Öncelikle online check in olacağı hakkında bilgimiz yoktu aradılar ancak yoldaydım açamadım açsamda yabancı dilim telefonda konuşacak kadar değil. Bu yüzden kapıda beklemek zorunda kaldık ve 5-10 dakika checkin yapmaya uğraştım. Muhattapta yoktu. Böyle bir sisteminiz varsa mesaj yoluyla şifreleri göndermeniz ve mesaj yoluyla iletişime geçmeniz daha sağlıklı olur. Odada duvar nem almış ve nem kokusu vardı. Havlular çok eski duruyordu. Duş başlıkları eski ve bakımsızdı. Bir daha tercih etmeyecegim bir tesis olacak.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Everything was perfect – the place was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The location is excellent, and there is free parking available right in front of the property, which is a great advantage. We were especially impressed that the owner had turned on the air conditioning before our arrival, so the room was already cool and comfortable when we got there. It was a thoughtful gesture, especially in the hot weather. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026This is an excellent choise for short or long visit in Thessaloniki. The apartment was really nice and comfortable equipped with everything anyone needs. The location is great specially if you have a car. Thessaloniki center is about 10' by car or bus. There is also a big mall just near by.
Every door opens with a keypad and it is a little bit difficult for older people to access.

Скажем так номер неплохой, но на люкс не тянет тем более на улучшенный как было заявлено. Нужно улучшить что то по парковке, когда заявляется парковка то подразумевается что она на территории отеля, а не искать вдоль улицы место.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Studio je bio izuzetno čist, komforan i opremljen, na odličnoj lokaciji 3 min. hoda do One Salonika shoping mola, a bilo je slobodnih mesta na parkingu ispred i oko zgrade koji se nije naplaćivao, udaljenost do centra je nekih 20-30 min. laganog hoda, smešten je u mirnom i bezbednom kraju, dušek na francuskom ležaju je bio veoma udoban a i jastuci, sve preporuke

Malesef temiz değildi odada her girdiğimizde kötü bir koku vardı. Evin içinde karınca istilası vardı akşamdan akşama kaldık geceleri karınca temizledik malesef. Yatakları çok rahatsızdı.

The towels could be renewed. Not very easy to get to the Aristotelous Square without uber (by walking) in the hot Thessaloniki summer days. (not a big problem). We had a few problems finding a parking space on the street but we managed

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Δύσκολευτήκαμε πολύ να μπούμε από την είσοδο, αν δεν ήταν οι φίλοι μας που ήταν ποίο νέοι νά μας βοηθήσουν θά φεύγαμε. Ο κωδικός ήρθε πολύ αργότερα, δύσκολευτήκαμε και με την είσοδο του διαμερίσματος. Ο κωδικός ήταν πάνω στο χερούλι της πόρτας πού όταν τό ακούμπησαμε καταλάθος φάνηκε τό πληκτρολόγιο για τον κωδικό. Ενώ ήμασταν ταλαιπωρημένη από το ταξίδι έπρεπε να ψάξουμε να βρούμε τα μηνύματα περιμέναμε να έρθουν οι κωδικοί κτλ. Ανθρώπινη παρουσία δεν υπήρχε για να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Ήταν καθαρό αλλά οι πετσέτες βρεγμένες καί πολύ φθαρμένες.
Δεν υπήρχε κάποιος νά σε εξυπηρετήσει, βρεγμένες πετσέτες, κουβερλί τρύπιο, καθυστέρηση να έρθουν οι κωδικοί για να μπούμε στο διαμέρισμα

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026First, we got room 101, which was an absolute disaster. The door handle was broken, the chair was broken, the bed was broken... Everything looked old, worn out, and smelled unpleasant. We contacted the property, and they told us they would give us another room in the morning. They also sent us an email with instructions to check out of room 101 by 11 a.m. So we left the room at 11 a.m. but didn't receive the new room until 3 p.m. We were then given room 201, which, compared to room 101, was better. It didn't look nearly as dirty, although we found a used razor in the shower, and the door handle was broken there as well. Still, it felt like heaven compared to room 101.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Apartman je nov čist i ima sve što je potrebno. Parking ispred zgrade na ulici,ali na 200 m je veliki besplatni parking ispred trznog centra. Od apartmana možete busom 12 do Aristotelovog trga za 60 centi a kola besplatno ostaviti ispred zgrade. To je velika prednost ovog apartmana. U zgradi na prizemlju imate samousluzni lobi-kafic za kafu caj.
Ako se vraćate pesaka nocu iz grada jedan deo nije baš prijatan,kao neki geto. Ali nikakvih problema nismo imali,samo eto napomena. Tople vode nije bilo, jer nismo upalila prekidač a domaćin je lepo u mejlu napisao da upalimo, na stolu takodje stoji uputstvo gde se pali. Obratite pažnju na to. Mada sam ja zvala domaćina i poslao je instrukcije.

Οι πετσέτες και τα σκεπάσματα ήταν φθαρμένα.Η λινή κουβέρτα που μας αφήσανε για σκέπασμα ήταν τρύπια. Τα χαρτιά υγείας ήταν μετρημένα δύο και δεν υπήρχε προσωπικό για εξυπηρέτηση. Και το πιο βασικό,λόγω του ότι η περιοχή ήταν λίγο περίεργη,η πόρτα η κεντρική δεν έκλεινε. Κατά τα άλλα ήταν καλό.Το κρεβάτι άνετο,η τοποθεσία βολική και τα δωμάτια καθαρά.
