellent for the GEM and the pyramids. The view is breath taking. The pictures do not do it justice at all. Uber into downtown is seriously cheap, safe, and pretty quick. £5 gets you across to the other side of Cairo! All my uber drivers drove carefully and didn't pressure for tips (although I tipped, of course!). The airport transfer was also a bonus. It's not free despite what Lonely Planet says but I'd recommend it for peace of mind. Rooms are spotless. Breakfast was excellent. I've been to Egypt several times (I'm an Egyptology under- and post-graduate) and this hotel is the best I've stayed in. I feel bad for not tipping more to be honest.

To be honest, there is nothing to report here, except the TV was hard to use. However, I used it as a welcome opportunity to switch off, unwind after a hot day and after all, with a view of the Great Pyramid, who needs a TV? I never even raised this minor issue to the hosts.

Отель отличный, вид с 13 этажа открывается шикарный, наверно лучший в гизе. Терраса чистая и уютная, завтракать с видом на пирамиды одно удовольствие. Можно попросить зонтик, если сильно печет. Насчет номера: он большой, очень чистый, большая кровать, много места для хранения. В ванной есть фен, с горячей водой проблем не было. Хочу отдельно отметить - все очень чистое и новое. Персонал вежливый, учтивый, помогли с обменом денег. Завтраки вполне сытные, есть овощи, фрукты. Без излишеств. Общий вердикт такой: если в планах посмотреть пирамиды и новый музей, смело рекомендую этот отель. В плане локации просто сказка, до главных достопримечательностей 10-15 мин. Очень приятно было здесь находиться!

Good location, it is elevated on the 13th floor so it feels very quiet and relaxing.

As a European traveller there was no bar or alcohol available at the accommodation. Also the surrounding streets are not great.

Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και πάντα με χαμόγελο και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν. Κάθε μερα μας καθάρισαν το δωμάτιο. Η θέα ειναι ΕΚΠΛΗΚΤΙΚΗ πραγματικά. Στον 13ο όροφο πολυκατοικίας με μία απο τις καλύτερες θέες στις πυραμίδες.

Η περιοχή είναι κάπως επικίνδυνη δε μπορείς να κυκλοφορήσεις αλλά αυτο ισχύει για όλη τη Γκίζα

Le séjour était parfait. L’emplacement idéal pour visiter les piramides et le grand museum. Le personnel est au petit soins et extrêmement gentil et aimable. Nous avons adoré ce lieu, la vue sur les pyramides est géniale.

Les chambres sont petites. Aucune chaine de télévision francophone. Malgré 4 ascenseurs; nous n'en n'avons trouvé qu'un seul où mon fils en fauteuil roulant pouvait à peine rentrer. Ces ascenseurs sont d'un autre âge avec les niveaux(13) qui défilent sans protection.. L'entrée au rez de chaussée surélevé ne reflète pas la qualité de l'hôtel au dernier étage.

Se réveiller le matin et voir les pyramides de sa chambre, un luxe absolu ! Petit déjeuner très complet et varié, servi si vous en avez envie sur le roof top. Personnel très attentionné. Très bonne adresse.

La porta del bagno non si chiudeva, pensavamo che la struttura si trovasse a una distanza minore dalle piramidi (ci si mette 15 minuti in macchina)

Tolle Rooftop-Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Pyramiden. Schönes Zimmer, nettes Frühstücksbüffet und aufmerksames Personal. Die Lage als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Pyramiden und des Grand Egyptian Museums ist genial. Durch den 13. Stock hört man den Straßenlärm nur noch gedämpft. Vermittlung von Touren innerhalb Kairos durch Rezeption.

Zimmer sind recht hellhörig. Wir hatten Glück, dass es kaum laute Nachbarn gab. Nebenan ist zurzeit eine Baustelle, die uns glücklicherweise kaum beeinträchtigt hat. Der Eingang zum Hotel ist recht abenteuerlich, wobei wir uns immer sicher gefühlt haben. Der Safe hat nicht funktioniert.

L'entrée de l'immeuble au rez de chaussée et les ascenseurs (vieux et pas rassurants) L'hôtel est au 13ème étage et là tout va bien.

La vista panoramica sulle piramidi è qualcosa di magico che mi porterò per sempre dentro. La possibilità di mangiare con uno dei panorami più belli del mondo oppure semplicemente di rilassarsi guardando dalla propria camera e dalla terrazza questa meraviglia è impagabile. Da segnalare positivamente l'estrema gentilezza dello staff, presente e mai invadente

Siamo stati due notti e tra una notte e l'altra non ci è stata sistemata/pulita la camera, a noi importava poco per cui sinceramente non l'abbiamo nemmeno segnalato. Il quartiere per chi non è abituato a questi posti può mettere un po' di soggezione, ma penso che tutto sommato sia solo una nostra impressione da italiani/occidentali. Comunque non ci siamo avventurati a piedi, abbiamo preferito sempre girare in auto.

The staff is super helpful and friendly. They are speaking very good English. The hotel is located in a quiet street near by the Pyramids. The view is stunning from the terrace. Good variety and quality of breakfast.

The room was not that clean, but I expected way more dirtier room in Cairo. So in general I would really recommend this hotel for a short stay.

A wonderful hotel located on the 13th floor of a high-rise building. The rooms are very well equipped, the breakfast is good, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The view of the pyramids from the rooftop is absolutely priceless and truly unforgettable. It is true that the hotel is next to a not fully finished residential building and the elevator is not the newest, but this does not affect the comfort of the stay at all. Once you step inside the hotel, everything is clean, welcoming and well organized. There is also a well-stocked supermarket right next door, and several restaurants are within easy walking distance, which makes the location very convenient. If you are looking for a place with an authentic atmosphere and one of the best pyramid views in Cairo, this hotel is definitely worth choosing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Giza.

La fantastica vista delle piramidi dalla terrazza è senz'altro il punto di forza. Così come la gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, sempre pronto a cercare di risolvere qualunque problema. Camera piccola ma pulita e con letto comodo. Silenziosa, che in una città caotica come Il Cairo è davvero un privilegio.

L'albergo si trova sul rooftop di un edificio in una zona molto popolare e piuttosto malridotta. E' molto carino quando lo si raggiunge ma il piano terra dell'edificio e nel percorso per arrivarci possono lasciare un po' scioccati. Anche se non abbiamo mai avuto nessun problema di sicurezza e non ci siamo mai sentiti in pericolo. Il collegamento wi-fi non funziona proprio benissimo e infatti è stato praticamente impossibile utilizzare la TV che era collegata alla rete. ma può darsi che sia un problema del paese nel suo insieme!

Un hôtel agréable avec une vue sur les pyramides comme promis. Le personnel est à nos petits soins, nous surprenant dès notre arrivée en nous faisant la visite des terrasses. Nous n’avons pas toucher nos valises jusque dans la chambre. Et quelle vue ! Les pyramides paraissent presque spectrales, elles sont magnifiques. Il se sont montrer empathique et prêt à nous aider pour n’importe quels services. Ils ont été des informateurs précieux quant aux activités prévus dans la journée. Les chambres sont moderne et la salle de bain est spacieuse. Je trouve qu’elles sont plutôt bien insonorisé pour dire qu’on se trouve au mieux de rues animés. Je recommande vivement l’hôtel, les centres d’intérêt tel que le grand musée ainsi que les pyramides se trouve non loin de la.

L’extérieur peut faire peur car l’emplacement de l’hôtel se trouve dans une petite ruelle dans les quartiers de Ghizeh mais c’est ce qui fait le charme de l’Égypte !

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta in questo albergo. Sempre molto comodo per visitare il grande museo e le piramidi. La vista dall’alto della terrazza eccezionale. Abbiamo preso la camera basica perché stavamo pochissimo ed è comunque confortevole. Colazione non molto ricca ma sufficiente. Personale cordiale.

Rispetto alla prima volta, abbiamo avuto più l’impressione che cercassero di approfittarsi un po’ delle escursioni. Ci hanno proposto 200 € per portarci al museo che è distante cinque minuti di macchina e una guida. Alla fine siamo andati da soli con due dollari di Taxi e 26 euro di biglietto.. non aveva veramente senso…

É la seconda volta che soggiorniamo qui. La vista sulle piramidi è impagabile. Il personale è gentilissimo e per me é una delle zone più piacevoli di Giza

La qualité du petit déjeuner. Le quartier est bien pourvu en magasins. Markets. fruit, pain ect... Si nous devons revenir au Caire dans cette partie de la ville nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the event location, but the experience was very disappointing. The property is off-road and the building is still under construction. The lift was barely functioning. I had booked a room with a pyramid view but the only thing visible was a broken wall. The amenities are old and poorly maintained. On a positive note, the lady at the reception was friendly. However, they charged an extra 30% when I amended my reservation and cancelled one night. At checkout, they refunded about €15 after I contacted Booking.com. Never again.

My room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and huge bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful, from those working at reception, serving at breakfast / on the terrace and the guys on the front door on the street to welcome you in. Breakfast each morning was one of the best I had in Egypt, lots of choices which changed each day and as a vegetarian I could eat pretty much everything! A lovely start to the day having breakfast on the terrace with a view of the pyramids, as was relaxing there after a days sightseeing. Tea/coffee and biscuits being offered on the terrace at the end of the day was lovely.

Staff is incredible! They go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant experience. The view to the pyramids is breathtaking. Great breakfast!

Personal: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeder Mitarbeiter: Gepäckträger, Security, Rezeption, Restaurant-Mitarbeiter haben ihr Bestes gegeben. Von der Rezeption haben Abdulrahman und auch andere Mitarbeiter jede Frage kompetent beantwortet und auf Kundenbedürfnisse eingegangen. Großes Lob an gesamtes Team. Es wurde eine hervorragende Silvester-Feier organisiert. Auch das im Restaurant bestellte Essen war schmackhaft.

Das heiße bzw. warme Wasser hatten wir leider mit einigen Unterbrechungen bekommen. Die Lage war sehr authentisch, für manche Europäer spannend und ungewöhnlich.

景色だけ。3日間で1日だけ天気が良くピラミッドが見えた。

Booking.comてば4人で予約したのに、ホテルは3人と登録されているといわれ追加料金を取られた。Booking.comの予約システムに問題あると話を聞いてくれず、泣き寝入りした。本当に嫌な想いをした。 また清潔感やエレベータの安全性に問題あり。

Mein Aufenthalt hier im Khan Duidar Inn hat mir super gefallen. Die Dachterasse mit dem Pyramiden-Blick war super schön. Ich habe immer draußen gegessen und habe es genossen. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend, lecker und vielseitig. Mein Zimmer war toll. Sehr geräumig, sauber und ich hatte einen eigenen Balkon mit super Pyramiden-Blick 👌 Das Personal war super nett uns wahnsinnig hilfsbereit, speziell "Khaled" mit dem ich mich auch mehrmals lang und nett unterhalten habe. Das Personal trägt einem das Frühstück hinterher bis zum Tisch, bringt einem alles nach zum Tisch. Es wird einem geholfen wo man kann, 24 Stunden lang. Man wird draußen auch zum Uber/Fahrer begleitet. Da ich am letzten Morgen nicht mehr frühstücken konnte da ich schon um 6:15 abgeholt wurde zum Flughafen haben sie mir eine ganze Tüte voll Essen mitgegeben. Ich bin wirklich froh mich für dieses Hotel entschieden zu haben und komme gerne wieder wenn ich wieder in Kairo bin. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Tutto perfetto. Vista strepitosa sulle piramide da una terrazza gigantesca sulla quale si aprono le portefinestre di tutte le camere. E’ la seconda volta che vengo in questo albergo perché non riesco a rinunciare a quel panorama. Servizi perfetti. Tutti estremamente gentili.

A l'arrivée on est un peu surpris à la vue de l'immeuble et il n'est pas évident que l'hotel est situé à cet adresse. Une signalisation plus visible faciliterait les choses.

The location of the property is really good and the pyramid view from the room and terrace is breathtaking. All the meals be it the breakfast, lunch or dinner were well prepared and deliciously cooked. The whole hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Khalid Ghonamy and Mr Yasser Alihi for helping me out with each and everything. Will surely stay again whenever I will visit Egypt.

On nous a fait payer un prix exorbitant pour dîner un soir à l’hôtel alors que le plat n’était pas fait maison et commandé sur un site et juste livré à l’hôtel. L’hôtel est vraiment loin de tout , juste proche des pyramides. Manque de coordination entre les différentes personnes de l’équipe.
