This was an exceptionally good property, in a wonderful city. It is now a favourite. Great buildings and architecture, fabulous restaurants, and shopping. The breakfast on site was a cut above average. Great value overall.

We were late for breakfast but the lovely lady made up a tray for us to take to our room. I left my phone in the dining room and she brought it up to our room. Elle etait tres tres sympathique et gentille. Nous allons retourner!!

Staff was great, Room was very clean and comfortable. Overall a very positive experience. Proximity to Dijon was easily walkable.

Les plus: chambre propre, etablissement calme. Lit confortable. Deux bouteilles d’eau fournies 👌 Les moins: Chambre climatisee alors que la temperature exterieure est à …11 degres! Impossible de changer la programmation pour mettre du chauffage dans la chambre, malgré nos demandes. Froid dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain. Odeur desagreable de cigarette alors que cet etablissement se proclame non fumeur :( Menage fait une fois semaine donc necessité de se rendre à la reception pour obtenir du papier hygienique ou autre. Je ne recommande pas.

Malheureusement, un accueil sans sourire, sans même un regard.... Je trouve même que l'echange fut vulgaire, lunaire quand même...

De combinatie tussen hotel - en appartementfaciliteiten is echt handig. Enerzijds ontbijtbuffet en anderzijds self catrering. Enig minpuntje was: waarom niet zorgen voor wat detergent of vaatwastabletjes voor de vaat?

We stayed here one night. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was a real treat. We would definitely stay here sgain.

This is an inexpensive place to stay in Dijon. The location is not bad. The Cite, the tram, the train station and the Botanical Gardens are all very close. The hotel and rooms are not much to be proud of. The people are nice enough.

Nettes Personal, eine ausreichend große Tiefgarage zum parken und ordentliche Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Die Lage ist auch gut, da man zu Fuß etwa 15-20 min ins Stadtzentrum braucht.

Excellent accommodation perfectly situated for a short walk into the city centre. Highly recommend. Couldn't get my car with roof box into the garage - 2m max - but parking on the road outside very easy and cheap.

Mehr ein zum Hotel umgebautes Seniorenheim. Zur Besichtigung der Stadt perfekt, gute Lage, Parkplätze und gutes Frühstück. Etwas dreckig (Flecken auf den Bett, Haare im Bad) aber noch okay. Wir würden wieder buchen.

The residence was very clean and was really enough space. The price was more than adäquate for the accomodation. The location around is also very nice ( e.g very good bakery around the corner, nice park nearby).

Acceuil tres bien. Service tres bien, seul petit bemol, tres petit, un nettoyage de sdb pas top. Cuvette des toilettes refixée par mes soin, et un volet HS. Rien de grave, mais des details qui ne donnent pas une image top. A noter, parking securisé. Petit dejeuner a 17€, un peu cher a mon gout!

Ich bin 8 Nächte dort gewesen. Die Bezeichnung Hotel passt nicht. Es werden Apartments vermietet. Einmal pro Woche wird geputzt und werden Handtücher gewechselt. Dazwischen muss man sich um alles selber kümmern. Auch um die Müllentsorgung. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist o.k. Mehr als Frühstück habe ich mir nicht gemacht. Positiv: Größe des Apartments und Ruhe. Nochmal würde dort nicht wohnen, da ein Airbnb billiger käme und man weiss, was einem bei einem Airbnb erwartet.

Bra rum, två rum samt pentry och badrum för vår familj med två vuxna och två barn fungerar jättebra. Städningen hade kunnat vara lite bättre i badrummet men överlag var det bra. Bra frukost. Nära in till city samt liten park för rastning av hundar.

Hotel in fantastic position close to Dijon old town. Room clean only negative was punch hole in back of bathroom door. Otherwise room adequate. Male receptionist not really helpful. My partner heard him say to other travellers to many English here need more Germans. Which is not ideal. All in all would stay here again just for the proximity to the old town.

Perfectly positioned for shopping eating and sightseeing around Dijon. Secure parking at the hotel was only €10 a night. Breakfast well worth the extra. Large continental breakfast choice plus eggs and sausages. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Bed very comfy. 5 minutes walk and you are at a lovely square with many bars and restaurants. 10 minutes and you are at the start of the Owl walking trail for Dijon.

Emplacement à distance du centre-ville de Dijon. Malheureusement, notre chambre était d'une propreté douteuse : coulisses de saleté sur les murs, cuisine malpropre, plancher souillé, odeur de cuisson du précédent occupant. C'est vraiment déplorable, car le personnel était accueillant, courtois et le stationnement intérieur plus qu'apprecié.

Plain but comfortable hotel and good location with excellent on site parking (€10.) we had a very spacious suite with a full kitchen, dining table for 4, a sofa that made a bad for two and a separate bedroom with a large bed. All of this for a very reasonable price. No complaints.

Dicht bij het toeristische hart, naast een prachtig bezoekerscentrum over de Bourgogne. Bakker om de hoek. Ondergrondse parking. Perfect voor toerist of zakenlui.

Très propre, confortable mais arrivées tard et dodo. Lendemain tôt départ . Pas eu le temps de bien profiter mais c'était très bien pour une location de dernière minute.

Nachdem ich eine Zimmer an der Kreuzung hatte und ich gebeten habe ein ruhigeres Zimmer zu bekommen bekam ich ein ruhigeres Zimmer ! Sogar mit Terrasse! Einschränkung war das die Klimaanlage die Hitze 35grad nicht 100 % geschafft und irgendjemand hat ab und zu geballert das passiert in jedem Hotel! Ansonsten ist es sehr gut isoliert! Kann ich sehr gut empfehlen da auch mit Garage! Altstadt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen! Man kann sich auch gut selbst verpflegen inkl Geschirr Spüler!

Hotel com instalações novas e bem confortável. Bom café da manhã. Uma pequena cozinha bem equipada, o que facilita bastante no preparo de lanches noturnos ou café da manhã, caso precise fazer checkout antes de o café do hotel ser servido. Atendentes educados e simpáticos.

Avant des béquilles pour problèmes de genou, et l'ayant signalé à l'établissement, spontanément, la personne qui s'occupe des réservations nous a réservé un studio avec douche à l'italienne et aménagement pour personne à mobilité réduite. Notre studio était très clair au calme et très agréable. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour aller à pieds dans le centre-ville.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft für 4 Nächte gebucht. Der Standort ist ideal. Nahe beim Bahnhof und ins Stadtzentrum. Eine günstiges und modernes Appartement mit kleiner Küche.

Clean and spacious. Lovely staff. Bus stop right outside the property and short walk to tram and city centre. WiFi is good. Good decor. Could definitely stay again if I was back in Dijon.

I stayed at Residhome Dijon Cité des Vignes for 19 nights and was very pleased with the experience overall. The room was clean, modern, and functional, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Climate control worked well, and the large windows overlooked a nearby park, with cherry blossoms in bloom during my stay—an unexpected bonus that made the view even better. The TV was easy to use, with accessible HDMI ports for my own devices. The location is excellent. The T2 tram stops nearby and connects you directly to the city center and Toison d’Or, where there’s an enormous Carrefour and plenty of shopping. Monge Cité de la Gastronomie is just next door, along with a great selection of restaurants. The Pathé cinema is right next door as well, and there are two parks, the river, and the canal all within walking distance. The front desk staff were consistently polite and helpful. My only minor issue was having to purchase a couple of basic kitchen utensils—like tongs and a large serving spoon—that I would’ve expected to be included. Considering the quality of the stay and the excellent location, the value was outstanding—my average nightly cost was just over $52. This was one of the most comfortable and convenient extended stays I’ve had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Séjour rapide. Notre chambre bénéficiait d'une baignoire, ce qui a été apprécié après une journée de marche! L'hôtel est idéalement situé : à deux pas de la Cité du vin et de la gastronomie et à 15 minutes du centre historique à pied! Un parking est disponible à 10€ par nuitée. La chambre était propre et la literie confortable ! Petit truc pour la personne de l'accueil : j'aurai apprécié ne pas avoir à parler boulot lors d'un weekend de tourisme.

Apartment was clean, comfortable bed and all essential items were provided. The building looked recently built and the apartment was new. Highly recommend to stay in there if you’re in Dijon.

Séjour agréable, appartement propre, confortable et moderne. Quelques critiques tout de même: barre de douche branlante, pomme de douche bloquée en hauteur, lavabo presque bouché et boutons de chauffage nécessitant un mode d'emploi. Le prix du petit déjeuner est dissuasif

J’ai trouvé les toilettes pas propre du tout … Des tache de dentifrice sur les meubles, sol avec des cheveux tache au sol… un peu déçu de la propreté le reste était top

The property was clean. Upon check in the gentleman said garage was closed however is was resolved with another agent who gave us a remote to the garage. We were also told that since there were few people staying in the hotel they would not provide any hot breakfast. Overall, I would not stay again.

The hotel is in a brilliant location, an easy walk to old town, right next to a new cinema and restaurant complex and with parking in the building at a reasonable price. The room itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The only criticisms were the bed (which we found very uncomfortable), and a lack of things like side tables in the sitting room.

初めてのアパートメントhotelに新しく出来たcite de gastronomy de Dijon 大型複合施設に隣接していることもあり、周囲には小型スーパーもあり、どこにいくにも、目の前にはトラムがあるので、便利です。ガード下を渡ると真っ直ぐ進むだけでtour phipe bon まで、徒歩10分くらいで行け旧市街にも歩けて便利です。何より親切なスタッフ、タオルを新しく貰えたり、洗濯機の使い方を教えて貰えたりキッチンも広々して、電子レンジ、IH調理器、食洗機もあり、朝と、夜は、自分で好きな物を調理して食べれました。寝室とリビングがあるのが良かった。最高の４日間を過ごせました。帰る時には自然に感謝を込め掃除をして帰りました。窓を空けると小鳥のさえずりが聞こえます。また泊まりたいです。

Super endroit à proximité de tout à la marche, personnel très sympathique, on a même eu droit à un surclassement de notre chambre.

Super Lage um Dijon zu erkunden. Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr praktisch auch die Restaurants fast direkt nebenan. Zimmer sind ruhig und mit einem Rollladen abdunkelbar.
