too many niggles for the place to be enjoyed. Starting with the salty tap water that is quite unpleasant. the bed frame creaked all night and the mattress was too soft. The food was just OK but not memorable. Booking.com did not do a through job explaining that I could have chosen a specific room if I had used their website and we ended in the worst room of the entire place with machinery droning all day just above.

Our room might be one of the few in the hotel that doesn’t have an ocean view, which is ok and we knew about, but we felt it was a bit overpriced p ce we saw the other rooms. Might be due to the high season which again is entirely comprehensible.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2024My son and I are kiteboarders and stayed at Todo Bien while kiting in La Ventana. This was our first time in La Ventana. The hotel and staff were amazing. The view of the water and kiters from the outdoor bar/terrace was extraordinary and did not become old even after a 7-day stay. The food was also outstanding - my favorite were the very fresh tuna tostadas. The staff were extremely pleasant, particularly Hector, Haime, and Fernando. One other major positive is that one can also launch directly from the beach at Todo Bien, and instructors are able to meet you at the beach. I can understand why people we met at the hotel noted that they stay at Todo Bien every time they visit La Ventana.

Reviewed Sep 27, 2024La habitación en la que nos quedamos fue nuestra favorita ever! Las atenciones de todo el personal es excelente, la de paola también. La comida es rica. Muy contentos. Lo malo que vimos es que la alberca aclimatada y el jacuzzi no tenían encendidos el calentador, así que al meterse el sol, se sentía mucho frío el estar ahí.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2024What a lovely oasis in Baja!! The property was beautiful. Pride of ownership was everywhere in the attention to detail where ever you turned. Small thoughtful amenities, yoga mats in our room, games in the dining room. Lovely outdoor seating areas. Our room was amazing with its fireplace on the patio, comfy coach and chairs. Stay and enjoy this lovely hotel and its wonderful staff.

We really liked the quiet time when they turn all the lights out and you can relax in the pool and enjoy the stars. We had a few well made alcoholic beverages and the food from the restaurant was delicious.

Parfaite plage pour le kitesurfing, au pied de l’escalier. Toute la famille est tombée sous le charme de ce petit resort et de la chatte de l’hôtel.:)

Reviewed Nov 10, 2022The facilities and service are high quality. Everything was exceptional except that I never realized that there are two airports in Baja California. The closest to la Ventana is La Paz. Since I booked my flight to Los Cabos airport, I had to rent a car and it was already dark, so I decided to stay in a cheap hotel near to San José del Cabo. It was painful to loose the night, but it was compensated with the treatment and the connection to meet the right people to go to see the dolphins. After that I did not think about the money I lost. I will come back, but earlier and with more people.

They made food for us to take on 2 excursions and arranged a great boating experience with Enrique. we were picked up right on the Hotels beach and saw whales , snorkeled on the island around corral reefs, swam with sea lions at La Reina light house and caught dorado . we had the best room on the property with a kitchenette for and made our own fresh coffee every morning .
