Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Lovely modern hotel at a great location. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We loved the welcome drinks and the terrace views. Lots of breakfast options nearby so we went out a lot in the mornings. Great views of the city.
The room is really really small, it's good for a short stay but if you have a lot of luggage go for a larger room.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per visitare la città, si trova infatti all'inizio del centro storico. Camera spaziosa, molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. La colazione con menù alla carta garantisce freschezza e qualità. Rooftoop bellissimo!

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Tolle Lage gleich bei der Puerta Serranos am Rande der Altstadt. Unsere Junior Suite liess keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und bedachte uns immer wieder mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit.
Das Frühstück musste einzeln bestellt werden, was etwas umständlich war. Wir ziehen ein Frühstücksbuffet vor. Das Angebot war auch nicht so besonders.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Hotel jest na prawdę wyjątkowy. Czysty, zadbany, super wykończony, a obsługa wymaga szczególnego wyróżnienia z uwagi na uprzejmość i pomoc. Jest jednym z ładniejszych hoteli, jakie odwiedziłem i cena zdecydowanie odpowiada jakości.
Ciasny i trudno dotępny parking wymaga wprawy za kierownicą, warto mieć kogoś kto pokieruje. Większe albo mało zwrotne samochody wymagają dużo kręcenia i poprawek.

And the staff is amazing, they are really trying to make your stay the best - you get a free coupon fir a dring at the rooftop bar, they wrote us a welcoming message (in english) and then a goodbye message in our own language. Amazing stay in Valencia, we recommend.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The hotel is in a great location right next door to one of the gates to old Valencia. It’s close to the parkway for a scenic bike ride. Not to mention bike hire is right next door. Incredible landmarks and old historic squares are a short walk through beautiful old roadways and buildings. Never ending food choices surround you. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Valencia. It would have been an amazing time in old history. Also the beaches and more great food options are only a short ride on an E-bike :)

Úžasné místo v centru, úžasný hotel. Skvělé doporučení na nedalekou restauraci s paellou. Vůz nám v den odjezdu ponechali v garážích až do pozdních odpoledních hodin.
Na snídani preferujeme buffet, nelze z jídelního lístku odhadnout jak např. vypadá "toust" ve Valencii. A množství mléka do kávy si také raději určíme sami. Obsluha ale skvělá.

Запросила extra bed. Готель попередив що місця буде мало, погодилися. Але нам безкоштовно при заїзді зробили апгрейд

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal in diesem Hotel. Der Empfang an der Hotelrezeption war wie gewohnt super freundlich. Insgesamt war das Personal überaus freundlich und stand für Fragen oder Probleme jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das gut klimatisierte Zimmer wurde den gesamten Aufenthalt über täglich gereinigt und war sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer war zum Hof ausgerichtet, somit war es relativ ruhig. Ab und zu drang dezent hörbar Musik in unser Zimmer, da über uns das Rooftop lag, auf welchem man bei einem wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt einen Cocktail oder anderes genießen konnte. Die Minibar wurde kostenlos täglich mit zwei Flaschen Wasser befüllt. Allerdings enthielt der Kühlschrank keine weiteren Getränke. Diese konnten aber unkompliziert in den fußläufig umliegenden Supermärkten gekauft werden. Täglich frische Handtücher, Duschgel, Schampo, etc. standen zur Verfügung. Das hinzu buchbare Frühstück war sehr lecker. Hier wird einem keine Massenware angeboten sondern qualitativ gutes Essen. Ein Büffet gab es nicht, sondern man stellte sich sein Frühstück aus einer Menükarte zusammen. Das Frühstück wurde dann an den Tisch gebracht.
Da wir aus dem ein oder anderen Tag einen Strandtag machten, vermissten wir für den Strand geeignete Badetücher sowie eine Vorrichtung zum Aufhängen der nassen Badesachen. Das war aber nicht weiter schlimm. Wir hingen unsere Sachen über die Dusche. Ein Badetuch konnten wir im nahegelegenen Decathlon kaufen.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Très bel hôtel de caractère à la déco soignée, situé le long de la Turia ,poumon vert de Valencia , à deux pas du centre historique , tout peut se faire à pieds y compris l'accès à la cité des Arts et des Sciences ainsi que le musée océanographique ( 20 minutes à pieds ). Chambre confortable et fonctionnelle, très bien insonorisée. L'ensemble du personnel est très disponible et accueillant, Léger petit bémol, si la qualité des petits déjeuners à la carte s'est avérée de qualité , le choix reste restreint surtout quand on reste quelques jours, on aurait préféré une version buffet .Très belle tersasse au dernier étage, avec vue sur la ville , hélas très vite prise d'assaut et trop densifiée , prix des consommations assez élevé .Ceci dit, nous avons l'intention de retourner dans cette très belle ville qui nous a énormément séduite et nous redescendrons volontiers au Puerta Serranos.
