No tengo malas experiencias.

Booked on the day and they waited until 3pm which was when I arrived and I was not allowed in until I had made my payment which they could have sent me as soon as I booked which was about 2 hours prior to check in meaning I was waiting outside for an extra half an hour just waiting for them to sort everything. Not very well organised in my opinion.
