Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Terrible service and a truly horrific experience. They cancelled my reservation at the very last minute with zero consideration. I called the ooffice number repeatedly to confirm my arrival time,and they never answer the phone. By leaving me without a reservation. They completely stranded me. I had to search for another hotel in Ensenada at the last minute , but unforturnately, absolutly nothing was available. Because of their total lack of professionalism. I had to drive all the way back to San Diego and wait in line at the border for 5 long hours. It is completely unacceptable to treat customers this way. I would never return to this place and I strogly advise everyone to avoid it. Save yourself a headeche and book somewhere reliable.

The parking area doesn’t have cement or pavement, which cause to have your shoes all dirty.. 0n the bath on the shower the floor is very unsafe and with some soap you can felt down, which happen to me..

El hotel tiene un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor, se nota el cuidado en los detalles y la decoración tiene mucho encanto sin sentirse exagerada. La ubicación me pareció práctica porque está relativamente cerca de restaurantes y zonas para moverse en carro sin problema. La habitación estaba limpia, la cama cómoda y el servicio fue amable desde el check-in. También me gustó que el lugar se siente más privado y relajado que un hotel grande.

algunos detalles de la habitacion, cabellos de personas anteriores en el piso del baño, la regadera al abrir la llave y el agua rebotar en el cristal se salia por la parte de abajo, el cortinero no funcionaba bien.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Overall clean room and quiet neighborhood. Staff were all friendly. There was a coffee place on the side of the hotel which was great. They had a public jacuzzi but we didn't try it out. Private parking that seemed safe.
TV seemed small for the wall space. Breakfast provided could be better. It was in the central area of Ensenada so its a traffic area.

Funciona super bien y vaya que lo llegamos a disfrutar, además que clarisa la señorita de recepción fue en todo momento super atenta e hizo de nuestra estancia la mejor posible! La cama está riquísima y se descansa súper agusto, agua caliente siempre en la ducha , además que da una sensación de se muy seguro y moderno
El único pequeño detalle si es el desayuno que está incluído, pedimos nuestros chilaquiles pero prácticamente eran totopos bañados con muy poca salsa de tomate y un huevo pequeño encima, más que desayuno lo llamaría botana o entrada , aunque la mesera super atenta y servicial
