Trysil Alpine Lodge

Fully equipped kitchen, very clean, very spacious, quite a cozy place, beds were comfy. There is construction on the mountainside of the hotel, but we were on the other side and were not bothered by any of the noise.

The app used for the locks to the building and apartment had bugs - it would have been nicer to have physical keys. Otherwise an absolutely lovely stay.

Nøklene skulle ligge i postboks ved døren, det gjorde de ikke! Jeg ringte og traff på en hyggelig engelsk språklig jente/dame. Hun kom etter et par minutter og lagde nye nøkler til oss, og sjekket at leiligheten var ok. Bra service! Men ble veldig frustrert/irritert/oppgitt da ingen konvolutt lå med navnet vårt i postkassen. Det viste seg at den lå et annet sted, og det fikk vi oppklaring i etterpå. Det løste seg jo bra, men vi ble oppgitte da ingen konvolutt lå der til oss. Renhold var så som så, da det lå snus i dusjen og det var søl på gulvet ved sofaen. Bestikk skuffen fikk vi ikke opp, men fikk lirket ut noen gafler og kniver....

Be aware that the Apres Ski offering is mountainside and djs will be spinning with parties happening on the weekends late into the night. If you have light sleepers, don’t choose the Mountain View. Also there is construction work on the mountain side.

Beautiful apartment. Really well decorated and thought out, with plenty room for coat and shoe storage etc. Perfectly positioned in the resort. Loads of space for the family to lounge around without getting in each other's way. 3x separate bedrooms, all with loads of storage space and 2 really big bathrooms with fantastic, powerful showers. The living and dining areas were really spacious, with comfortable sofas and nice big table. Views were amazing. The biggest wraparound balcony commanded the best views of the resort.

The kitchen looked really nice but lacked space for food storage in any of the cuboards. This let it down a bit as there was so much room in the apartment, it could easily have been incorporated. We struggled with the heating as it was really warm and despite us trying to turn down all the thermostats to 17°, it remained at 23° and over. The alarm also sounded a few times to warn us that the outside temperature was high. I think the thermostat must be in full sun on the balcony as there's no way it was hot... we were on a ski holiday. We were forced to make a last minute booking here as our Airbnb accommodation that we had booked and paid for, was cancelled on us 4 days before we were due to travel. It was a lot more expensive than we had anticipated. I'm not sure it was worth what we paid, but as it was easter week and very last minute, we were just grateful for the room. We would definitely book again at a lower price point, but not sure we could justify the price as an annual cost.

The location of the apartments is great. The apartment was very clean and the facilities are very good quality. The staff were very helpful.

The apartments view over the car park wasn’t very picturesque. The apartment sleeps 8 people but the kitchen is not big enough for cooking for 8 people as there’s not enough work surface to prepare food. The beds were a little too soft for us.

Cost starting to go up noticing and not ideal as puts it in firing line of other ski resorts in terms of cost and whole mountain under SkiStar control with little independent places to eat, so when they expand this place a communal dinning area would make it very attractive

Kunne vært litt mer smidig med parkering ved ankomst. Vi visste ikke hvor vi skulle stå så måtte flytte bilen. Kom først ikke ut av p-huset, og det var ikke dekning der ned. Men fant en utgang etterhvet. Ingen big deal

Spacious, two bathrooms is a real plus with children.

There wasn’t any filter coffee machine available. By asking we got a machine for the week. For cooking there should be at least 5l saucepan available and at least two big pans. Washing machine should be available in the apartment. Noise from the construction should be taken into account when booking. Construction is really close and you are not able to relax at the balcony due to the noise.

We booked a “Studio Mountain View” apartment. The unit faced directly on an active construction site, incl. site offices, machinery & a crane, resulting in a significantly obstructed mountain view. In addition to the obstructed view, there was substantial construction noise from early morning. We were woken before 7am by excavators working directly outside the window, making it difficult to rest in the unit. The unit on the ground floor offered no privacy due to construction workers walking past throughout the day, as the site office entrance was directly opposite the unit's window & “balcony”, resulting in curtains needing to remain closed, removing all natural light & any usable view. The reception manager offered compensation for the construction disturbance, but it was later withdrawn after the stay. We were temporarily moved to another apartment for part of the stay, which we appreciated; however, this required packing & moving twice during a 7-night trip as the alternative room was booked. This wasn't an upgrade; it was a workaround for an unsuitable room. Trysil Alpine Lodge confirmed via email, “Information about ongoing construction work at the property is stated on the Booking.com listing, so guests are informed in advance that some disturbances may occur.” This is buried in the property information & does not make clear that a “Mountain View” room may, in reality, face directly onto a construction site. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to the mismatch between what was booked & what was provided, & the failure to honour the agreed compensation, which is a complete misrepresentation.

Det kändes inte färdigt ännu. Det fick inte att reglera temperaturen och det var på tok för varmt i lägenheten. Det saknades termostater, ventilationsrör rör stack ut ur väggarna och sig bara avsågade ut. I korridorerna var det omålade gipsskivor på sina ställen.

Loistava sijainti aivan rinteiden vieressä. Siistit ja uudehkot tilat, lisäksi lukolliset lasketteluvälineiden säilytyskaapit. Huoneessa oli kaikki tarvittava ja henkilökunta ystävällinen.

Fijn appartement, vlakbij de piste. Vanuit de berging een smalle weg over en je kan de groene piste af. Vandaaruit kan je de gondel in of eerst met de sleeplift en dan met de lift omhoog.

Het enige wat ik miste was een grote theemok. En de screens zitten aan de buitenkant, dus als het waait, dan bonkt dat tegen het kozijn.

Apartment good inside, comfortable, nice bathroom, and ski drier wardrobe. Ski locker room was excellent, and ski-in/ski-out location was very good.

Building work right outside the apartment offers no privacy, and diggers rumble past at 7 a.m. each day. The room is noisy overnight with the sound of running water and heating systems. When we complain, we're not moved, and promised blinds, but nothing comes back until I submit a formal complaint. Compensation was agreed, but we are still waiting for that. When booking, avoid the ground-floor apartments looking up the mountain, as they have workmen outside it all day from 7 a.m. In fact, all ground-floor apartments have no privacy, as they don't have privacy screens, just curtains, so to get privacy, you're in the dark. When the building next door is completed, the apartments sold as having a view up the mountain will have nothing but another block to look at.It needs to be a stop for the airport ski buses, as it's a tough trek with bags from the nearest stop.

Modern 'Norwegian/Trysil' style apartments in a central location within the Trysil ski area. The apartment was in good condition and didn't feel worn down by frequent use. The facility is fully equipped for ski and MTB seasons, with useful features such as ventilated gear storage.

Our apartment was on the second floor on the mountain side, but the mountain view was non-existent. Instead, we were looking directly into a massive construction site with building barracks just 30 meters away. While the noise was a factor, the biggest issue was the sight and the constant construction activity. From 07:00 to 19:00 workdays, there was continuous movement and work right outside our windows, which felt intrusive and ruined the atmosphere. When I raised these concerns, management simply pointed to a fine-print disclaimer regarding construction noise. This felt like a legal 'risk mitigation' strategy designed to protect the property from claims rather than a genuine effort to inform potential guests. The disclaimer failed to mention the obstructed view caused by the heavy activity immediately outside the room. Despite this, they were unwilling to offer a room change or any form of compensation. My advice to future guests: Skiers: If you are a ski fanatic and only need a place to sleep, the lack of a view might not bother you. Mountain Seekers: If you want an undisturbed view or a relaxing environment, avoid the mountain side. You will be looking at barracks and workers all day. Check the status: I highly recommend checking their official homepage for construction status updates and verifying exactly where your apartment is located before booking. Floor Level: Lower-level apartments (mountain side) are the most impacted. If you stay here, aim for the highest floor possible to try and look over the construction equipment.

Vores lejelighed stemte ikke overens med billederne på booking.com. Jeg har indsendt billeder i en anden mail. Det var byggeplads lige udenfor vores soveværelser. Der lå et brev hvor Trysil Alpine Lodge skrev , at der ville ske sprængninger på byggepladsen fra kl 8.30 - 16.30. Mandag til torsdag . De startede dog deres maskiner op kl 7 og nogle dage sluttede de først kl 18.30. Det var virkelig en misvisende information . Det kan godt være de ikke sprængte i de tidlige morgentimer , men der kørte gravkøer, boremaskiner og lastbiler rundt lige udenfor .

We were unable to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level—it was either too hot or too cold—and in one room the heating did not work at all (the temperature there was only 18 °C). A playground for young children would also have been a great addition.

Очень хороший номер, прекрасные виды на Трюсиль. До подъемников 50-100 м, что очень удобно. Близко до кафе и прочей инфраструктуры, не очень далеко до супермаркетов (пару минут на авто). Подземная парковка порадовала, не нужно оставлять авто на морозе. В номере есть стиральная машина, сушка для вещей, кофемашина, микроволновка, бокалы и много посуды. Кровати великолепные, сон был как у младенца, спали после лыж сразу и надолго. Попали в сезон активных полярных сияний, но увы, из-за туч не увидели ничего)). Шумоизоляция на высоте. Мы не слышали никого и ничего вообще

В номере не хватает кухни для готовки, может быть, плиты... Неудобно, что сауна находится в соседнем здании и до неё нужно пройтись около 150м. В номере несколько раз наступал на сосновые иголки, вероятно, от прошлых жильцов. Иногда за отелем, как я понимаю, взрывают камни, где идет стройка. В такие моменты дом дрожит и я ловлю флешбек, словно я снова в Украине. Меня это не пугало, но мою девушку немного да. В целом, это все небольшие мелочи, отель и расположение нас очень порадовал

Skøn beliggenhed lige til pisten og dejlig lejlighed med udsigt. Fint med linned, viskestykker, karklude og håndklæder og med opredte senge. Tidlig tjek-ind kl 13.00 mod ekstra betaling.

Der var party/larm i lejligheden over os til midt om natten kl. 04.00 en nat. Gav besked i receptionen, som tog hånd om det.

Sengene var gode lydtæt i forhold til naboer

Varmesystemet var ikke ok de første 3 dage, det tog 3 dage, inden diverse medarbejdere fandt ud af, at det måske ikke var 'de danskere der vil have meget varme' Is i ventilationen endte med at den blev slukket for natten, da de ikke kunne gøre noget før næste dag - der blev en meget tung luft og hovedpine i løbet af natten - og varmemesteren var ikke helt tilfreds med at den blot blev slukket for natten uden hans viden... Byggeri og larmende maskiner lige uden for vinduet (sprængning er ok det tog ikke lang tid) Nøglekort virkede ikke særlig godt til lejligheden (resten af huset virkede de godt) - fik skiftet en del For lidt plads til alle skiene i skabene (lejlighed til 8 personer men max plads til 6 par ski) Kun 1 parkeringsplads til 8 personers lejlighed Ingen ledning til lamperne i det ene værelse Sofaerne ser flotte ud, men kan kun bruges til at ligge i - det var ikke til glæde for hverken unge eller ældre

Efficient check in with friendly staff, simple questions were often met with blank looks which leads me to think that the staff need more training. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, good bathrooms, overall the room itself was great.

No facilities at all other than ski lockers, listing showed different. Front desk was often unmanned meaning that if you need anything you're on your own. Blinds on the windows rattled and banged with the slightest gust of wind making for interrupted sleep.

Placering, udsigt og faciliteter.

Vi savnede en vaskemaskine og et tørreskab. Der manglede spisebordsstole, udvalg af køkkenudstyr kunne godt være lidt bedre. Oprydning i køkkenskufferne ville være en god ide. Det virkede lidt for meget til, at man blot lod det stå, som de forrige gæster i lejligheden havde efterladt. Så oprydning og struktur på de mange køkkenskabe, som trods alt var tilgængelige. Eks.var en af køkkenskufferne fyldt med brochurer på diverse hårdehvidevarer. Et skab var fyldt med “glemte ting” fra tidligere ophold… etc.

Sen incheckning kl 17. Kostade extra pengar om man ville checka in tidigare. Inga kaffe kapslar ingick till kaffemaskinen.

Bra läge - nära pister/lift. Praktisk också med förvaringsutrymme för skidutrustningen.

Mitt sovrum var alldeles för varmt, mellan 22-23 grader. Jag vaknade därför flera gånger per natt. Bad receptionen om hjälp ett flertal gånger, men de lyckades inte sänka värmen, trots att det fanns en termostat på rummet. Till slut kom deras vaktmästare förbi och konstaterade att det var fel på termostaten i just mitt rum. Han förslog att jag skulle meddela receptionen och kanske få en viss kompensation. Jag gjorde detta vid hemkost, men fick då svaret att det inte var något fel på värmesystemet.

We love this property, this was our second trip. Ski in ski out is excellent. Our kids love it here.

Сподобалось усе. Розташування готелю просто 10 зірок. Писалося що до гірок 50 метрів але на справді напевно 30 метрів. В номері є усе що вам потрібно. Наш номер був з видом на город і на чудові гори. Персонал на ресепшині просто супер все що вам потрібно вони реагували швидко і вирішували усі ваші проблеми. Дуже дякую цьому готелю за чудові 5 днів перебування тут. Приїдемо сюди ще раз. Рекомендую 👍❤️

Bra läge.

En parkering för en lägenhet för 8 personer är inte rimligt. Det borde ingå minst två parkeringsplatser. Kaffebryggare saknades. Torkskåp saknades.

Wow what a property, literally ski in ski out. Cosy, warm, comfortable beds, modern and aesthetically pleasing. Everything we needed for a 3 day stay with friends. Staff were friendly and the bonus of the dishwasher and washing machine was great! We went back to use the toilet and could literally see my husband on the button lift which was surreal! Best ski resort we’ve ever been to! We will be back with our daughter next year! Thanks for having us!

Fjernkontrollen til TV fungerer ikke. TV er LG og fjernkontroll er Samsung. (Telenorboksen fungerte og vi fikk styrt TV fra en mobilapp, så det var ikke kjempeproblematisk)
