Di questo Hotel, mi è piaciuto tutto.Ottima posizione, gentilezza dello staff, camera molto bella e spaziosa, e per finire, una colazione strepitosa, servita al livello superiore, dove si può godere di una ottima visuale. Che dire, se avete intenzione di soggiornare a Goreme, consiglio assolutamente, questa struttura.

The location was great, near the bus terminal, which that was i looked for. The room was clean, spacious, water heater worked well.

The breakfast time was a bit late for me. I had to check out before 8.30 and yet their breakfast time starts 8.30. Eventhough the food was prepared most of it, but they did not allow to get the breakfast before the time. I'd still can took the coffee and tea, so that was OK for me.

Hotel staff: poor communication and unreliable service - Communication before check-in was frustrating; they repeatedly asked for flight info and arrival day, even after I had already sent it multiple times. - I inquired about hot air balloon rides, but they couldn’t confirm availability or prices. They discouraged booking elsewhere but still couldn’t guarantee a spot. Prices kept changing: first €350, then €330, and finally €320 in person; all much higher than the €220 I’d seen before arriving in Cappadocia. - Shuttle booking was disorganized. Though we were told to book a specific time to allow airport buffer, the only available slot was 4 hours earlier and 1 hour after what we asked. The shared shuttle picked up many passengers en route, and we barely made it on time, which was very stressful, especially as one of us has a mobility issue. - We also booked the Red Tour. Staff knocked on our door 10 minutes early saying the bus had arrived, only for us to end up waiting at the front desk. Misleading and unnecessary. - Overall, serious language barriers and unreliable service. I wouldn’t count on the hotel staff for arrangements or accurate info.

This hotel truly made my stay special. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. He gave me wonderful ideas to explore Göreme. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety. The room was nice and cozy and made my stay relaxing. It is a 2 minute walk to the main city centre and easy access to public transport and other city buses as well. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit back.

Only stayed for 1 night and great experience. Very nice staff. He Helped with booking last minute hot air balloon ride. Liked the spacious clean room and cave environment. Great for the price. Close to all areas.

The location was in the absolute center of goreme which was perfect as you could walk everywhere. Breakfast was delicious and the variety was good. The view from the upstairs terrace was absolutely magical for watching the balloons and for just chilling at night.

The side tables did not have working lightbulbs and they didn't fix it even though I informed them on the first day. It was not a problem for me to be honest.

Great property with the views, the front desk people are very helpful.

It is a small and cosy property with all the Amenities. The Rooms are clean and spacious. The Breakfast was lavish and the staff is very friendly and polite. They assist you in all your request and requirement. We had a good and comfortable Stay.

The location, room are spacious comparing to similar price if you choose cave room. This hotel is made from stone bricks. it is a pleasant stayed. Cleanliness are great, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast are good with great view in enjoying you meal with family. The hotel do provides tours. Or those who drive can explore the places by using google map. Stayed at Goreme instead of Uchisar. Many restaurant nearby the area and walkable.

スタッフの方がツアーや移動手段について丁寧に相談に乗ってくれました。 ツアーや移動手段は自分で旅行代理店で頼むより割高でした。しかし、深夜でも対応してくれた点やクオリティーが高かった点から、こちらで頼んで良かったと思っています。 ホテルの設備も清潔感があり、男女での宿泊も問題なく可能です。しかしゴミ箱は無いので、ご自身でゴミ袋の準備が必要です。

特にありません。強いて言うなら、上の方の部屋を取ると、階段をたくさん上がらないといけないので、そこだけは注意が必要です。

It is a small hotel with an excellent location in the town center, only two minutes away from the bus station. It has a rooftop restaurant and a lady who prepares the breakfast is very kind. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful — I booked the tours around Cappadocia, including hot air balloon flight through them and it was a lot more affordable than through third parties.

The hotel said they have parking place, but when we were there no parking place, when we out we need always to thinking where we would put our car cause every place is full of cars. And there's someone make our car tire broke by supposed, and the hotels knew it and called us for told us about

Belle découverte des capadoces. Un site impressionnant. Goreme une villle paisible , charmante, et agreable . La restauration est correcte . Un peu de harcèlement mais pas méchant .

Esta muy bien ubicada en capadocia , caminando media cuadra y ya estas en la zona mas popular de tiendas y restaurante . Muy limpio todo y con un desayuno muy bueno .

Beautiful breakfast terrace with views over the town. Great location - central yet quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly. As a single female traveller, I felt very safe here.

Great location in Goreme. We could walk to everything. The breakfast was good but I wish they would label the dishes. It was hard to know what most items were. Lots of sauces, etc, that I didn't recognize. The foods I tried were very nice and tasty.

歩いて数分で、レストラン街があり食べることには事欠きません。 朝食も美味しい！4月の終わりの朝は少し寒いですが、テラスで食べました。 また、早朝は気球が飛んでおり、これまた歩いて５分のギョレメ公園で眺めることが出来ました。 ローズバレーのトレッキングコースも歩いて30分くらい。夕陽で赤く染まったローズバレーを見ることができました。 お値段もお手頃、お勧めできるホテルです。 ただし、部屋の鍵は慣れないと難しかったです。、

El hotel es excelente, muy bien ubicado. Hay variedad de restaurantes y supermercados a pocos metros de distancia. El personal es muy amable y con ellos se pueden reservar los diferentes tours que se ofrecen en la región de Cappadocia. La reserva del paseo en globo se realizó con ellos pero por condiciones climáticas no se pudo realizar y reembolsaron la totalidad del dinero. Totalmente recomendado.

2 günlük Kapadokya seyahatimizde burada konakladık. Bizim için tek kelimeyle kusursuz bir konaklama oldu. Odamız çok temizdi. Taş bina olduğu için soğuk olabileceğinden endişe etmiştim ama tam tersi, odanın sıcaklığı idealdi. Kahvaltı çok güzel ve çeşitliydi. Yatağımız konforluydu. Sahipleri, biz daha istemeden çocuğumuz için ek yatak koyacak kadar düşünceli insanlar. Mutfaktaki İsmihan Abla'dan da bahsetmezsem olmaz. Çok neşeli, güleryüzlü, eli lezzetli bir ablaydı. Sayelerinde mükemmel bir konaklama geçirdik. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

The location was great, everything was great.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are freshly renovated, clean, everything you need is there. As the hotel is small it is very quiet, which is a big plus. All the staff are very friendly. A hotel to which you want to come back unequivocally

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was really friendly. Location was great, it is close to everywhere in Göreme and also, there were many parking spots available around the hotel. Everything went good, recommendable.

This boutique hotel is located right in the centre of the action with restaurants and shops galore. The staff were responsive and polite and the breakfast on the rooftop was first-class. The rooms were of a very good decor with excellent sheets and towels. A great shower (which I always appreciate) and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

We liked everything

Everything was wonderful. Rooms are beautiful (lighting was a little dark, it could use some more lights). Breakfast was spectacular with wonderful views and probably best breakfast I've had in a hotel (though the scrambled eggs and omelet are extra charge but not much). Only issue we had was we asked for an iron and ironing board and didn't receive it. They might've just forgot or perhaps we left the room too soon after we asked for it. No issues as we didn't try asking again so that's really on us. Other than that, staff were very nice, pleasant, and accommodating. They helped with getting tours and they picked us up and dropped us off to airport for very less money compared to many other hotels like the ones in Istanbul that charge too much. This was a very fair and good price for airport transfers.

Very good hotel to stay in the center of Goreme. Facilities are very comfortable, delicious breakfast with great views and a very friendly and helpful staff. Victor and Ahmed were great! Definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved staying here and almost regret staying only one night so that we could try a more popular cave hotel nearby. The staff was beyond helpful from everything to getting us hot air balloon rides at the best price when most were booked up, to being extremely communicative, to helping us feel comfortable when we arrived too early and couldn’t check in. Location is great, the free breakfast was amazing, the rooms were large, and everything was clean. Would recommend to everyone.

- poor sound insulation. We could hear all the footsteps but ESPECIALLY all the lounge/terrace chairs moving and sliding around very loudly. - One of the water bottles provided in the room had several visible bits floating in it. - No fresh coffee available, only instant.

The hotel has perfect location, right in the center of Göreme and there is also supermarket near hotel. Very tasty breakfast and nice staff. We liked everything

We were so pleased with our stay at Volare. The staff at reception were super nice, great with communication and very helpful with all our questions and airport transfers. The hotel is situated in a quiet street, but a stone's throw away from all the restaurants and shops. Breakfast was really flavourful with a few different dishes every morning. The kitchen staff were also so sweet and friendly. We loved having a pomegranate tea each night soaking up the view from the terrace. Also a good spot to watch balloons early morning. Our room was spacious, clean and the AC was a lifesaver! Recommend 10/10 :)

this well appointed and quiet hotel is in the heart of goreme. it is within easy reach of everything. our hosts were the most wonderful.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is clear that a lot of effort has been put into making the terrace a wonderful space to spend time. Finally, the food buffet was great!

Great breakfast and close to everything.

The shower pressure is very low and the beds could be more comfortable. Across from the hotel there is a market and for some reason people were banging on drums almost every night until late. So get yourself some earplugs incase you need them.
