Great location and good welcome. Place was very clean. Showers were nice and powerful. Nice to have access to cooking facilities and a fridge.

Bed was very very soft and only one thin pillow. Kitchen sink was too small.

Die Einrichtung ist extrem abgenutzt. Die Küche, Toiletten, Bad, sind für die vielen Zimmer nicht ausreichend. Die Küche war als wir da waren total verschmutzt. Das Personal war kaum in der Lage, dem Herr zu werden. Das konnte einem schon fast Leid tun.

Impossible de dormir dans le lit, le matelas extrêmement mou. Pas de rangement. Les espaces partagés vieillots, sans charme, meubles défraichies. Salle de bain commune pas terrible. Bref une nuit mais pas plus.

Excellent location just walking distance from the train station and city center. The hosts were responsive and friendly and the space was very cozy and comfortable. Considering this is more or less a hostel-style location, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the decor was and how comfortable we were in the bed. Some reviews report that check-in via a Norwegian number is necessary, but we didn't need to do that, so that info may be outdated.

We had a late check-in and were given two different codes to enter- one when communicating with the host on whatsapp and one in the booking platform. We figured out how to get in easily enough, but that's just my only note.

Veldig kjekt med muligheten for ekstraseng, noen ganger ønsker man bare et rimelig sted hvor alle kan sove på samme rom.

En del støy og skarpt lys i vogna. Litt kaldtvann hadde gjort seg.

Super Lage, nette Inhaberin. Spontane Buchung hat gut geklappt. Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich.

Badezimmer waren nicht sauber und in der Dusche war viel Schimmel. Küche war schlecht ausgestattet und ebenfalls nicht richtig sauber. Haustür konnte nicht richtig geschlossen werden. Die Matratze im Zimmer war extrem durchgelegen.

Nah am Bahnhof und nah am Wanderweg.

Es war nicht sauber (hinter den Duschen war es dreckig, Schimmel in den Waschräumen und Dreck im Campervan). Der Herd zum Kochen braucht sehr sehr lange. Die Besitzer haben auf meine Nachricht erst nach meiner Abreise geantwortet (4 Tage später) und die Frau, die im Haus verantwortlich ist, meinte mir erklären zu müssen dass es Corona nicht gibt etc.

Smilende blid mor til vertinne møtte oss. Gjennomført stilig rom med ei deilig seng. Kjøkken og badfasiliteter som tok oss tilbake til ungdomstiden (80- tallet), men litt mer luksus enn da. Bl.a. oppvaskmaskin og egne rom for dusjing🤩 Garageplass til bilen.

We liked absolutely everything! It was better than we expected. Rooms are cosy and super clean, you can also make a coffee or tea, make a meal, for kids there are toys as well! Plus receptionist is the best ever! Recommend this place!

It was a great stay. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the room was beautiful.

We were accepted at the very last minute after making our booking late in the evening, which was a huge plus and very much appreciated. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. Everything went smoothly, and we had a pleasant stay.

Fikk ikke rom vi hadde bestilt. 70 år og køyeseng. Søppelbøtte på fellesbad/wc var overfylt.urent, nedslitt og ruskete. Vi byttet overnattingssted.

Smells good. Can be a bit noisy at times. The bathrooms are good. Just that it can be very cold in the mornings.

L'ambiance met tout de suite à l'aise, l'accueil rapide et efficace. La cuisine mise à disposition est très bien équipée et le nombre de toilettes et douches largement suffisant. L'emplacement est quant à lui parfait pour profiter de l'ensemble des activités possibles à Åndalsnes. Mention spéciale pour L'Aurore Boréale chassée avant 23h (photo à l'appui)

La chambre était plutôt froide à l'arrivée, et les couettes trop petites (nous sommes gabarits normaux)

No funcionaban las puertas para entrar y no nos contestaban a los mensajes por lo tanto nos quedábamos fuera esperando. Agua congelada no había sartenes y la la vitrocerámica no funcionaba

Me gustó la ubicación del lugar.

Muchas cosas rotas, fuegos para cocinar muy lentos, la planta baja súper sucia, la nevera no funcionaba y teníamos que utilizar otra en la planta de abajo del todo al igual que las duchas. Hay 5/6 habitaciones para utilizar 1 cocina súper pequeña, es un agobio tener que compartir con tanta gente, no se cocina agusto ni eficaz.

Everything seems very antique and old. the room bed site both lamps are not working, doesn’t really matter for me. bathroom Should have a hook and some racks. No space to put toiletries. Kitchen sink is way too small!

Clean, pleasant room with a good lock, close to the center of town but far enough from the street that it was pretty quiet.

The information to get in and out of the hostel (main door) was completely wrong and I found myself wanting to and unable to go out late at night because I would have had no way to get back in. The confirmation included a door code that ended in # and the electronic lock on the door didn't even have a # button, so it appears these instructions have been out of date for quite a while and it's pretty egregious that the person who checked me in didn't give me the updated information. Likewise, nobody offered me a towel to rent when I checked in, even though none was included in the room. These oversights are a pretty big deal, IMO.

Good location in Andalsnes. Cute room, had everything we needed.

Parking: Upon booking a room at Tiglkak, I asked the host whether there was any space for parking and was informed that there was a parking garage. Upon arrival, we noticed that the "garage" only had space for one car, which was already taken, and so we had to find another spot to park our car at the last minute. Thankfully, there was a paid parking lot at only a few minutes walk. Cleanliness: When we arrived in our room, there was a pair of dirty underwear on the floor. We told the cleaning lady and she came to pick it up and apologized. As she was apologizing she mentioned that she had slept poorly the night before and did a quick cleaning job and didn't see the underwear... Aside from this, the bathrooms looked at though they were only half cleaned. The shower and toilet seat looked clean, but it was clear that other areas such as the top of the toilet and surrounding walls were not regularly being cleaned from the presence of dust and spider webs. Noise: Our room was right next to the common space (Yellow Room). The walls were very thin and we could hear people talking all the time. Thankfully the other guests were respectful and did not make noise late at night.

The host was moving out the day I got there. She seemed surprised that I even wanted to talk to her and gave me absolutely no information. I never saw anyone else who worked there for the three days that I stayed. we ran out of toilet paper upstairs because clearly no one was coming and cleaning the bathrooms. I had to go down to the basement and take some toilet paper from one of those bathrooms so we would have some. The kitchen doesn't have any towels which is ridiculous and isn't a real kitchen at all. It has a sink that's not big enough to wash dishes in and a plug-in hot plate as a stove. I almost never leave reviews but I was very disappointed in this place.

Fantastic location central to everything!! (Sodahlhuset next door is a great place to eat, by the way.) Fun, quirky hippie vibes, which I dug, and interesting, colorful decor. Very useful kitchen and toilets near the room. Good, hot shower. Staff was helpful (and got me an extra towel to use at a sauna when requested!), although not always fast about it.

Staying on the 3rd floor and having to go all the way down to the basement and back for the showers was a bit annoying. More so was that my room was very cold, and the staff offered a radiator but it didn’t work. There was also a slanted ceiling that I hit my head on multiple times, and no outlets anywhere close to the bed (also a bedside lamp that didn’t work). I had deliberately booked the cute pink room and was given the less attractive yellow one. The sink in the toilets splashed everywhere. If it wasn’t for all of these things, this place would have been such a favorite of mine!! Still, it was cheap and ultimately the best option in Andalsnes for me, I think, so no regrets. I just wanted to love it more than I did.

Vattenkokaren fungerade inte som den skulle, Lite dåligt med möjlighet att värma mat.

Nous avons aimé l'esprit auberge de jeunesse et la possibilité de côtoyer d'autres hôtes. C'est propre (toilettes, draps) et la dame qui acueille est gentille.

La cuisine est trop petite, les équipements sont vraiment trop limités ( manque de cuillleres, et autres couverts, cafetière, etc), l'évier n'a même pas une taille standard, il est minuscule. L'auberge semble ancienne et peu entretenue.

Sovit bra men hade problem med kodlåset till dörren så vi fick byta rum.

Facile d'accès, simple, calme, convivial, propre, commerces à proximité.

Værelse var ok rent. Da vi ankom var det svært at finde en P. Plads. Vi kunne ikke komme til i køkkenet da vi ankom, virkede ikke helt rent

The location is very convenient. The linen in the room was clean and fresh, the design of the room was very nice.

The third floor had the smell of time and the communal toilet had a strange odour.
