The room and the bathroom were very big. The location was great.

There was no window, only a fake window, although there were pictures with a window and there was a smell in the room cuz there was a vent only in the bathroom. Also the room was not clean. The walls were very dirty, I found it really strange .

Not very clean. Very noisy. Rather sketchy area, surrounded by love hotels, there were card offering servieces at the door of the hotel. You can't open the windows, nor see through them.

住宿地點佳,附近有很多店可以吃,離早餐EGG DROP 西面樂天後門店很近,濟州家釜山西面店的鮑魚粥也在不遠處, 房間很大,有二個獨立空間各有一張雙人床和一台電視,(超級滿意,小孩可以各自看自己喜歡的電視) 最意外的是浴室附有一個超大型浴缸!

房間的冷氣出風口剛好對準床,晚上睡覺時頭會一直吹到風,比較不舒服!

L’hôtel est très bien situé. La chambre est spacieuse, la salle de bains est très belle, avec des produits de qualité pour se doucher. Nous avons apprécié utiliser la machine à laver et le sèche linge. Eau à disposition.

Une mauvaise odeur venant des canalisations pénalise un peu l’hôtel.

可能是我們不清楚韓國旅館的一些規則，我們住了四個晚上，是沒有人來清理的，但是我想可能是我們沒有特別去要求，如果有要求，或許會清理？這我就不確定了。

The staff were so lovely and very accommodating! The hotel was quite cute, fairly clean and the location was perfect, it felt close to lots of places.

I find a few strands of other hair in my bed, and there was a bit of sewer smell in the bathroom, but overall it was a nice place.

La habitación es genial, muy grande y limpia y moderna, Luces, aire, todo se realiza con el mando de la tele, tiene un armario secador y planchador. Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de las estaciones de metro, así que la comunicación con toda la ciudad es muy fácil.

√訂房app介紹房間內有洗衣機，實際上只有1樓停車場的洗衣間，有一組公用洗衣機和乾衣機 √房間很大，但冰箱很小(只有冷藏功能)，能放7-8瓶600mll寶特瓶 √淋浴熱水不夠熱，水流量不大不小，勉強剛好

There was no natural light in the room, which was quite a surprise. The window opened onto a very narrow alleyway (approx 2" from the wall of the next building) ave very little light could find is way in. The windows had black out material on them so when closed, no sunlight whatsoever came into the room. The bed was very firm, which might be common in SK.

Hotel in posizione strategica, a 5 min dalla metr, vicino a fermata dei BUS e in zona centrale, in un'area ricca di ristoranti e attività commerciali. Camera pulita e abbastanza spaziosa, con arredamento semplice. Bagno grande e funzionale.

Camera con solamente una finestra microscopica che si affaccia sul palazzo di fronte a distanza di pochi metri. Non era possibile aprire la finestra se non in minima parte. Non vi sono spazi comuni né possibilità di cucinare/riscaldare cibo

1. A little dodgey location, felt very love motel-y and was on a dodgey street, opposite clubs/pubs. They also offered hourly room rates….. 2. Staff weren’t very welcoming or friendly, they only allowed check in from 4pm and our luggage’s were kept in the lobby area instead of a secured storage room 3. Rooms weren’t properly maintained - my room came with 4 hand towels and no bath towels, had to request for it. Apart from shampoo, soap, and conditioner, you will have to pay for everything else. 4. I messaged to ask the property whether the rooms came with windows and while they assured me the rooms came with windows, the view was the literal building next door, which was not even a metre away. The windows are completely frosted though and they have a sliding “door”(?) almost that prevents you from having any sort of “view”. Basically it’s having a room with no windows. 5. They DO NOT offer room make-up services. They give you the option to empty the trash or change towels. These options need to be explicitly told to the lobby/concierge or else IT WILL NOT be done. Same goes for bottled water. They do not replenish it unless you ask for it A full make up service is only available when you stay for 3 nights.

Great location, with a beautiful and spacious bathroom. A nice bonus was the free bottled water in the fridge.

Our stay was highly disappointing due to several issues. The room lacked fresh air because the window could hardly open. There was also non stop noise disruption from the elevator and upstairs neighbors dragging things across the floor day and night. To make matters worse, the bed was uncomfortable, the AC was incredibly loud, and the towels provided were ridiculously small (more like child-sized towels).

Staff were very friendly. There was a free water station on the first floor so we were able to fill our water bottles. Bathroom was spacious. Beds were movable so we pushed them together so our children could sleep safely.

Laundry machine was free (3000 KRW for detergent and dryer sheet) but it took 5 hours total. There is only one machine. There is a coin laundry place called “The Laundry Self Service Laundry” in the first floor of a building about 4 minutes from the hotel. They had huge machines that could wash in 20 min and dry in 20-30 min.

It was a clean room and on a good location

There was a very little window in the room, which does not enlighten the room at all and you have to use the light all the time

Hotel walking distance to eatery and shopping. Just 3min walk to Lotte mall and MRT station. Check in and check out was easy no physical contact using automate machince. Toilet ammeties not provide so if required to purchase.

Purtroppo la finestra della camera non era apribile, quindi zero ricambio d’aria, nonostante ci sia un condizionatore.

洗衣機跟烘衣服只有各一個。很少。 走廊太暗。

一人で利用させて頂きましたがドアが2枚扉で安心して宿泊出来ました！室内も綺麗に保たれていて不衛生な部分は無かったです！また市内から近くて駅などショッピングモールや大通りから近いのでアクセスは抜群です！

We booked a room with two double beds and a sofa bed- there was no sofa bed, and staff informed us this was standard. This should have been communicated to us or obvious when booking, as we had to book another room

Riscaldamento a pavimento davvero troppo alto. Sia io che la mia famiglia abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte in pieno inverno. Suggerirei di tenere la temperatura molto più bassa

The staff was kind and friendly and described us everything we had to know as we were checking in perfectly and easily. The rooms are very spacious and welcoming and the bathroom was immense, pretty uncommon but very appreciated! 10/10 we'll come here back in the future!

Exceptional everything. Large rooms, with great showers. Free use of laundry room. Very well priced and great area!

Hot water in the shower is not as hot as can be, but not a big issue. Still plenty hot enough for a good shower.

Although this apartment looked great on arrival, I think it was designed by someone who has never lived in a house. The kitchen had no sink. The bathroom had no bench space. The bedrooms had a very small bench only. The lift well was very noisy and I needed earplugs to sleep through.

The hotel is very nice, new and clean. The room has everything we need. Just lie on the bed and control everything via the tv remote. The location is very central, near the train station so you can go everywhere. There are convenient stores around the hotel. The price is very reasonable compared to the excellent service quality. The manager was very enthusiastic in helping us call a taxi, he was very friendly. Next time we will continue to choose the hotel

Great air conditioning and massive TV with Netflix Very good location as it was only a short walk to Seomyeon station, with nearby shopping streets just as close by. Definitely recommend. Can leave your luggage here prior to check in, but they appear to leave it on the ground floor out in the open (CCTV monitored however)

Provided towels were a little small but not a big deal. No microwave inside the room, but there was one near the entrance in the ground floor

the location was really convenient! there's a great 24-hour gukbap restaurant just down the road. the staff were really helpful and nice! we really enjoyed our stay!

The location is great, in the heart of seomyeon, surrounded by shops and restaurants, 5 min from the subway. The room is big, with air condition,, the shower is great, the check in and check out easy. The receptionist speaks English and gives good advices if you need some, he is very friendly!

Clean rooms. They provide your water in the room and also water in the lobby. There is 24 hour staff and they can clean your room for free if you request it. They also gave us a very strong hair dryer. Nice staff, clean rooms, easy check in and check out. Would recommend

The towels are very small (like a hair towel) but they’ll give you more if you ask.

The staff were very helpful and they had a washing machine and dryer which were available for guests and you could buy detergent at the front desk. The location is fantastic it's really quiet but only a couple of streets away from lots of restaurants and bars and it's handy for the metro and buses too.
