Reviewed Aug 14, 2026El paisaje es espectacular, las instalaciones muy buenas. Camas confortables y vistas hermosas. Es un lugar hermoso para desconectarse y pasar tiempo en la naturaleza. El jacuzzi es muy agradable con la disposición con vista a la montaña.
No estaban listos para nuestra llegada. La cama de abajo no tenía almohadas. La limpieza pudo ser mejor. La puerta del baño no ajusta. El desayuno fue un poco demorado. La carretera de acceso habitual estaba cerrada y no nos avisaron con tiempo, por lo que tuvimos que dar una vuelta más larga, en una carretera muy empinada.

Para personas con movilidad reducida con tienen mucho acceso. Y No es un tema del alojamiento pero la vía de acceso si está difícil para carros tipo sedan que sean bajitos.

Reviewed May 5, 2026La atención estuvo espectacular. La comida es excelente y siempre están dispuestos a cumplir con tus pedidos. La tranquilidad y el confort realmente ayudan a desconectarse y tener un tiempo de descanso óptimo.
No está dentro de lo que puede controlar como tal el alojamiento, pero la carretera desde San Francisco hasta el hotel no está en buenas condiciones.

Comparado con otros alojamientos similares el precio es alto versus los servicios que ofrecen. La comida no nos gustó mucho y el agua de la ducha sale muy fría para el clima.

Yo soy vegana y dentro del variado menú tuve varias opciones, exquisita la comida!! La habitación súper cómoda con un delicioso café a disposición por cortesía del hotel, las vistas espectaculares. Sin duda regresaré a este mágico lugar.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and attentive service by Liliana. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was helping us with our luggage to our cabin or providing recommendations for nearby hiking trails, their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable. The propety and surroundings itself was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The small cabins offered plenty of privacy, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in nature without feeling crowded. In summary, our experience at Natubri Ecohotel exceeded all expectations. With its tranquil setting, attentive service, and array of amenities, it's the perfect destination for anyone seeking a rejuvenating experience. Reviewed Oct 18, 2023El spa del hotel, la comida, la atención, las instalaciones, levantarte con el canto de los pájaros, la escalada cumplieron con las expectativas del viaje. Vale la pena conocerlo y vivir esta experiencia inolvidable en familia con la mascota que también fue muy feliz. Quiero resaltar la atención de todas las personas del hotel, la persona que maneja el spa excelente, Roxana fue muy amable y nos acompaño en todo lo que necesitábamos, las señoras de la cocina lo hicieron perfecto, comida deliciosa y la mascota del hotel Azul el mas amoroso y tierno perrito. En fin volveria sin pensarlo, les recomiendo lo conozca vale totalmente la pena.

Un detalle que no me gustó es que las habitaciones cuando uno viaja en familia están separadas y debe uno salir de la cabaña para ir a la habitación principal o al baño. El sitio tiene una vista espectacular, se respira tranquilidad y mucha paz, es rodeado de mucha naturaleza! Es muy divertido para niños ya que hay varias actividades... las caminatas tambien muy cheveres

Reviewed Aug 21, 2023Overall an amazing escape from Bogota. High quality cabins, amazing bed, shower, and views! The restaurant had delicious food options for even vegan & veggie. Lots of space and outdoor activities that are free you can do. There is a mini golf course, badminton, volleyball, football, Rana, board/card games, archery, and rock climbing! The staff was super lovely and kind. The breakfast was delicious and probably one of the best included breakfasts I ever had. Loved the French Toast.
There should definitely be more warnings about the road conditions getting to the place. There are several ways to get there but some a gravel roads and we should be warned especially if the car is smaller and how difficult those roads may be if it rains. Should also inform the guests of the diversity of weather in the area, I had to ask so I anticipated the rainstorms but others did not.

Los platos del menú son preparados con ingredientes cultivados en el área, y la comida en general es rica. La amabilidad de los dueños y empleados también permite a los huéspedes disfrutar de la estadía y de la atención brindada.

The Staff was kind and generous with my family. the food is organic and delicious with excellent presentation. it is a great location to connect with nature: Beautiful landscape and many birds. The glamping is comfortable, clean and very well designed. Definitely, an excellent option for resting near Bogota.
I suggest to arrive during the day. Despite staff’s good advices to arrive, it's an unpaved road (about 1 mile)
