We had overall a wonderful stay as a birthday celebration for my husband. The room was nice and comfortable, the facilities for children were amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. A very special shoutout to the Kids Club team for children aged 3–5. They were truly amazing with my son. They took very good care of him, and he had an absolute blast. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and full of such positive energy. The restaurant staff also deserve a special mention. They were consistently warm, friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our meals. Their service contributed a lot to the positive experience we had during the stay.

Unfortunately, our experience ended on a very disappointing note at check out. There was a discrepancy on our final bill regarding an additional charge for something I had not ordered, which I raised with the Front Office Manager and supported with the written communication from the hotel. I would like to point out that the Front Office gentleman who initially assisted me was very professional, respectful, and helpful, which I truly appreciated. My only issue was with the Front Office Manager, who became defensive and engaged in an uncomfortable and unnecessarily argumentative exchange with me. I found his handling of the situation disappointing and unprofessional, particularly for a five-star hotel, and not consistent with the otherwise excellent service we received from the rest of the team. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses this matter internally, as situations like this can negatively affect the image of the hotel and overshadow what would otherwise have been a truly wonderful experience, especially during a birthday celebration weekend.

1. Really cool facilities for kids for all ages, from outdoor to indoor playgrounds. 2. Purees and formula always avaliable, although might be improved.

1. There is no tea or coffee included into lunch and dinner, only breakfast. Desserts in the evening, but not coffee;) Even if you have nespersseo machine and pot in the room, but at lunch and dinner only for money. 2. Not many healthy options for toddlers (1–2 years old) who have outgrown purees but do not eat regular adult food yet (with all the spices, etc.). I was happy to see oatmeal made with water, but when I tried it, it wasn’t just sweet, it was super sweet. The only remaining option for breakfast was eggs or johgurt maybe. But it always rice and pasta at dinner. 3. Pretty big timegap between lunch and dinner. Though there is a room with some food (pureess, brei and apples) but it might not be enough for toddler kid.

The location is amazing - you get a beautiful view of the Austrian alps right outside your window. Great food at the hotel, and the staff were just amazing.

At times it seems understaffed - the pool barely had any employees around to turn beds and chair around (although it wasn’t super busy and it was easy to find a spot despite overall high occupancy). Same goes for the lobby, barely any employees around to pick up cups, and straighten the lobby.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The kids were absolutely thrilled, and we finally had time to truly relax and spend quality time together. The food was incredible both breakfast and dinner were amazing. While we found slightly fewer options at lunch, everything was thoughtfully prepared and charming, and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful with everything we needed. We would love to come back in the future!

Overall it was an excellent location to enjoy time with my family. The facilities and the staff are excellent and made my experience even more enjoyable than expected.

1)Adult wellness should be extended until 11 pm. This would allow us to enjoy even more after kids sleep time. 2)Card used by kids in kidsclub. This was a bit inconvenient because we had to search quite often where to find those cards. I believe a temporary stamp “tatoo” with the room number in the kids arms would be a better solution to address the identification purpose. 3) Too many flies in the lobby to the point to get uncomfortable stay in the comfortable chairs near the door that opens to the outside area.

* Jedzenie absolutnie rewelacyjne. Przyznam, że przed przyjazdem byłem dość sceptycznie nastawiony do formuły bufetowej, szczególnie przy dłuższym pobycie. Tym większe było moje zaskoczenie – jakość, różnorodność i sposób przygotowania potraw zdecydowanie przerosły moje oczekiwania. Wszystko świeże, bardzo smaczne, duży wybór i naprawdę wysoki poziom. Na osobne wyróżnienie zasługuje Pan Adam – kelner, który swoją świetną obsługą, zaangażowaniem i bardzo sympatycznym podejściem dodatkowo umilał nam posiłki. Takich ludzi w hotelarstwie się zapamiętuje. * Fantastyczna strefa dla dzieci, bardzo dobrze przemyślana i z dużą liczbą atrakcji. Dzieci naprawdę mają co robić przez cały dzień. * Animacje i warsztaty dla dzieci na świetnym poziomie. Dużym atutem jest międzynarodowy zespół animatorów. Osoby z różnych krajów sprawiają, że dzieciom łatwiej znaleźć animatora, z którym mogą swobodnie porozumieć się w swoim języku lub w języku, który znają. * Pokoje bardzo komfortowe, przestronne i dobrze zaprojektowane. Widać dbałość zarówno o estetykę, jak i funkcjonalność, co szczególnie docenia się podczas rodzinnego wyjazdu. * Lokalizacja i atrakcje w najbliższej okolicy są genialne. Kolejka, coaster, zjazd na linie nad jeziorem i wiele innych aktywności sprawiają, że można tutaj spędzić kilka bardzo aktywnych dni bez konieczności organizowania dalekich wycieczek. * Hotel jest naprawdę świetnie przygotowany dla rodzin. Wiele rzeczy zostało przemyślanych z perspektywy rodziców podróżujących z dziećmi, dzięki czemu można połączyć wypoczynek dorosłych z masą atrakcji dla najmłodszych. * Bardzo dobra atmosfera i obsługa. Mieliśmy drobny incydent związany z serwisem sprzątającym, ale sposób, w jaki hotel zareagował i wyjaśnił sytuację, zasługuje na duży plus. Właśnie w takich momentach najlepiej widać poziom obsługi. * Całościowo bardzo udany rodzinny pobyt i hotel, do którego z przyjemnością można wrócić.

* Brak szbaru przy basenie. Przy tak dobrym standardzie hotelu i rozbudowanej strefie wypoczynkowej zdecydowanie przydałoby się miejsce, w którym można zamówić napój czy kawę bez konieczności wychodzenia ze strefy basenowej.

Tout est parfait et le plus, l'espace jeu consacré aux enfants est incroyable. Le personnel tjs souriant et amiable et concernant la nourriture, tout le monde y trouve son compte avec cette formula buffet...

A part le bruit aux repas, mais ça se sont les parents qui doivent gérer leurs enfants et le gachis de nourriture par certaines familles (quelque chose devrait être mis en place pour ça à mon avis) rien à redire...

Grands-parents avec trois petits-enfants qui ont eu beaucoup de plaisir. Chambre pratique avec deux salles de bains. Belles piscine et activités sympathiques.

Le lunch, en tout inclus est trop limité.

It’s a shame that many of the rooms look over the hydro electric plant.

The hotel is extremely family-friendly and clearly designed with children in mind. We especially love that the kids can go straight to the play area while we are still finishing our dinner. This makes mealtimes much more relaxing and enjoyable for us as parents. The indoor swimming pool is also ideal for families. The water depth is perfect for our children, as it is shallow enough for our five-year-old to stand with his head above the water. This means I do not need to stay in the pool with him the entire time, while still being able to supervise the kids closely. The water is also nice and warm inside. The family sauna is another great feature in the indoor swimming area. Since we need to stay near the children, it is wonderful to have the opportunity to enjoy the sauna while they play on the water slide nearby. It allows us to relax a little while still keeping an eye on them. I wish that they open also in the morning not just from 14:00 since I usually go to the pool with the kids already in the morning- Spa massage was amazing. I could really fall asleep during the session! The location is 2 mins walk to the cable car station in case anyone wants to go up the mountain or even enjoy the Mountain coaster.

We stayed for four nights and requested that our room be cleaned, including a change of bed linen, midway through our stay by placing the appropriate sign outside the room. Unfortunately, the bed linen was not changed, which was disappointing. The beds were made, but fresh sheets were not provided. The lunch selection is also quite limited, with mainly sandwiches and only a few hot food options. We would have appreciated a little more variety. However, we also understand that there are fewer guests at the hotel during the daytime, so offering a larger buffet may not always be practical. While we like the kids club, the activities last about 30 mins so it is quite short. Otherwise, you can always leave the kids there but none of mine would stay long since the play space outside is much more interesting for them.

Englischsprechendes Personal Wenn man in Österreich ist, wäre es schön wenn auch österreichisch gesprochen wird oder zumindest deutsch.

Wonderful indoor play area and staff taking care of the kids, interesting and engaging activities. Great food. Comfortable room.

The outdoor areas and facilities are quite poor, part of the playground was half broken and in complete decay which is strange for a family hotel.The terrace outdoors looks empty and not cozy, with only metal chairs, no decor or plants making it more inviting.Outdoor pool area with lounge chairs is too small for such a big hotel. Almost no greens outdoors, the green areas look neglected and not pleasant to walk around. Poor English skills and communication skills at the reception. All that especially striking considering the price category of the hotel.

The location is very nice and quiet. Great kids club with activities all day long. The dinner buffet options were very nice and not repetitive-we stayed for three nights. We will definitely come back.

I had an appointment at the Spa for a massage and there was no personnel available at the reception. One of the receptionist kindly showed me around but I would have expected the spa reception to be staffed during the day. There were a lot of flies near the food in the dining area. This is very unusual for a 5-star hotel and I would have expected management to have sorted out the issue, as I have seen other reviews mentioning it as well.

Das Essen ist sensationell. Sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Die Kinder fühlten sich rundum wohl.

Perfect hotel for family

Das Hotel ist ideal für Familien – Kinder erleben Spass, Eltern geniessen Komfort. Die Getränke an der Bar sind teilweise teurer als in der Schweiz, das Angebot ist aber vielfältig. Das Essen überzeugt durch hohe Qualität und Abwechslung.

Betten zu hart, aber das war‘s dann auch schon

Overall we were very satisfied with the stay. The hotel is really focused on families and it shows: 1. We had the best check-in experience in years - we were met, luggage taken (including unpacking ski roof box on the car), introduced to the hotel and taken to the room - instantly and with care. 2. The hotel is very new and well maintained - it's a pleasure to be inside. 3. The food in the restaurant was great, especially the seafood and meat from grill. And the combination of self-service and waiting for the cooked food was perfect with small kids, who can't really wait at the table for the menu and their food. 4. The kids club was really nice and comfortable. Our kids actually enjoyed it and asked to go there (which never happened so far in kids hotels). 5. Kids pool was also a great area - indoor pool is warm and pretty shallow, so that we could leave kids to play and relax on the full-sized "bed" nearby while watching them. And they had a small sauna in the family area as well!

However, there are pieces here and there that could be polished further: 1. Falky kids club is mostly "unsupervised". We saw kids going in and out on their own and had our 4yo son also leave on his own even though we deliberately set in our registration form that he is not allowed to leave without us. No accidents happened, but that's surprising and concerning. 2. Kids were a bit disappointed with a couple of Science Lab experiences. They expected something more "high quality" as a result of the activity and e.g. with the slime / oobleck - the result was ~meh. But well, there is a Science Lab in the hotel! :D So that's being picky a bit.

This will be our 4th year , we can see that with each year they are lowering the standards and I am referring to the food variety, is not about the people making/preparing /serving the food is about the management and in how they’ve decided to do things/cuts .

Der e-Zug zum Lift fuhr nicht… unsere Kids waren n biz enttäuscht. Tisch für s Abendessen wieder mal fast in der Eingangshalle… cool für die Kids. Für mich madig! Sturz in der Hotelrutsche hat den Aufenthalt für mich diesmal leider sehr vermiest…

Alles war perfekt! Sehr sauber, tolles Essen, viele Möglichkeiten und ein abwechslungsreiches Programm für Kinder und die ganze Familie. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen.

Das Essen war immer sehr gut. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Tolle Kinderanimation. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und zuverlässig. Gut wäre ein Betreuer/Betreuerin, die auch deutsch können, damit deutschsprachige Kinder sie auch verstehen. Kleiner Tipp: Gut wären z.B noch Feuchttücher und eine Ecke am Buffet, welches extra für Kinder eine Ausstattung zum Essen anbietet, auch für die kleinsten (Lätzchen, Löffel, Brei, Feuchttücher)

In den Zimmern sollte öfter staubgesaugt werden, mit Kindern sammelt sich immer etwas mehr Staub. Auch im Fitnessraum war es dreckig am Boden, auch vor den Spiegeln. Die Teller am Buffet waren oft nicht richtig sauber. Das Wasser im Poolbereich war oft zu kalt auch im Babybecken, an einem Tag wurde gesagt es wäre etwas nicht richtig gewesen, am anderen war es super angenehm und warm und dann am nächsten wieder kalt…das war etwas, was uns schon etwas gestört hat.

Krasný rodinný hotel, hodně aktivit a prostředí pro děti, vůbec to ale nerušilo posezení v loby baru. Na hotelu bylo vše, nadherné wellness, výborná kuchyně…

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht (Internationales Team, ohne Englisch schwierig). Die Speisen waren sehr gut, auch wenn die ein od. andere Speise etwas mehr Temperatur vertragen hätte. (Grund: nur Buffet). Toll der Zubringer und Abholservice mit dem hauseigenen Zügli zum Schigebiet. Hat super geklappt!

Da es ein Familienhotel ist, haben wir mit etwas mehr Umgebungsgeräuschen gerechnet. ;-) Die Musikwahl und Lautstärke im Essbereich, parallel mit der gut hörbaren Kinderdisco um 20.00h war uns dann aber zu viel. Wir haben den Nachtisch im Zimmer genossen. In der Hauptsaison wird es dann vermutlich noch lauter. Check In erst um 16.00h (finde ich spät) und Abreise um 11.00h. Es wird Vollpension (Mittag von 12.00-13.30h) verrechnet, bei 2 Nächten ist es aber überhaupt nur einmal möglich das Mittagessen zu konsumieren. Am An- und Abreisetage ist es nämlich nicht inkludiert. Ich habe extra vorab nachgefragt, das ist für mich keine Vollpension, sorry. Dann lieber eine Nachmittagsjause ab 15.00h, diese auch die anreisenden Gäste bereits in Anspruch nehmen können. Dann hat man wenigstens 2x die Option.

L’établissement adapté pour les familles avec enfants de tout âge. Les chambres, les installations, la nourriture au restaurant le soir, le panel de divertissements, les demandes personnelles (barrière pour lit enfant) octroyés sur demande etc etc

Le repas de midi a 14:00, trop tard pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge. Donc il faut payer au bar pour manger avant. Le barman très désagréable qui contrastait totalement avec tous les autres employés adorables de l’établissement. Les 10EUR de pourboire par jour ajoutés automatiquement à la facture. J’aime choisir à qui je donne des pourboires.

es war wunderschön und perfekt - wie immer!!!

Normalerweise verfasse ich keine Bewertungen, in diesem Fall halte ich es jedoch für hilfreich, meine Eindrücke zu teilen. Etwas störend empfanden wir, dass Rezeption, Spielebereich und Speisesaal ohne Abtrennung direkt aneinander grenzen. Eine räumliche Trennung – beispielsweise durch eine Wand zwischen Spielebereich und Essensbereich sowie einer separaten Bar für den Abend – wäre wünschenswert, da die Geräuschkulisse sonst sehr hoch ist. Wir haben außerdem festgestellt, dass das Hotel am Wochenende deutlich stärker ausgelastet ist, während es unter der Woche wesentlich ruhiger und angenehmer ist. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Lediglich ein klassisches Schnitzel, das wir typisch für die österreichische Küche erwarten würden, wurde leider nicht angeboten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass mittlerweile sowohl stilles als auch kohlensäurehaltiges Wasser kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Verwundert hat uns allerdings, dass ein kleines Radler günstiger ist als eine Cola – das empfanden wir als unglücklich. Unser Fazit: Für Paare eignet sich ein Aufenthalt besonders unter der Woche, während Familien hier generell sehr gut aufgehoben sind. Leider ist bei der Rechnung, einiges schiefgelaufen, doppelte Getränke, ein Zimmer das schon zur Hälfte gezahlt war, wurde nicht angerechnet. Gondelpass der kostenlos war, wurde angerechnet. Ja, wir hatten drei Zimmer auf ein Nachname, trotzdem darf das in einem 5.Sterne Hotel nicht passieren! Aufgepasst!
