Residens Svalhøj

Venlig modtagelse, alt fungerede perfekt,

Eneste minus er, at det ligger ud til hovedvejen mellem Rønne og Hasle. Men jeg vil alligevel anbefale Svalhøj, og jeg vil komme igen

Ny fin træhytte med udsigt til bæk. Vi havde det for os selv. Vi havde hunde med.

At man ikke kunne åbne vinduer i hytten. Det gav både os og især hunde åndenød. Der var en krog til at have halvåben dør, men det kan man ikke med hunde i hytten, de løber ud. Vi kunne ikke være i hovedhuset samtidig, da vi ikke måtte være der med hund. Der var mega meget trafikstøj, især om morgenen.

Vi fikk en egen liten hytte i hagen med veldig god plass. Det var supert.

La maison est située près d'une route principale et il y a pas mal de bruit

Vi var virkelig positivt overrasket. Vi havde lejet værelse, men følte nærmest at vi havde lejet en kæmpe villa. Vi havde adgang til et stort og dejligt køkken alrum med alt hvad man havde brug for og lidt til. En fin stue med bordfodbold. Samt en hyggelig overdækket terrasse med udsigt til en lukket have med et rislende vandløb. En meget venlig vært modtog os ved ankomsten og tog sig tid til at fortælle lidt om området. Blandt andet anviste han os en dejlig sandstrand kun få minutter fra hvor vi boede. Alt i alt en dejlig oplevelse. 10 ud af 10 herfra.

Alt fint

Supersød og behagelig vært. Karim er et yderst behageligt menneske, som tager sin værtsrolle meget seriøst. Rigtig fin indtjekning og god opfølgning under opholdet.

Meget trafikstøj fra landevejen som er hovedfærdselsåren fra Rønne til Nordbornholm. Der er ikke sengelamper i værelset.

Värden var trevlig och närvarande varje dag Mån om att prata och se alla sina gäster. Det var välstädat, bra organiserat.

Allt var bra.

Værten modtog os i det solrige (varme) vejr og ønskede os velkommen. Føl jer som hjemme fik vi besked på - så det gjorde vi - ligesom de andre gæster. Indendørs i et stort spisekøkken og stue, samt udendørs på terasse og have. En særdeles sympatisk vært, ganske ubesværet at tale med.

Trafikstøjen.

Niesamowity kamień runiczny przed domem. Wyjątkowy ogród ze strumieniem, zaraz po drugiej stronie drogi jest spokojna uliczka, którą można dojechać na wygodną do wypoczynku i kąpieli plażę. I oczywiście bardzo sympatyczni właściciele.

Fantastisk modtagelse af imødekommende vært som virkelig fik os til at føle os hjemme med det samme. Dejligt roligt, ingen larm af børn. Rent og pænt. Stabilt wifi. Fantastisk have med masser af siddepladser og mulighed for at hente tomater og solbær. Terrasser både til morgensol og aftensol, sidst nævnte var overdækket, så det var muligt at nyde aftenerne længere

Der var lidt støj fra vejen

Bardzo wygodny i funkcjonalny dom. Wspaniale wyposażona kuchnia. Wlasciciel jest przemiły. Lokalizacja noclegu jest bardzo dogodna. Pomimo, że na nocleg dotarłyśmy po 1 w nocy, gospodarz wszystko dla nas zorganizował i nie było to dla niego problemem.

Da wir ein Upgrade bekommen haben und in einer anderen Unterkunft waren, sind die Aussagen nur auf den ersten Blick bezogen. Der Gastgeber Karim (für beide Unterkünfte zuständig) ist ausgesprochen gastfreundlich, herzlich und löst jedes Problem. Für ihn: 5 von 5 ⭐️

We have the whole upstairs because there was only we and another couple in the downstairs. Also dogs was welcome to stay with us. The Svalhøj’s owner was a awesome quy and host for us. He make a house tour with us and showed the most important places in Svalhøj. The garden was also really beautiful and we ate breakfast in the nice countryside morning sunshine. There was also all kitchen tools what you need for great breakfast and another meals!

We stayed 2 nights. I was originally skeptical about the staying but changed my mind completely: the place is located between Rønne and (closer to) Hasle, connected by a beautiful bike lane. The facilities are in excellent shape, you have absolutely everything you need. It’s very clean. The host - Karim - is a real host, reliable if you need advices and diplomatic. We enjoyed the spot much. The living room is spacious and cozy. There is a little cozy garden. The beds were comfortable. The shower works super well. Could be recommended.

Definitely love this place. The room, shared toilet, and common kitchen were clean. The facilities were just what we needed. Friendly owner. We will stay there again if we visit Bornholm in the future, and we recommend others to do the same.

The location wasn't so strategic (far from amenities) and there was an extra fee for bed sheets, pillow covers, and towels.

Karim was very nice and easy to talk to as well as generous and welcoming in general. I had a great stay and was even allowed to use the bike for free. I also got advice on what to see and visit.

Friendly and helpful staff 👍 and parking is easy, and the rooms are what you need to sleep

every things that perfect for staying in Bornholm. it’s so comfortable to stay there and they are very friendly and kind,helpful. it’s one problem is bus 10 that come in front of hotel is not so frequent. but you can rent bicycle and you can buy stuff and ingredients in small town. and it’s possible to get in buses there.
