The booking was last minute but they were helpful and well prepared! Wifi worked well, hot and cold wayer, strong flow to shower head, toilet flushed well, sockets all around, towels, sherts smelled fresh, ac in bedrooms, living area spaceous, washing machine.

The showers leaked badly. The TV sound did not work properly. The owner would not provide a receipt.

Holes in the sheets, slight mildew smell in kitchen Had patio doors but couldn't use patio, showers in bathroom, one had no shower head, and both were quite build up with mildew

The location was easy access

The apartment was untidy. There was cigarette buds on the floor. The place would have been clean before arrival.

Taxi is a bit pricey.

If you’re looking for a cheap affordable place to stay around the Christ church area this will be a place for you. It’s on the older side so I guess it pays off with the price they are asking for compared to others in the area.

More can be done about cleaning the area. Better pillows and more amenities for guest.

Good location in proximity to the airport. However, not much can be accessible by foot. The only restaurant that was within walking distance was Mulligans at the Gold Club.

Booked 2 bedroom apartment, got there and no one there, called host and told he would be 30 mins, did not turn up, then had a taxi take us to his other property, gave us no details and when we got there, it was backstreets of Bridgetown, disgusting motel, horrific room, terrible bed. Charged us 120 bds and was rude, then left us to find our way out of the hellhole in the morning, flew home 5 days early..

The place was dirty the shower curtains awful the window edges black moss the stair case black needs to power wash the wash room omg you can ask the other tenants the ones down stairs broken toilet seats it had cocoroches flies the price on the website is one price the man charged us a different price....not gd never going to recommend or ever stay there again the bed was like a box bed

Nobody to meet us with keys as promised. Air conditioner not working. Electrical double switch missing with bare wires coiled in back-box.

I confirmed my stay at Christmas Eve. I emailed the property manager the morning of my travel I will be there, when I got there I called no answer from the manager it went to voicemail. I used the taxi phone called no answer from the manager it went straight to voicemail. I had to returned to the airport and sleep there which was uncomfortable. I would like to get my refund for taking and returning with the taxi please. Me me my family had a bad experience. I had a an elderly with me as well.

The location was not only convenient in terms for accessing public transportation, but also the environs was very quiet and safe.

On the surface, the apartment appears spotless. However, on closer inspection the apartment is in need of a deep cleaning. Further, they may want to consider making adjustments to the lower kitchen cabinets since the upper ones are extended beyond the lower ones, it makes it uncomfortable when washing dishes and using the countertops for preparation of meals.

Smooth transaction no issues

There seems to have been a communication problem.The owner use his key to access the apartment without knocking . Though we kept saying hello when the door was being opened .There should be more towels when the guests stay is longer than 2 days .Unable to use the kettle because it was dirty .

The room was full of dead cockroaches The room was too hot even with the aircon on Toilet in the main bedroom didn't have water. I had to go to the other room for toilet. I asked the host to send me my invoice and still has not sent anything.

The location was fine for our travel interest.

The host disturbed me while I was resting at midnight. The air conditioning in one room was not working, and we could see numerous cockroaches during the night. Moreover, he used disrespectful communication, requesting things we did not get (keys).

Property was in a location not far from the airport

The bathroom was not adequate, toilet facing the wall you had to sit sideways. A lot of mild around the shower head. The room we were in lack scenery you just overlooked into someone’s backyard. The handles on the door were rusted. Very little kitchen worktop for food prep or even to wash up. No clean sheets or towels for the guests. No AC in the main living/dining room, only AC in the bedrooms. The host demanding we pay in USD which we did not have, so ended up having to go to the cash point to withdraw BBD as he couldn’t wait until morning. Why was we not allowed to pay by card? And why was this not specified in the description. Also the beaches are not close and you have to drive or take public transport to get there. Addressed issues with the host and he was not interested to come have a look.

The property was very misrepresented and was nothing like what was advertised. The overall property was poor I.e- a family of 7 given four towels, rusty plug hole, cracked glass in shower, no shower curtain, utensils limited. Overall just very poor

The apartment is spacious.2 bedroom.1 ensuite and 1 common toilet. Both rooms have air conditioners and they are powerful. Location is opposite to the Barbados Golf club so one can get bus from the stop near the house to Oistin and Bridgetown as well as the Rockly beach.Oistin is about 15 mins on the buses and it has the Massy superstore that pretty much will suffice all the grocery needs. The host was nice and likes to have a chat. Sheets and towels were clean.

House had lot of cockroaches and flies.The host offered to change the room after sending a spray which was not good enough.We had already unpacked and were not sure if the other room would be any better.We stayed there for 3 nights as the hurricane Beryl disruptions did not allow us to get out earlier ..Killed quite a few cockroaches everyday. Limited space for kitchen and very limited pans/utensils. Washing machine and Oven are pretty old but they are functional.

Proximity to the airport, rooms were clean looking. good for a one-night stay when you want to stay close to the airport.

Not enough towels or soap. and no reception to provide those. They only accept cash, could have been notified earlier. Could not find any restaurants close by that's walking distance. found few Cockroaches. The bathroom for one of the bedrooms were just part of the bedroom itself without any doors or exhausts.

The location was satisfying.

The balcony and table top were not adequately cleaned. Only two towels were provided, which was insufficient for four guests. Furthermore, no blankets were provided. There was no frying pan, the kettle had electrical issues, and the dining room chairs were unstable. While the female host was courteous, the male host's professionalism was lacking.

The facility was reasonable but in a poor neighbourhood

POOR SERVICE The owner was downright rude and disrespctful and demanded more money than was quoted and ordered me out of her property when I questioned it and asked for a receipt; which I did not get. I also questioned whether she might have provided a tea bag. This woman is bad for your good name.

Neither toilet in proper order. Air con only working in one room. Lack of clean and modern facilities. Had to pay in cash, and no receipt provided, arguing with Booking.com as we require it for insurance. Do not recommend.

Our host was wonderful. The apartment was clean and simple.

There could’ve been sufficient towels for the 3 guests in our party.

Location for Airport was perfect. Given other room/apartment rates in the area the rate for the Mariner apartment was really good good value. Gentleman ( apologies for forgetting his name ) with keys was spot on & was there at the exact time.

The Property was very clean and Tidy, and in a good location, it was 10 mins drive from the local Oistins bay, and 15-20 minutes drive from the Airport. The Barbados Golf club was located opposite the property which came in Handy for meals. You could grab a local taxi (D3) from the main Road for 3.50 Bajan dollars which will take you as far as Bridge Town.

We occupied the room on the lower ground at the rare of the property which was quite dark and dingy! The lounge area wasn’t very comfortable for us to chill out before heading to bed. The shower in the rear bedroom was super tight, no room to manoeuvre with ease.

It was big but no living room chairs or couch

It was dirty. The fridge was left with food. The sink was dirty and was not cleaned .The microwave had a Tupperware with food that smelled. l.Also, the room I booked and paid more for was not available, and I was told it was given to someone who was staying longer .I did ask for a discount, which I did get.lot of issues with the hot water for shower and washing didn't like the cash payment need better options. I had booked longer, but when I saw so many inconsistencies, I shortened my stay. Payment policies have to be changed cleaner rooms, and fixed plumbing microwave had food in it.

The location was easy to get to for transportation during our stay.

Communication between the booking agent and owner needs improvement to resolve issues. Unit was very basic, just a spatula for a cooking utensil. 4 of us only 2 cups provided for coffee. Also 3 plates for 4 of us. Had to ask for a frying pan. Our shower did not drain properly. Furniture was sparse. Use an airport taxi as booking through agent is double the price.

Alexander was very nice and friendly. He arranged for a taxi for us!!

Needs external lighting in the evening/nights

Appartment was large and nice

Host offerend completley inflated price for transfer from the airport and to the city. so we took the public bus. Via whatsapp he told there is no convient bus from airport to apartement and wanted 30 US$. We took the bus for 1,5 US$ for each person and walked less then 5 min !!!!

Location was near perfect for my needs. Liked that we had 2 rooms and a living area.

More soap - between two of us we barely had enough soap for the 3 night stay. The AC in the master dripped and we had to turn it off several times.

the apartment was clean and spacious so I felt very comfortable. neighborhood very quit. easy access to buses . hot water was consistent enough.

weird noises are different hours of the night. sounded like a washer also sounded like someone was banging on the door this happened weird hours of the night and during the day,

The apartment is very humid. Has a strange withdrawn smell. Found an incredible amount of centipedes dead (dried up) and alive in the house, especially under the coach and the beds. The host that welcomed me didn’t seem warm nor welcoming and was barely communicative. The house is very minimalist and the furniture are old and barely kept. The bedding could’ve been better and more comfortable: the pillows were thin and gave me neck pain. I couldn’t shower in one of the private bathrooms because the water was barely flowing the shower head, it seemed clogged.

Nice place to stay, lady who was looking after our stay was really helpful Really close to the bus stop and airport, however not so close to beach side (with bus at least 25-30 min to popular beach places) Location for stay safe and quiet opposite golf club
