Actually everything is Good and very near sunway or some kind shop

我房间有窗口，外面很吵，很影响睡眠，然后隔音也是蛮差，可以听到隔壁房间的声音

really good place for a quick visit to here and there , got activities to pass time and water dispenser to be use (got milo/milk tea/coffee too)

the bathroom door can be quite a challenge , it was a funny situation for us lmao but it’s not a big deal for me 🤣

Strategic location. Walking distance to Sunway Pyramid mall. 24 hour restaurant downstairs and 711 nearby. Limited free public parking. Fast self check in kiosk.

No soundproof. Noisy at night. Room space very small. Musty smell. Yellow stain toilet. Torn bath towels. Hard lumps on mattress.

No parking, no reception, no toiletries.

Self-check in system. Just print the room key from the machine. Easy process. Parking lots are easy to find but need to pay.

It's too noisy until early morning since the Mamak restaurant is just behind the hotel. It's also near the pub, so it's not suitable for kids.

Room was too small, dirty walls, no table side lights, veryvlow bed, wash room was too small. Value of money was not there!

They welcome me at about 2 am after sending them a message about the time of arrival.

The bed sheet and blanket is so dirty. (Rusted spots)

Hotel is good in all aspects, except the space. Space is very limited inside the room and no space to keep the travel bags. Also, no space to open the laptop inside the room. Space is the only constraint. Rest all very nice and worth the money

Maddi was a great manager and really helped me throughout my stay at GG hotel.

It's a very small and compact hotel. Also, staff didn't clean my room all 3 nights I stayed.

The hotel is really good for short or long stay because there are very clean and fragrant. I also like the lobby because the smells is soo goood. Btw there are have a game and netflix ! Thankyou for the service will comeback again.

Nice location for work, many restaurants and Sunway Pyramid shopping mall next to it. The staff are kind and helpful, room a bit small, but enough for 2 person, the lounge provides free water refill and coffee and hot chocolate drinks, very spacious for me to do my work with laptop, as desk and chairs and sofa are provided.

The chocolate was really tasty!! We had two cups of chocolate everyday And it has a very strategic location which is super near to sunway pyramid and sunway lagoon The environment is quite clean

Would be better if the lighting is brighter For me it is quite dark and scary to have this kind of gaming theme lighting

There is a check in kiosk for self check in, and if you have problems, the kiosk provides a a phone number which you can call for assistance. The place does look like a gamer's hotel with two arcade and a pool table, the shower area was good with excellent heat. It is very near to Sunway Pyramid and food is readily available nearby

The lift buttons, while working, need to be repeatedly tapped to make it work, and the rooms are a bit cramped so you need to plan how to open your luggages if you have more than one luggage.

There was a small pool table, two arcade games but some of the controls were broken by guests, and there was a playstation which my boyfriend really loved haha. Loved the lighting of the room too, adds to the ambience and vibe.

The bed sheets and pillows had some stains. And I wanted to request for two more pillows through their said app but I could not go through the website after scanning the code given, I also tried searching the app but I couldn’t find it, I eventually gave up haha.

Staff services with fast reply! Have some relaxing play tools and coffee machine!

No receptionist to help for self serve machine at front desk, need to call for help! No room keeping/clean up service for next day morning!
