We couldn't believe how nice the people are around here. We came in late and they still were able to work with us getting us settled in. The next morning we're able to look out our window of our hot tub bath and see the incredible balloons glistening in the sunrise. It was unbelievable. We were struggling from jet lag but we're happy we were able to see it. We scheduled ourselves to go on a hot air balloon ride but unfortunately it was canceled. So I would definitely recommend to try from the first day you were there just in case it gets canceled and you can catch the next day. Staying in uchasar was definitely the way to go. It was definitely more quiet in the view was amazing! We slept great after full days playing on ATVs and seeing the blooms rise in the morning. This was a great stay and I would highly recommend it.

The staff were so friendly and responsive with every request. They catered to our every need and helped us with organising activities. This was an amazing boutique hotel experience!

Place is located very close to Uchisar Castle and near every facility a tourist may need. The owner Samet has been very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights at Karma Cappadocia Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you're planning to visit Uçhisar Castle, the hotel is conveniently located just about 500 meters away. There are some great restaurants nearby; Satrap Restaurant is a must-visit for authentic pottery kebabs. Our room was a cozy cave-style room, which added to the charm, although there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom; that was the only downside. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Keep in mind, that the hotel is a bit far from Göreme, so getting to Göreme attractions can be a little tricky unless you rent a vehicle, as taxi fares can be quite high. Still, our stay was peaceful and enjoyable.

There was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, and our room wasn't cleaned during the entire 3-day stay. Also, the lighting inside the room was quite dim, making it feel a bit dark.

We stayed at the room 999 for our honeymoon and had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, extremely clean; and the view from the bathtub is incredible. We also loved the wide open terrace and the amazing views of the balloons in the sunrise. The breakfast was rich and delicious with plenty of choices. The staff were really kind and helpful.

Samet, the owner, and Davut, were so friendly and helpful. Samet helped arrange for a shared shuttle from Kayseri Airport at 3am and also allowed me to check in early , which was such a relief! The hotel itself is in an incredible location. If you can, book room 888. It is the room with the bathtub overlooking Pigeon Valley and the hot air balloons at sunrise, though the viewing deck gives you the best vistas. Davut was also really helpful in giving me information and helped book the Green Tour (which includes the biggest underground city, the Selime monastary, Ilhara Valley and more. I highly recommend.

If you like fresh air or suffer claustrophobia, then the cave rooms may not be for you.

It was one of the best booked stays for me and my husband! We have chosen a suite with jacuzzi and pigeon valley view. The room was very comfy, we liked interrior, hospitality and it was very clean and warm inside. The breakfast was served on the top flloor, also with a nice view. We did not check the weather in advance and were a little sad baloons were not available to book, but despite that, we were able to plan our time well thanks to the offered tours. Gurkan was an amazing host and the rest of the staff too, we will recommend this place for sure. Location is around 10 min drive from Goreme, which is also nice as we wanted to be in a more peaceful area, breath out and enjoy our privacy. I think there were enough cafes near us, but we had quite an intense tours program and did not have a chance to explore around. 10 out of 10 we are happy with our choice.

On arrival it gave off a very home like feeling. It feels like you came home from a vacation. We were greeted by Gurkan once we arrived. He kindly took our luggage and helped us check into our room. Very welcoming and kind. I’d recommend this place if you’re going to Cappadocia for vacation. 10/10

Lovely location with outstanding views all day long, streets are peaceful and you can enjoy the sounds of nature and awe. Gürkan is a great host, with awesome recommendations for everything in and around Kapadokya. Definitely a must visit, and a must stay. Did I say there was a jacuzzi with the best views from the top. A-okay.

The position is close to Uchisar Castel and 10 minuts from Goreme, a perfect solution to visit Kapadokya and stay far away from turistic place. The room is confortable and very kind and the terrace view is amazing. Gurkan, the reception guy, helped us to rent a car and the last day prepared us travel food because we left early the hotel.

The hotel is so small that you can't get coffee for a 7:30 AM departure. Breakfast doesn't open until 8:30. There was no closet and nowhere to hang clothes in the room.

The excellent hospitality by Mr. Gurkan & Mr. Ogi. A simple but good breakfast & tasty eggs prepared by the lady. All our needs were taken of well including support for sightseeing , right from before the arrival. Personal attention & quick response deserve tons of thanks.

From start to end, the stay here was amazing 👌🏼 The staff are beautifully down to earth, kind and super helpful to all of our inquiries and needs. The view is breathtaking and the whole area is incredibly relaxing. I cannot recommend this place enough to all, what a wonderful experience myself and my partner had 10/10.

That we didn’t stay longer because we were leaving to Istanbul after a few days, but next time we will come back only to this place for a full week 👍🏼

The lady serving the breakfast and the nigth shift personnel were so available and kind. Shampoo and hair conditioner had a good quality. The experinience of sleeping in a cave-styled room was nice. It was a clean place.

Besides the good ones, the place had some issues to improve. Superior king suite has no window for fresh air as it is a cave-styled room, which was not explicitly stated in the description. Had a extreme level of humidity and only a small dehumidifier of which tank was full of water every couple of hours. The shower box had no door, after taking a shower the floor was all wet. We booked a suite with double bedroom but apart from the double bed we found an extra single bed without any blanket on it. It ruined the appearence of the room. They remowed the bed only after we requested two times and did not provided the oriental style sitting area as appears in the photos of superior king suite. They did not provided us with a jacuzzi foam after cleaning the room the second day. It is not a nice thing to have to ask for a thing that it would be provided just as they provide shampoo, shower gel etc. Breakfast was delicious but not with many varieties. Not satisfactory for who needs a sweet breakfast but for me salty breakfast was perfect. They had brewed coffee only one morning during our 3 nigths stay and I assume they brew coffee only if they have foreigners as guests. I thougth it was a place with a parking spot but leaving apart a parking spot, it was even difficult to reach the place by car due to narrow streets.

Great atmosphere, we felt really welcomed in this small, boutique hotel. Amazing terrace, cave room with jacuzzi is amazing. Local, big breakfast on a terrace was delicious. Location couldn't be better - definitely recommend staying in Uchisar instead of Goreme, it is calmer and smaller and still close to all attractions you want to see, especially if you have a car.

Basically nothing. There is high humidity in cave room - it is just what it is, no complain about it, but it's good to be aware about it.

The staff was wonderful at Karma! They helped us to have an amazing and easy trip by helping us with airport transfers and activities. Clean rooms and great views from the patio. Good breakfast and location too. You can easily walk to anything you need.

I highly recommend this small hotel. Gurkan makes us so welcome.

Weak wifi on the ground floor, but it was not a big problem.

I was amazed by the kindness of staff who allow us to check in earlier than the agreed time. The atmosphere was lovely and authentic. We could not wish more from our stay.

I would reccomend to increase the size of the bed for the premium rooms.

Everything was perfect! The location, the food, the view, the rooms and the host is just so nice and will help you with anything that has to do with your trip and make you feel so welcome. Our trip got so much better the moment we decided to book with karma suites, really an upgrade to our Cappadocia experience. Would totally recommend to anyone who wants to visit. 10/10 on everything, honestly a perfect stay.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, dedicated to ensuring a memorable stay, which is crucial in a foreign country where connecting with the right people can be challenging. The location is excellent, with the hotel's proximity to Uchisar Castle and a variety of delightful restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. The Jacuzzi in the King Room is exceptional! Despite one comment about an issue in the booking.com reviews, it appears the property owners have addressed it, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Jacuzzi. In terms of price and performance, it's a highly recommended option!

The room is situated near the entrance, occasionally allowing for some noise disturbances, although they were brief. Nothing else to mention.

I loved everything about this place- the staff, the room, the location, and the good vibes. Gürkan went above and beyond to ensure I got the full Cappadocia experience. The King Suite with the Spa Bath was exactly as pictured, had a comfy bed, and the view of Uchisar Castle from the bath was stunning. Breakfast is served on the rooftop with beautiful views of the same canyon that leads to Pigeon Valley. From the hotel, you can easily walk to various spots around Uchisar, and Goreme is only a short taxi ride away. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing, unique experience.

Be mindful that the weather will dictate the ability to fly in the hot air balloons, not staff, or tour companies. Safety is taken very seriously, so mitigate expectations on this activity depending on the season.

The breakfast is really delicious here. From the window and the rooftop, you can see the snow mountains at dawn and stars at night. The staff here are so nice and high efficient.

The room was so clean, the staff was so helpful and friendly, they speak english wish make communication very easy and they never miss the chance to give us recommendations about nice places and best activities to do. The Turkish breakfast was too delicious, plus we can get as much as we want.

All was good, a small newly established hotel, very adequate for all activities, breakfast friendly and welcoming, had a small issue with wifi, but was resolved timeously. The entrance needs some attention to detail, as there were weeds and dead plants in the pots.

We had the most amazing stay in Karma Suites! Gürkan was the kindest, most amazing host who helped with everything to make our trip smooth. He helped with arranging the transfers from the airport and back, booked our hot air balloon rides, helped us get taxis and always gave advice on things to do and see. My friend unfortunately got sick right as the trip started and he made sure she was okay throughout the stay, took me to the pharmacy, and did his best to help make the situation better. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we loved our unique room. The hotel has the perfect location, it offers beautiful views of Uchisar, there are nice restaurants and cafés walking distance too. We had really nice breakfast that you can enjoy on the rooftop overlooking the town and the valley. It also has really beautiful views at sunrise to see the balloons. We will definitely come back soon :)

Exceptional staff! Gürkan is taking care about you and responding in record time! Very warm welcoming and lovely staff. Breakfast was sooo nice - don't expect a big buffet. It is a very nice combination from several foods.

The room was great! Very clean and it had a spectacular hot tube with great views of cappadoccia. The terrace was also great to see both sunrise and sunset. Very friendly staff helped us to organize everything. They are 24 hs to your disposal and anything you ask the will do for you. Any recommendations, reservations, indications, whatever needed! We really enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed at King Suite and very enjoyed it. Amazing stuff made our stay unforgettable and we felt like at home. Very nice location in the heart of Uçhisar (as for me, this city is much cozier and less touristic than Goreme). A room was clean and very spacious. At the sunrise you even can catch ballons from the beautiful terrace where they serve a lovely breakfast

Everything was great. Maybe a few things to consider in the future: check jacuzzi tub cause it can start to leak from a certain level of water (unexpectedly) and a shower level, I’d recommend to make the boards there a bit higher

The view is perfect, there is no air con, but still ok, we stay in the room during lunch time, when window open, the room temperature acceptable , you can watch ballon from the bed and bath room

We had a wonderful stay in Karma Suits and we highly recommend it! The position is great, as it is in Uchisar which is a beautifut village (in my opinion one of the nicest ones), close to Goreme. The hotel is at a walking distance fron Uchisar castel as well as to the Pegeon Valley, and it has a great view on both of them. We really enjoyed the terrace from which we watched the baloons at surise. We booked the king suits so we also had a great view from the hydromassage of both the baloons and of uchisar by night. The bathtub was great as it gets a little chilly during the night in Cappadoccia (even when we were there at the beginning of august) so it was nice to stay warm and enjoy the view. The room was exactly like in the pictures, well furnished in every detail and very big, also the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice, the owner gave us plenty of advices on the places to visit and also booked us the balloning experience (highly recommended) within the budget we asked (which of course was within the range he said was possible for such experience, nothing unrealistic). The lady at breakfast was always super nice, and made fresh typical turkish breakfast for us every morning right there on the spot, the best breakfast we had in all our stay in Turkey. Also the night shift boy was very nice, he packed sandwiches and orange juice for us when we left very early for the airport and couldn't get breakfast.

The view from the room was spectacular!!! We booked the suite for our honeymoon and the room was perfect, big and super comfortable. Also, it’s better to stay in Uçhisar than Göreme if you want to relax and enjoy the view 🤩. Also, the staff help us to book all our activities such as balloon experience, quad and private tours in Capadocia. Highly recommend and many thanks for All you attention to us!!! 🫶🏻❤️

Nothing bad to add. Just keep in mind that the hotel is not in Goreme but in a close town (5min by car). Anyway, quite easy to go by taxi and all tours are available to pick you up from here.

I think I didn’t read well. but there are no TVs. but that was not a problem as they provide each room with Wi-Fi which makes watching any app on your phone easy.

Newly opened hotel with fantastic view from rooftop terrace baloons were visible in the mornings. Friendly staff with helpful tipps on tours, late check in & out available, also they offered to keep luggage free of charge. Complinentary tee/coffee & cake upon arrival. Fantastic breakfast on rooftop overlooking the area. Different room categories available also with jacuzzi. Only downside: rooms a bit smelly, however just normal for cave hotels. I brought incense which worked :) I would always recommend staying there again!

Room with spa bath is really amazing cozy and in my opinion this way to see balloons flight at the sunrise is mostly perfect, even better then the flight itself ))) stuff is very kind people, helped us a lot while our dates occasionally changed! The staff was very nice and helpful, bringing us everything we needed at any time. The hotel is located in Uçhisar, one of the most touristic places in Cappadocia, so you can go by walk to the castle, for example. The room with the jacuzzi was really nice. The room has a chimney, although we didn't use it, so we don't know if it is working. The jacuzzi is just amazing. With a panoramic view of the city, you can see the balloons flying during the morning from there. The breakfast is also very good, plenty of food with some typical turkish dishes and tea and coffee.

The access by car is quite difficult, plus there is no real parking there for it. Nevertheless, to be fair, I think it is something that happens to every hotel in the area

The hotel has probably one of the most beautiful views from the terrace in Uçhisar. The landscape is astonishing! Also, the breakfast was fantastic and the rooms are very authentic. It’s a unique experience and we really enjoyed our stay.

I like this place so much that I can't say what I liked the most. The room, maybe? I chose the king room with mountain view: it was super clean, quiet, comfortable, big, and with an astounding view. Very nice jacuzzi too, we needed a bit of relax. Or maybe the best part was the amazing breakfast on the terrace? Or could it be the staff? Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. They even helped us out when we forgot our wallet in the room before a tour! There's plenty of reasons for us to come back here next time and I'm pretty sure we will!
