Uns erwartete eine komfortable, sehr gut durchdachte und ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Blick. Das Haus ist außen sehr schön traditionell mit Holzschindeln gestaltet. Die Innenausstattung ist modern, praktisch, aber auch mit einem Blick für Qualität und Ästhetik. Die Mitarbeiterinnen, die wir getroffen haben, waren herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr freundlich, wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist super schön, die große Glasfront mit Ausblick auf die Berge ist ein Traum. Alles war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles was man braucht. Man kann gut kochen dort, auf dem Balkon zusammensitzen und von der Unterkunft direkt Ausflüge unternehmen. Wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen dank der hervorragenden Betten. Online kann man für den kommenden Tag Semmel bestellen, die dann morgens bereit liegen!

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Gastgeberin sehr nett, freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber, top ausgestattet und mit allem eingerichtet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und der große Balkon mit der wunderschönen Aussicht ein echtes Highlight. Besonders praktisch ist auch der eigene Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren ein paar Tage mit unserer Tochter und den Enkelkindern in der Unterkunft und es war ein insgesamt gelungener und schöner Aufenthalt. Der Kontakt war ausgesprochen freundlich, die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen, die Lage ist phantastisch und der Ausblick atemberaubend. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🫶

Es könnte ein paar mehr Haken für Handtücher geben :) aber das ist nicht wirklich ein Makel .. Würde nur verhindern, dass man sie vertauscht :)

Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, alles war perfekt sauber. Neben dem Balkon gibt es auch noch eine richtig tolle Gemeinschaftsterrasse. Die Kids konnten Tischtennis spielen und wir die Aussicht genießen. Der Service war absolut genial. Es wurde jeden Tag in der Wohnung etwas sauber gemacht. Egal welche Wunsch wir hatten, alles wurde möglich gemacht und vor allem war es immer ein super netter Kontakt. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder.

Ons verblijf in 1400 FlexenLodge was in één woord fantastisch! Het appartement was werkelijk uitstekend: stijlvol en sfeervol ingericht, brandschoon en het voelde alsof alles nog helemaal nieuw was. Aan elk detail was te merken dat er veel zorg en aandacht aan is besteed. Wat ons verblijf echt aangenaam maakte, was de hartelijke ontvangst door host Marion. Ondanks dat wij later aankwamen dan gepland, stond zij klaar om ons warm te verwelkomen. Bij reserveren had ik per ongeluk een fout gemaakt in het aantal personen. Dit bleek totaal geen probleem te zijn. Marion loste dit ter plaatse binnen de kortste keren op, zonder enige moeite of gedoe. Ze ging zelfs nog op pad voor een paar boodschappen voor ons, zodat we de volgende ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt konden maken. Een uitzonderlijke vorm van gastvrijheid die je niet vaak tegenkomt♡ Dankzij het prachtige appartement en de persoonlijke aandacht van Marion hebben wij een onvergetelijk verblijf gehad. We voelden ons direct thuis en komen hier zonder enige twijfel graag nog eens terug. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een luxe, comfortabele en gastvrije accommodatie!

Mooie plek en omgeving. Appartement was erg schoon en personeel erg toegankelijk en staat altijd klaar om te helpen. Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. De sauna was geweldig.

Absolutely amazing accommodation! The apartment is highly comfortable, modern, and beautifully designed, with top-notch amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the spacious bathroom, along with all the other facilities, was just wonderful. The daily views of the mountains were breathtaking—we loved it so much that we didn't want to leave and ended up extending our stay by another week! Stuben is an excellent location for all kinds of trips. Marion is the best host you could ever wish for. The apartment was perfectly cleaned every single day by a team of lovely girls. On top of that, there is a beautiful sauna, a ping-pong table, and an amazing terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

Het appartement was prachtig en erg schoon. Tevens was de persoonlijke service erg prettig. Uitzicht vanaf het balkon, mooie omgeving.

Die Begrüssung war sehr herzlich und uns wurde gleich die ganze Wohnung gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und überlegt eingerichtet, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. In der Stube hat es über dem Sofa ein Doppelklappbett, welches sehr bequem ist und durch den Tag einfach eingeklappt werden kann. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden und es lässt sich sehr gut kochen. Das Bad (inkl. Infrarotsauna) ist geräumig. Der Aussenparkplatz gehört fix zur Wohnung. In der Unterkunft ist ein grosser Skischrank vorhanden, in welchem alles schön über die Nacht trocknen kann. Dank einem Personenlift (ca. 100 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt) gelangt man direkt auf die Piste und weiter zur Talstation. Wir haben es genossen und würden sofort wieder kommen! Quarto confortável e amplo. Arrumação diária e organizada. A anfitriã muito atencionsa, simpática e efciente. A área de guardar os esquis e roupa de esqui era excelente.

Só achei que frigideira grudava muito. Podia ser melhor. Os travesseiros também podiam ser melhores, mas eu nem cheguei a pedir outros pois o resto todo era muito bom.

Hotel is wonderful. Great room, very clean, great facilities, incredible support from on-site staff. Beautiful area / views, easy access to slopes.

Stuben is a very small town, and food options for anyone with dietary restrictions can be challenging.

Marion war eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, der Brötchenservice ein tolltes Zusatzangebot und die Aussicht vom Balkon traumhaft. Zudem war die Wohnung sehr sauber und wurde täglich gesaugt etc.

Leider hatte das Schlafzimmer kein Fenster, es gab zwar eine Belüftung, allerdings schlafen wir vorzugsweise mit offenem Fenster, was nur über den Balkontür möglich war. Dies wäre in der Wohnungsbeschreibung als Hinweis schön gewesen.

Super freundlicher Empfang durch Marion. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und in top Zustand. Sehr guter Brötchenservice.

Nur 9 statt 10 Punkte da das Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster zum Öffnen ist und damit sehr ungemütlich mit „Kelleratmosphäre“. Der Architekt, der sich das ausgedacht hat, sollte den Job wechseln. Das Klappbett im Wohnzimmer ist allerdings eine gute Alternative wenn man nur zu zweit das Appartement nutzt. Dann hat man perfekte Aussicht vom Bett in die Natur. Daher nur ein Punkt Abzug. Auf die automatische Beleuchtung des Balkons könnte gern verzichtet werden, da so der Blick in die Umgebung verdunkelt wird.

Not sure where to start but from all the trips we booked through Booking, our stay at Flexenlodge has probably been the very best. The owners are very, very friendly and helpful when you're in need. The ladies that do the room upkeep are also very friendly and helpful! And then the room... Very spatious, very modern. A great view! The shower was amazing and the infrared cabin was a pleasure to use after a day of hiking. Kitchen very well equipped. Stuben itself is a great 'base of operations' to explore the wider region as well. Really, we can't say anything negative about this place, there's only positives. We would definitely visit Flexenlodge again.

Everything was as good as it can get.

The place is small and remote with very little or nothing to do if weather turns bad. No much life other than beautiful nature.

It was a perfect place with a very nice appartment.

Perfect place for your , ski or mountain vacation!

Lovely welcome. Big sized apartment. Had everything we needed. You could order fresh breadrolls daily which was handy. Liked that we could book the sauna just for us. Perfect location and the lift up and down to the slope was very handy. Short walk to the town where there were some great restaurants.

It was too warm in the bedroom

It is almost ski in Ski out: You only have to walk 100m and are on the slopes. It is connected to the St Anton and lech ski area. The building is new and modern and offers generously sized apartments . Ours was 70m2 and had two bedrooms. Everything was top notch quality: kitchen equipment, bathroom ceramics. And the view is just AMAZING!

I wish the sauna was a little bigger.

The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed! The kitchen was well-equipped (yay for sharp kitchen knives!), and the water pressure was excellent. Fresh bread is delivered daily if you place an order, and there’s a small shop within walking distance. Indoor parking is available, and the stunning nature right outside feels like your own private backyard. It's also dog-friendly! And then there’s Marion—she’s truly the most amazing host! She helped us with everything we needed, even arranging to mail something we forgot, and answered all our questions within minutes.

If I have to mention something... the blankets and pillows provided are synthetic. Additionally, there is ongoing construction next door that starts at 7:00 AM. While this is beyond the control of the accommodation, light sleepers or those who prefer to keep the windows open might want to inquire about the status of the construction or request a room on the opposite side of the building for a quieter stay.

The apartment is lovely, and Stuben is a great location. Very nice host and everything for an apartment booking is thought of and offered including daily cleaning. Parking was within the basement of the building and the booking included access cards to access the ski elevator to get to the closest ski slope. Superb!

Can't think of anything we didn't like!

The most friendly and lovely greeting on arrival and throughout our stay. Beautifully appointed apartment and handy lift to slopes, the best heated ski kit storage and plenty nice restaurants round about. Book direct and would have got the yummy bakery order free each day!

The service from our host Marion and the location of FlexenLodge was sublime. Also the garage is super nice as we arrived by car.

The apartments could use some more hangers for ski clothes and the sleeping pillows could be better. Apart from that, we loved it!

The location and style of the lodge!

We had a room on the ground floor with a balcony, next time we would ask/book a room on a higher floor.

Stunning location. Marion was super helpful and very friendly. She telephoned around to find which restaurants were open as the village was only just opening up. We used the sauna which was great value. High end property with the best views down the valley. We travelled with our dog (large) who was welcome everywhere and there was lots of good dog walking direct from the property.

Nothing it was all fabulous Possibly €20/night for the dog but it was high end so wouldn’t It is off staying here again.

Easy to negotiate a time for check in and pick up via the app, followed by a warm welcome, a great tour of the facilities and introduction of the room. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and provide a great place on sunny and rainy days. Nice surprise to see the sauna. All in all providing great convenience and luxury. Huge thanks to Marion providing us with great info and a really positive experience.
