Staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful, especially on our first night when, having arrived very late, there was an issue with parking. It’s in a great location. You can walk into town easily but it feels as if you’re in a little village. And the views from our apartment were fabulous.

C’era scritto vista mare ma in realtà essendo dietro il mare non si vedeva. La zona è tranquilla ma non è pur sempre in città con industrie quindi viene meno il fascino del rouber sul mare.

Un pò datata in quanto ad arredamento. Abbiamo dovuto far ripulire la casetta perchè il pavimento era sporco. Sono stati molto cortesi e puntuali nel soddisfare la nostra richiesta. Ristorante della struttura molto buono.

There could have been a few extras in the rorbu (eg milk, toiletries). This would have been nice after a long journey.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo carinissimo Rorbuer. La casa era composta da due camere doppie (letti singoli), due bagni speculari e sala con cucina. Tutto molto piccolino ma funzionale, tipico e ben tenuto. Soggiorno davvero piacevole. Ristorante Borsen all’interno della proprietà, davvero eccellente (oltre ad essere molto caratteristico). A pochissimi minuti in macchina dal centro di Svolvaer. Si parcheggia direttamente sul retro del Rorbuer.
Consiglierei un pochino più illuminazione sopratutto nei bagni. Le luci sono regolabili ma anche al massimo un pochino deboli. Magari anche un vetro o una tenda nella doccia sarebbe utile per minimizzare gli spruzzi che così inevitabilmente vanno un po ovunque.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Het is een mooie compound, met leuke huisjes aan het water. Het ontbijt is geweldig, er wordt voortdurend heel veel aandacht aan besteed. Het personeel is attent. Restaurant is duur maar top.
Wij kregen een kamertje in een van de modernere complexjes (102). Wij hadden er veel van verwacht want 250 euro per nacht. De badkamer is echt niet van deze tijd, kan echt niet. Exact 1 x 2 meter, niet normaal.

La gestione delle prenotazioni e dei servizi in alta stagione sarebbe da migliorare. Quando siamo arrivati, consegnate le chiavi , troviamo la camera da fare..poco male penso, la faranno fare. Invece ci spostano in un altra, dove però non funzionava il riscaldamento (11 gradi) .L'addetto alla reception non riuscendo a far partire il riscaldamento e non avendo altre sistemazioni ci ha così fornito una stufetta e per l'ora di cena la temperatura si è alzata. Per scusarsi ci hanno cmq offerto la colazione ed uno sconto al ristorante. Inconvenienti da evitare per un hotel 4 stelle.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Vi ble tatt godt imot og følte oss veldig velkommen. Rorbua vi fikk var over all forventning, den var romslig, veldig hyggelig og med fin uteplass og nydelig utsikt. Vi fikk hode tips til nærområdet og følte oss godt ivaretatt. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Établissement de charme situé dans le port de Svolvaer, au bord de l’eau. Nous avons apprécié le sauna et le petit déjeuner servi dans la partie historique de l’établissement.
Équipement mobilier simple, cet établissement mériterait des matériaux plus qualitatifs compte tenu du prix de la nuitée somme toute assez élevé.
