近くにコンビニがあったためか、自動販売機が一箇所で一個しかなかった。

Lobby was small and luggages were everywhere. Reception counter was small. Rooms are a bit dark & not big but OK for Japan standards. Lighting at the room even if all the lights are switched on still look dark. Maybe bec. the walls are black/dark grey.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Very nice hotel with an excellent location, within walking distance of many tourist spots in Sapporo. Susukino is just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel offers free ice cream and coffee during limited hours (around 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM), which was a nice bonus. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was spotless and well maintained.
The room lighting is a bit dark but all good.

チェッインの際、フロントに1人しかスタッフがおらずしばらく待たされました。フロント前のソファに外人さんたちが大きな荷物を置いていたので座るスペースが少なかった。トリプルのお部屋でしたが、部屋のトイレの音、シャワーの音が結構うるさく、気を遣いながら使用しなければいけなかった。

Silenzioso e ben fornito, letto e cuscini comodi (cosa non scontata in Giappone) e anche spazio di ingresso ampio, l’ideale per nasconderci il tipico deumidificatore che giace in tutte le stanze d’albergo giapponesi. Offrono anche un drink di benvenuto che è una cosa simpatica e parlano bene inglese.
I campioni di tutti i prodotti erano in camera, occupando fin troppo il pochissimo spazio a disposizione (camera di 15mq distribuita male e con pochi spazi per APPOGGIARE le proprie cose) Buia. Buissima. Non si vedeva NIENTE. Dalle foto sembra scura, ma dal vivo è peggio. Averla pitturata tutta di nero non aiuta. Era pulita? Era sporca? Boh! Sicuramente da questo punto di vista una scelta vincente. La stanza è stata scelta con finestra e c’era. Certo. Però era minuscola e con vetro oscurato perché affacciava a tipo 3 metri da un altro condominio. Era come non averla e non faceva entrare nemmeno luce naturale (vedi sopra per la stanza buia). L’ho già detto che era buia? Avevo dei calzini neri che ci ho messo una vita a trovare e ci vedo 12/10. Poi l’interruttore (uno solo ma tant’è) era esattamente dietro a un cuscino sulla testiera del letto. Morale della favola, se ti appoggiavi anche di notte con la testa, accendevi la luce.

浴廁小了點，而且進入浴廁的門檻較高，需小心注意。

Reviewed Jul 30, 2025遅くなってのチェックインにも関わらず、丁寧な対応にホッとして、お部屋に入ると清潔感のある室内にさらにホッとしました。 ベッドの真向かいに大画面のテレビが設置されて居て、コンパクトなお部屋なのにとてもリラックスできる空間でした。 ただ一つだけ気になったのは、テーブルの下に冷蔵庫が置かれて居て、足が入らないので使い勝手があまりよく無かったのが惜しい所です😅
