Incredible hotel with a remarkable concept and facilities to miss… Especially the Spa, Onsen and Gym. The Museum was also an amazing add-on. Location — wow.

Wish more was included considering it is 5-stars, at least things like shuttle to/from main stations in the area.

Clean , beautiful and spacious. Love onzen and cleanliness .

Our corner room on the fourth floor . So our balcony is nest floor from the roof downstairs. This is unreasonable to charge the same as higher floor . We do not use balcony as the scenic is not what we like to see mountain and roof at the same time . Specific room 402 not recommended for corner room price .

10/10 hotel on all counts.

Amazing view and so clean

Everything is amazing in this hotel.

Room was large with a top-notch view. The light control panel was smooth. Staff service was fantastic. Restaurants within the hotel are easy to access and amazing.

The bath is not able to be digitally controlled, which would have been nice to see at this price point.

Prachtig hotel

The hotel was excellent. The rooms were absolutely fabulous. Our fuji view room had amazing views across the mountains, so much space and a lovely balcony to sit out and relax. The museum was really cool and amazing to be able to see the track too. Pool and onsen were really nice, and gym was great - I loved the driving simulation! Would absolutely visit again.

Hotel could do direct shuttles to Gotemba outlet rather than having to transfer through Gotemba Station, but that's being picky.

Phenomenal location. Massive room that was modern and clean. Exceptional view of Mt Fuji. A must stay for any revhead wanting a great getaway

Only negatives I found was the fact that entry into the museum was not included in your stay, only dicounted and neither was access to the sundeck overlooking Fuji Speeway - you needed to purchase something from the cafe to be granted access

+ wunderschöne Lage vor dem Fuji + tolle Restaurants + sehr interessantes Motormuseum mit sehr seltenen Modellen + Thema des Hotels konsequent durchgezogen (Untersetzer als Reifen, Autoleuchten als Lampen, Pitlane zur Toilette etc.) ++ besonders toll waren Miky an der Rezeption und Yuina Suzuki im Restaurant

- es war leider völlig unmöglich, mit einem europäischen Führerschein drei Runden (mit ca. 30 kmh) hinter einem Pacecar auf der Strecke zu fahren, wie es dort am Tag dutzende tun; zunächst wurde mir erklärt, mein Führerschein wäre nicht gültig (extrem seltsam) – als ich fragte, ob dann jeder Führerschein aus Europa ungültig sei, fühlte sich die Rezeptionistin ertappt und ließ dann alles "genau überprüfen" – am Abend lag dann ein Kuvert in meiner Tür, in der mir sehr sperrig erklärt wurde, es würde gegen die Brüsseler Konvention verstoßen, mich fahren zu lassen? Wie bitte?? Wie auch immer: sehr unverständlich und enorm seltsam, gehört dringend für Gäste aus Europa erleichtert. / tagsüber Lärm von der Strecke, was aber normal ist neben einer Rennstrecke

This is quite possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Starting from the amenities, the gym, onsen, and restaurants were all fantastic. Do yourself a favour, and book the motorsports experiences (additional costs apply). The room was big, extremely clean, and well stocked with essentials. The beds were very comfortable. You can tell that the staff take pride in the way they maintain the facility.

The overall best hotel I have ever stayed at. Quiet luxury just next to Fuji Speedway. Excellent motor museum inside the hotel building. Staff is extraordinarily nice and helpful. Breakfast is great. Hot spring bath is fantastic.

This is a beautiful hotel. The details are incredible. Our room was just amazing - large, comfortable, well decorated and comfortable. We visited the race track and attended a drifting event which was fun. Dinner in the bar was great. Wish we had longer to experience the spa.

Our original booking was cancelled because of an error - we are not sure if this was the hotel's fault or Booking(dot)com's fault, but it was very disturbing to have our booking canceled a day before we were due to arrive. It was very hard to get assistance from anyone at Booking(dot)com, but luckily we managed to rebook.

Wonderful hotel - it was large and comfortable. It was clean and had amazingly great staff - from check in to the service staff at the restaurant.

Nothing at all. Though we were disappointed that Mt Fuji decided to hide behind the clouds for the entirety of our stay.

Hôtel magnifique , on rentre par l'escalator avec vue sur le musée de l'auto attenant. Les vues sont superbes sur les voitures, bien agencées. Dans l'hôtel, les photos , le décort sont un délice pour le regard . Je ne suis pas spécialement fan de voiture mais l'esthétisme est indégnable. L'hôtel offre une vue sur le mont Fuji d'une part et sur le circuit .. au choix des visiteurs ... La chambre est design et offre toute commodité . L'Onsen est élégant, avec vue sur le mont Fuji, 2 températures de bain et un Hammam.

Hotelul este intr-adevar exceptional . Se vede ca este un bucatar bun , inclusiv la micul dejun . View senzational , am avut vedere la Mt. Fuji si l-am prins cu o vizibilitate excelenta doua zile la rand . Piscina la fel merita luata in considerare , este mare si in general am gasit o libera . Am inteles ca are si onsen dar nu l-am incercat . Room service de asemenea foarte bun . Rezervati in avans experiente de condus pe pista , si aceasta merita 100% .

房間整潔舒適，有咖啡機。溫泉不用自己帶毛巾，有梳洗用品，有locker。酒店內日本餐廳食品非常好味😋。所有員工非常有禮貌，英文溝通絕對沒有問題，有五星級數

附近沒有便利商店或其他地方可以去除了汽車博物館

Excellent service and great views. The corner room with mountain view is the way to go. Depending on which side you are on, you may be able to see some of the track as well. 10/10.

The nearest convenience store Lawson at >2km far, suggest planning before check in and the onsen is not big

Nice hotel, great cars, super small beds

They sold the room for 4 people when it can really accomodate three. Three of us ended up sleeping like sardines in a can - sideways on two twin beds pushed together, with a huge hole under our backs. The most uncomfortable nights in Japan. And they charge over 500EUR a night for this. No compensation, no solution seeking, ni extra bed provided, nothing.

部屋からサーキット場が楽しめるのは、とても良かったです。ホテルのインテリアもすごくオシャレで子供も大喜びでした。スタッフさんの対応もすごくよかったです！

もう少し、事前の説明があればいいなぁと思いました。 ホームページをみても、分からない事がたくさんあったので...。値段が高すぎると思いました。

Amazing location , shuttle services, fitness , and of course the view

No room service all night long for late arrival after 10pm

It’s super helpful that the hotel has a bus from the Gotemba station as the hotel is quite isolated. The staff were accommodating in rebooking our bus as needed due to the weather conditions. It’s worthwhile emailing the staff to find out the best way to the hotel as Google maps does not always give you the easiest route.

We found the communication from the staff quite unclear when it came to the cancellation of the racetrack experience due to the weather. Fully understand as to why it was cancelled but was very disappointed that it was not communicated prior or even on arrival without further questioning on our part. We had to ask for further clarification and we did not get an email of the cancellation. Staff explained that they do not provide email cancellations and we had been given a refund and would get it in the next 48 hours. On the morning of our racetrack booking, you could actually still book through the website which we found quite bizarre. We tried to book the driving simulation instead on the day but it was fully booked. We had this accomodation booked well in advance and changed our whole itinerary as closer to when trying to organise the driving experience we found out the race track was closed - and this was not clearly indicated on their website. After emailing they advised they were doing maintenance. The views of Fuji however were impeccable and made it worth the stay. Despite being a guest of the hotel you do need to pay additional to fee access the museum which is $13 AUD per person and it closes at 5 pm. This can be tricky when check-in is at 3pm. I was underwhelmed with the room service portions and the dishes were had were satisfactory. To be honest, I’ve been too better 4-5 star hotels and would rather put my money elsewhere. Despite being able to wake up to Fuji, there are different views and ways you can see the beautiful mountain without needing staying at the hotel.

If you like cars and views this is the place, amazing amazing amazing from the hotel itself to seeing the racetrack and then Mt.Fuji on the other side it’s something of dreams, book this hotel if you are coming to Japan you won’t regret it !

Nothing everything was perfect

Best hotel for motorsport fans with exceptional services and a helpful, capable staff. The room offered a great view of Mount Fuji, and it was a large, luxurious space with lots of amenities. The two lower floors feature a museum with iconic racing cars. The restaurant and bar were also excellent.

Beautiful property, close to Fuji Speedway, views of Mt. Fuji, the Museum, the restaurants, and the facilities, gym, onsen, pool. Staff is great. Really enjoyed the food.

Compared to say staying in Tokyo area, there is nothing readily close by like a Family Mart, shopping etc.
