True 5 star hotel, but, we had a problem with outside pool, during the evening it was raining, and there was no difference on surface between pool and floor, because floor was flooded, and we just fell into the pool. My camera just died immediately from the water that got inside the camera. It was our very first day at the hotel, and ruined that evening for me and fiancé. Maybe we could’ve avoid this situation if swimming pool had its lights inside, but unfortunately there was not, because next day another person just fell into the pool like we did a day earlier. It’s not about compensation, it’s about safety for other guests that you will be expecting sooner. Anyway, it didn’t ruined my accommodation, thanks to staff, everyone of them was friendly to us.

Amazing resort with the best service and facilities. Beach is beautiful. Swimming pool is great and everything is clean and well maintained.

The grounds and swimming pool were exceptional. The beach and resources were also exceptional. The programme of activity was brilliant and we felt like kings and queens.

The room was first class as was the swimming pool and main areas. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Certainement le plus bel hôtel que nous ayons fait sur notre périple de 2 mois. Le Resort est immense, très bon standing, le personnel aux petits soins Nous avions tout ce qu’il nous faut, le buffet du soir très complet, le petit déjeuner très varié et copieux. Ma fille a adoré l’activité peinture sur tee-shirt avé le kid club. La plage est topissime, une vraie carte postale. Nous avons adorer nous baigner dans les eaux claires, l’activité paddle était parfaite au petit matin pour découvrir la côte depuis la mer de Chine. Merci pour votre accueil, merci d’avoir pu échanger avec Steeve le manager en restaurant, belle continuation à vous.

Уборка в номерах ужасная! Просто каждый день заправляли кровать. Персонал в ресторане тормозит и не внимательный. При заезде зачем то взяли депозит 300 долларов. А при выезде оказалось им нельзя рассчитаться , только картой( . В утра в номере шумно невозможно, из-за разгрузки авто под окнами.

Отношение персонала ( девушка не ресепшен Джули очень торопилась от нас отделаться при заселении, информацию по отелю вообще не рассказала!! ничего не знала про ужин! ( говорила, что его нет, хотя мне приходило сообщение про шведский стол, не рассказала про шатл из отеля в город и аэропорт, не про ограничения по курению, не про программы оздоровления!)

We had a pleasant stay at The Westin Resort & Spa Cam Ranh. The room was spacious and well designed. The bathroom (bathtub + separate shower) felt premium. Large TV and stunning balcony view. Nice sporty & rich vibe with various activities. Food was decent. The beach was clean and beautiful, with clear water.

The pool is quite shallow (around 1.2m). The sea stays shallow for quite a distance — you need to walk far to reach chest depth. The territory felt dim in the evening. The evening buffet is not great value — à la carte is better. The gym weight equipment was not working during our stay.

Beautiful beach and very nice swimming pools. Good facilities. Excellent breakfast. Room was comfortable and well equipped.

Disconnected from real Vietnam as these places tend to be. Not easy to walk out and try local food. But I guess that’s the point in this type of hotel experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the westin resort. The room was elegant with a lovely neutral design that created a very relaxing and refined atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with many great options. I would also like to thank the staff, especially Emma, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The beach and the pool are both amazing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I also really enjoyed the spa and had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway

Beautiful property. Only a year old. Excellent food & beverage to moderate prices. Room spacious and very comfortable. Staff nice and attentive. Lovely large pool. Excellent gym.

Only drawback, some distance from town ”Na Thrang”, on the other hand very close to the airport Cam Ranh (CXR)

It advertises a shuttle to and from the airport however it’s limited in the time it offers the service .

위치가 공항과 가깝고, 주변이 조용해서 호캉스하기 좋았어요. 레스토랑들이 모두 맛있었어요.

1월이라 온수풀이 있었으면 하는 아쉬움이 있었음. 직원들의 응대가 편차가 있었음. 식용얼음을 요청하자 와인칠링하는 얼음을 보내주었고, 다시 식용 얼음을 요구하자 귀찮다는 듯 칠링얼음도 식용이라며 먹기를 권유하여 일행중 한 사람이 먹고 배탈이 남.

Staff was not very friendly. We asked only for two things and both were denied. One was related to the cancelation of the last night. They put the blame on Booking although they could have easily accepted our request. My husband left some expensive earphones and asked them to send them to Ho Chi Min but at the time that they finally accepted to do it it was too late for us because we were already heading back home, We expected more from a 5 star hotel service.

The Westin Resort and Spa is one of the most beautiful hotels I have visited in recent years. It meets all the requirements for rest and relaxation in a beautiful environment of nature and the sea. It is characterized by thoughtful logistics, great care for the guest and hospitality. I recommend it to everyone who does not yet know that developed Vietnam is a vacation for comfort and satisfaction.

Everything is at the highest level - no complaints about the hotel.

There was not a single thing about the property that I didn’t like.

The hotel is brand new and the pool is new med technology that does at they don’t have to use much chemicals. Beach amazing. Unfortunately a bit windy in some seasons. Breakfast amazing.

The restaurant was really bad and very expensive. Cannot recommend to eat any meals at the hotel besides breakfast.

The room was very big. The pool area was nice.The breakfast was really good. The beach hut restaurant and staff are great.

The location is very remote. Most of the activities at the resort incur a fee. There is no currency exchange. The shop has limited hours. The check in staff are not very happy. We stayed on a half board package - big mistake, the dinner menu is the same as the lunch menu and not a lot of choice. Think there maybe 2 items on the half board menu that are Vietnamese. The full menu is very different with a lot of choice. You could have been anywhere as no reference to Vietnam at all. When we stayed it was so windy and the beach was covered in rubbish. Came from Hoi an where the Vietnam culture is everywhere and the people are very happy and helpful, this hotel did not have that. The spa is expensive.

A genuine 5-star hotel (in my opinion). Over time, I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels that rate themselves with however many stars they believe they deserve. In my view, the major hotel chains are the most reliable guarantors in a system that has otherwise become inflated. The Westin (part of the Marriott chain) is expensive, but truly excellent.

You can always find minor flaws, but they’re irrelevant in the bigger picture, because The Westin is truly an excellent hotel.

Facilities, pool, gym, spa, park landscape etc were all excellent.

Staff whilst friendly and attentive is not empowered to fulfill customer needs and requests. A late checkout of +2h could not be accommodated and front desk service was unfortunately substandard.

Великолепный отель. К шикарным завтракам шведского стола я добавил бы порционную морскую рыбу. Бассейнов два, но они не глубокие. 1,2м. С детьми будет скучно. Море постоянно штормит. Красный флаг. До города 35-40 минут на отельном минибасе бесплатно. Считаю, что Отель заточен под китайцев и южнокорейцев., но это его не портит. Чувствуется какой_то налет фешенебельности. На территории видел небольшую змею. Она испугалась и уползла, а я пошел далее к пляжу. Рекомендую полупансион. Отдыхом очень доволен.

Хорошие номера с отличной звукоизоляцией, прекрасная, просто потрясающая кровать в номере - «Спишь, как на облаке». WiFi работает хорошо, завтраки великолепные, и отлично готовят в ресторане Verandah, большие порции, суп Фо Бо или аналогичный рыбный лучше заказывать один на 2х.

Beste resorten i Cam Ranh

Если не брать во внимание недостатки, которые будут описаны ниже, рекомендую к посещению. Вилла с видом на море шикарная. Очень хорошая планировка. Открытая терраса и бассейн замечательные. Территория зелёная и ухоженная. Чистый пляж, лежаков не много, но всегда были места. Каждое утро проводятся спортивные мероприятия. На завтрак несколько видов смузи, натуральные соки, два вида вкусного мороженого, кокосы(отмечаю данные позиции, так как не в каждом отеле эти продукты представлены). Если планируете спокойный, уединенный, пляжный отдых, без вечерних мероприятий, то можно смело выбирать этот отель. Только надо брать полный пансион, так как рядом нет никаких ресторанов и кафе, только в отеле. Или понимать, что в город только на такси, минут 20.

Начну с того, что осталось неоднозначное впечатление. Поясню почему: бронировали сразу на три человека, соответственно и оплачивали за три. Заезд был в строго обозначенное время, виллу убирали. Но подготовили ее на две персоны: халаты, полотенца, принадлежности, приветственное угощение. Мы попросили исправить ситуацию и тут началось поэтапное хождение персонала : сначала принесли дополнительную кровать и начали устанавливать, потом полотенца, потом халат и т.д. После длительной дороги хотелось принять душ, переодеться, но пришлось сидеть и ждать все передвижения персонала отеля. Далековато от города, на шатл надо записываться заранее, а он ходит очень редко, к тому же никто на ресепшн при заселения об этом не предупредил. Для отеля такого уровня можно было бы и добавить пару автобусов. Да, конечно, такси можно заказать, но были в отеле рядом и там с этим не было проблем. Так же на сайте заявлено о трансфере в аэропорт, который находится рядом, но трансфер в аэропорт тоже очень ограничен по времени. В отзывах читала о том, что были недовольства по питанию. У нас был только завтрак, все было вкусно, свежее, на самом деле очень мало мяса и рыбы, морепродуктов не было вообще. Может на ужине все это было предоставлено.

המלון מהמם, חדש, מעוצב יפה. ארוחת הבוקר נהדר, החדר גדול, יש אמבטיה, הכל באמת מעל ומעבר. כן צריך לקחת בחשבון שאין שום דבר באזור, המסעדות מחוץ לריזורט גל יקרות ככה שאם מגיעים בעיקר נשארים שם..

כשקונים חצי פנסיון הארוחת ערב היא מתפריט מובנה. יש באמת הרבה אופציות, אבל קצת מבאס שהתפריט לא משתנה כל הימים. הראשונות היו טובות, העיקריות והקינוחים פחות. צריך לשפר את הארוחת ערב .. מבאס גם כי האוכל שמחוץ לתפריט (ובתשלום) טוב יותר...

園區安靜乾淨，房間很有質感，價格合宜。

員工的事件處理主動性須在加強。我們住宿的第二天早上決定再多住一晚，加訂房間也通知了櫃檯人員，櫃檯人員也答應直接續住原本的房間，但到第三天中午我們的房卡直接被鎖，通知櫃檯也沒有馬上處理，打了兩通電話還是我們自己下去櫃台續卡。這種事情應該要主動告知房客或是加訂時直接當場處理的！
