The hotel turned out to be quite small, compact, and very cozy. The room was quite small for two people, but very neat and clean. The towels and bed linens were crisp white. We also really liked the design; everything was very beautiful and original. There was parking nearby. Our stay in Çanakalle was very pleasant.

Albergo molto carino ed originale, la stanza è decisamente piccola ma c'è tutto per cui risulta comoda così come i letti ed il bagno. Buona anche la colazione, prevalentemente salata. Ottima la posizione sia per visitare il centro ed il porto (che non sono proprio vicinissimi ma tranquillamente raggiungibili a piedi) ma soprattutto per la vicinanza con la stazione dei minibus che portano a Troia (10 minuti al massimo seguendo il canale).

We stayed in the small room by choice, and it was incredibly cozy, comfortable, and spotless. The hotel’s design is stunning, with amazing attention to detail and high-quality finishes. The little touches in the room, like water and biscuits, were a lovely welcome after a long journey. The gentleman at the reception was extremely helpful and polite, and he prepared a great breakfast for us. The location is fantastic—super close to restaurants, the bazaar, and everything you need. Truly impressive stay!

The atmosphere in this little hotel was very pleasant, tastefuly decorated. The host was very helpful, he was concerned that I had booked a smaller room and upgraded with a larger for the same price.

All was really good. I loved the breakfast, the clean & very comfortable room and the extremely caring owner Kursat. Car parking was very easy, just opposite of the hotel itself

Der Inhaber des Hotels war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber es war absolut alles durchdacht, stylisch gestaltet und sehr sauber...

Es hat uns alles gefallen, es gab keinen Grund zur Beanstandung.

A very unusual place. Lots of design. Very cozy. The location is close to the embankment and the city center. There is paid parking opposite with a 50% discount. Very good internet.

Loved the decor - looked like it had been designed with meticulous care, by someone with a graphic designer's eye and culture buff's sensibility. Fun, quirky, and stylish. All the appliances and beds were top notch. The owners and staff were really helpful and kind. Easy walk to the centre of town. We loved this hotel.

Отель очень стильный, хоть и маленький. Сразу видно, что хозяин оформил все в отеле с отличным чувством стиля и вкуса. В отеле идеальная чистота, завтрак простой, я бы даже сказал скромный. Машину можно припарковать на стоянке напротив отеля за 100 лир/сутки.

Немного подкачало расположение, но до цента 10-15 минут ходьбы. Еще в конкретно нашем номере кондиционер был неудачно расположен, на противоположной стене от кровати, поэтому дул прямо в лицо.

Interior is very tastefully decorated. Mr Kürsat is very attentive and helpful. Location is central and close distance to all the shops and restaurants. The room has quality toiletries and fun decorations. It's a great place to stay if you are in Canakkale.

Excellent parking facility nearby. Since I don’t speak Turkish, I probably didn’t use it the right way and had to pay 120 TRY for overnight parking, but that’s still a fair price.

Unfortunately, I didn’t like the hotel at all. I booked it mainly because of the parking, but the normal rooms were already taken, so we stayed in the small red room. It is much smaller than it looks in the photos. The bathroom has no ventilation except a small window, which must stay open when in use — this lets in constant noise from buses parking nearby, from dawn till late evening. The AC unit is placed directly opposite the bed, so even on the lowest setting it blasts cold air on you all night. The blanket was far too thin and small (see photo); if you’re taller than 1.6 m, you basically have to choose whether your upper body or your legs stay warm. The night was very uncomfortable and cold. In the lobby, they displayed items like mugs and perfume with price tags. My girlfriend wanted to buy a coffee cup, but after a confusing discussion (with another guest translating, since staff spoke no English), it turned out the cups were not actually for sale. If items are not for sale, they shouldn’t have price tags that mislead guests.

È un piccolo hotel arredato con estremo gusto, mobili e complementi d’arredo originalissimi, cura di ogni singolo dettaglio, davvero particolare. Il gestore, gentilissimo, ci ha offerto il parcheggio (molto comodo, davanti alla struttura) e la colazione è stata ottima. Camere molto belle e comode, posizione strategica (10 minuti a piedi dalla zona dei bar e ristorantini e poco distante dal molo dei traghetti che attraversano lo stretto dei Dardanelli). Molto consigliato

De man die dit hotel uitbaat moet een perfectionist zijn. Aan alles maar werkelijk álles is aandacht besteed. Zelfs als je je tweede kopje thee bij het ontbijt ontvangt wordt een nieuw kopje gebruikt dat hij met zorg voorverwarmd. Er is zelfs nergens stof te bekennen! Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd met klassieke muziek van Radio 3 TRT, lekker zen je ochtend beginnen dus. De kamers zijn subliem ingericht. Super efficient en weer met uiterste zorg. De tas op iedere kamer met de tekst “There is no planet B” mag je meenemen en na gebruik terughangen om het gebruik van plastic te voorkomen. 🫶🏽 De uitgestalde artikelen in de shop staan perfect en zijn als geheel al een kunstwerk te noemen. De kleinste details vielen mij op. Het chocola dat net iets naar voren helt, de artistieke positionering van de kopjes, de flesjes waarvan de tweede rij aan de kopse kant iets schuin staan zodat je deze goed kunt lezen vanaf je zitplek. Love it! De beste score voor deze unieke artistiekeling met een passie voor sneakers, logo’s en bauhaus architectuur!

Wij konden helemaal niks bedenken.

Hotelden, personel ile iletişimden, odanın temizliğinden ve konforundan çok memnun kaldık. Çanakkale'ye gidecek herkese gönül rahatlığıyla öneriyoruz. Sadece hotele ait bir otopark olmadığı için çok yakındaki bir otoparkı kullanmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz ve maalesef otopark güvenlik açısından yeterli olsa da iletişim ve fiyatlandırma politikası olarak hiç güven vermiyor. Ancak bu dediklerimin hotelle direkt bir alakası yok elbette.

What a fascinating place and person. Khurshed has curated a design and pop culture museum experience for the guests at The Abies. Every single corner of the hotel is thoughtfully designed, carefully curated, and with personal touches that are surprising and engaging. The facilities in the room are excellent. Everything is monogrammed, down to the glass water bottles! and I really appreciate the free water. There are groceries and bakery stores nearby as well as a paid parking opposite that is very safe. The neighborhood is sweet and welcoming. We made friends with everyone even though we are quite reserved because the people were so warm and friendly and the lane was lively with young kids and old grandmas. Very fun experience.

Fab and funky decor - super clean and well thought out and appointed rooms. Nice touch with water and snacks which are good quality. Air con was very efficient.

The lack of a lift may be a challenge for some - we were offered help for bags.

THE HOTEL IS IDEAL FOR A FEW DAYS' HOLIDAY. THE OWNER IS HELPFUL AND VERY KIND. BREAKFAST IS OFFERED IN THE RECEPTION AREA BY APPOINTMENT AS THE AREA IS RELATIVELY SMALL BUT THIS DOESN'T CAUSE A PROBLEM. THE BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD WITH FLAVORS FROM TURKEY. THE ROOMS, LIKE THE WHOLE HOTEL, ARE VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND HAVE A SPECIAL VINTAGE STYLE.

THE AREA IS VERY CLOSE TO THE CENTER BUT IN CONTRAST TO THE HOTEL IT IS A LITTLE DIRTY. GENERALLY IT IS A SAFE AREA WE DID NOT FEEL ANY DANGER.

Otelin bulunduğu yer çarşıya yakın bi konumda arka tarafı kentsel dönüşüme girmiş o tarafı gördüğünüzde bu sizi olumsuz anlamda asla yanıltmasın… otele giriş yaptığımızdaki karşılama ilgi alaka çok iyiydi.Oda içi dizayn yeni eşyalar ve temiz olması gerçekten çok güzeldi. Mutlaka görmeniz gereken bir yer olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Gorgeous focus on design. This is an artsy, youthful place with very friendly staff anxious to please. Immediate surrounding neighborhood might be unappealing but its a ahort walk into the busy, amicable, working class city.

This place redefined my concept of both cleanliness and interior design! The owner has decorated everything in his own contemporary and urban style with extreme care and taste! Everything inside is impeccable - entrance, corridors, staircases, the room itself... Every detail has found it's proper place in this hotel. Outstanding! What a better place to stay, especially for me as an aviation fan 🙂

Everything in the hotel The Abies was comfortable to me. The room was clean, the stuff was friendly and helpful. There was a teapot and fridge in the room. The hotel is located in 500 m from the sandy beach Mega. And in 7 min walk to the bus stop for Troya archeological park.

I can't imagine having any problems at this hotel. Nice place!

The staff were very friendly and helpful to us. Even though we booked a small room, it was comfortable enough with air con, good showering facilities, bed and pillows were comfortable. It was a very cool hotel. It wasn't far to get to the main harbour area, dolmus station, or restaurants.

Our own fault, we booked a tiny room so it was hard to move with 2 of us in there and our luggage. The area of the hotel itself is a little 'rough looking'.

Kürşat bey fue muy amable en todo momento y hasta le ayudó a mi esposo a preparar una sorpresa para mí cumpleaños. Yiğit incluso estuvo de testigo en nuestra boda; ambos fueron de gran apoyo para nosotros, una pareja turco-mexicana celebrando su matrimonio en Çanakkale.
