Reviewed Sep 7, 2025Siamo tornati per la seconda volta in questa meravigliosa struttura: stanza comoda e molto pulita, dotata di ogni confort; piscina grande e ben tenuta (richiesti, sono arrivati anche i lettini..); colazione tra le più ricche e varie mai trovate, di grande qualità; personale presente e attento, in ambienti puliti e ben tenuti. Non abbiamo sfruttato palestra e varie strutture sportive, che sono ben tenute.
Resta un costo impegnativo, immagino adatto per un resort che è un club ma se lo si utilizza solo per dormire e mangiare e un bagno in piscina forse si potrebbe differenziare

Reviewed Mar 12, 2025Until fully staffed don’t go!! Gosh, where do I start!!! The staff are lovely but they don’t have enough. The breakfast was nice but lunch and dinner were served after 1 hr. The property is nice but they will count every towel after u leave so don’t leave ur towel in gym or beach. I would never go back to this hotel. But they want to help but they cant.

Reviewed Feb 15, 2025Nice resort hotel, away from the main centre of Bhuj. Lovely pool and facilities. Service was patchy at first but improved. Good service in the restaurant from Manisha and Shamresh. Overall I would recommend staying here.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2025Everything about this property is perfect! It’s undoubtedly the best hotel, not just in Bhuj but in the entire Kutch region.
A special mention goes to Mr. Deb, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel incredibly special. The entire staff is courteous, professional, and dedicated to ensuring guests have an amazing experience.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bhuj or Kutch!

The rooms should be made available to the guests latest by 11.00 am as all flights and trains coming to Bhuj arrive early in the morning and the guests reach to the by 8.30 am.
Also, the service in the restaurants is quite slow.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2024Facilities are good, on their way to being a 5 star facility. Work still ongoing in a few parts. Spa was excellent value for money.
Most likely it’s perfect for the local customer. Staff are friendly but need more training if they want to do international hospitality. For an international standard the service was between 3-4 star. Just things on how to interact with guests would help especially in the restaurant.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2024It is a beautiful property with beautiful ambience and amazing facilities. The rooms as well as the entire resort were super impressive. The breakfast and the dinner buffet were elaborate and delicious. All the staff at the property were very courteous and polite.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2024The premises is new and clean. It's fairly new.
The location was remote, and I had to get a taxi to bhuj. You can not walk. There isn't anything around the hotel.
Staff were not well trained at all.
We had issues from check in, Neha did not follow the process and tried charging us an extra 70,000 rupees as we booked 2 rooms. Although the total price for the 2 rooms was 85,000. She forgot to take a picture of one of our visas and that came to the hotel staffs attention 3 days later and decided to ask us for it when we were tired and came back late one evening. She did not show or even tell us about any of the facilities. Shame as we dined out rather than trying the hotel restaurants. Check-in took over half an hour! It was not ideal when we travelled over 8 hours to get there. The shower seal was also broken in room, causing water to leak out when showering. On a few occasions, we called them to remove clean the bathroom. We didn't have any shower gel in the room the day we arrived, I mean, we were tired! We had the same issue a few days later. They do not provide the essentials for 2 people, although they admitted that 2 people stay in a room. So we had to request toothpaste and toothbrush etc. Room size was huge.
One of the rooms had a bottle and the same food under the bed. We checked in after 8 p.m., so there certainly is no rush for the room. So why wasn't it cleaned. Then they tried to change the room. However, someone had been smoking in the room, so we refused. The hotel was empty, so I'm not sure why they couldn't have just upgraded us! It's literally empty as it's quite expensive. Again, Neha, in check-in, couldn't see our special request for a room upgrade for an anniversary. She later found it but was very incompetent. The linen had stains on it. The dodgy box off the TV was hanging down, and it kept going off. Apparently, they don't keep it on and live - the reason being is because they don't want to pay if the hotel is empty.

It is located on a very isolated located and does not provide any transport facilities to get into the town or shopping area. Was very disappointed with the hotel stay.

Reviewed May 15, 2024Beautiful property, beautiful rooms, everything was beautiful only that it needs to be maintained well, and cleanliness should be the priority as well. The rooms felt a bit dusty, the kettle was supper dirty couldn't use it, the cups and the glasses were dirty as well. Had asked for some milk specifically asking them to cover the glass while getting it to the room, yet the glass of milk was uncovered, asked them to bring a fresh glass of milk covered and they brought it in the tea flask which was gross inside out. In the restaurant as well the glasses and cups and bowls were really dirty, asked them to wash them and they were the same. The food was really good. The staff was polite and courteous. The only thing is that cleanliness and maintenance are highly neglected.

There was a long wait in the Tiqri cafe. We ordered twice from there, one being a drinks order and another being a dinner order. The drinks order took approximately 20 minutes and the dinner order took almost 90 mins for all items (all ordered at the same time) and even then items were missing so we had to cancel them.
We loved the location. The bed was very comfortable and the room a nice size to relax in. Super facilities, pool, spa, gym, cinema...Sangita saved the restaurant.
Restaurant was ice cold. We were the only foreigners and got put into a separate room. Weren't told about the live station until Sangita on day 2 put us in the main room and gave us 5 star treatment

Reviewed Jan 21, 2024The ambiance of the property was excellent. The location of the swimming pool and cafe was well designed. The rooms were spacious and clean showers facilities was good, coffee and tea provided. Comfortable bed and pillows and linen.
The lack of communication with staff members. Room service was not properly executed. The breakfast spread did not reflect 5* standard, not enough choice of juices, fruits, breads porridge (oats) was not provided every day. Selection of cheese was very poor.
The evening in dining was not up to standard either too salty or oily had to be sent back twice. The manager of the restaurant Gita had done her very level best to fulfill our expectations which was greatly appreciated.
The location is out of town and no transportation is available apart from paying 1000 rupees per person one way to Bhuj!!! There should be a shuttle service provided at least a couple times a day from guests complimentary.
Staff need a lot training to bring the level to 5*

Reviewed Dec 31, 2023The food was decent, and restaurant staff was alright, all things considered. Chef Dinesh was very kind and went out of the way to prepare herbal infusion for an elderly traveller in our group suffering from sore throat. Also to mention Sangita in the restaurant who was very attentive to the needs of guests.
Property is advertised as 5 stars, but the facilities and services were very poor. On arrival, reception was poor with a lot of wait and just one person at the reception dealing with check-in. Shortage of staff to deal with my request to aid my driver in assessing driver accommodation. The room 209 that they first had us in immediately greeted us with a foul sewage smell and when we pointed this out the bell boy sprayed something in name of freshener but really felt like a mosquito repellant spray. After a while it was clear that the sewage smell isn't going away so we informed reception and were first told, all rooms are full but after making it clear that this room is not good enough we were reluctantly moved to room 311. While we waited for 311 to be cleaned up, we already spotted dirt on surfaces and leftover plastic below the bed and no bin liners. We then moved to 311 and while there was less smell, there was lingering smell and bins still had no bin liners, soap dish was broken on one corner and the wash basin had mold in all the corners and I even spotted a hair which is all indicative of poor housekeeping and not what I would associate with 5 star facilties. Anyway we settled in but over the course of next 2 days the sewage smell kept getting worse and we noticed that the bathroom exhaust was not working, AC was extremely noisy and despite several reminders the broken soap dish was never replaced. Finally, the smell became unbearable, and the last straw was when I went to reception to enquire about cinema that they advertise and was told to call a local number. It was quite an extraordinary thing to expect an international guest to call a local number when a proper 5 star rated service will have that facility of booking through the reception or atleast an offer to help but given they were so short staffed to begin with I can see why that was not even offered. By then, I was very unhappy and made it known so the duty manager Manish got involved.

The place made superb, the concept gives feel of some Arab country and the most best part for me is its pure vegetarian
The front desk staff is too much unprofessional and hotel only care about their events like marriage function or navratri garba function, they don't care at all about individual guests privacy or peace
I went on dusshera and suffered with garba noise till 3 am
After tell him that now I'll go to police then they stop playing garba at 3:10 am

Some services were displayed but not available eg hammam, everything in premises was shut off after 10 pm eg fountains, lights etc... there was nothing for night entertainment past 9.30 pm! Need to improve on that as PPL come for vacations and do stay up till late night! Tv did not hav much options for channels. Mobile network was not available. It felt like we are staying in some isolated place without any option to do anything post dinner! If a hotel wants to be a five star then it should behave like one! It was a feeling that we have not visited a hotel, instead some relative who is on cost cutting!
Bathroom space is very less.
Had to repeatedly ask for bathroom Accessories despite of the number of people staying in,it was always kept for one person.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2023It’s brand new and a lot of attention has gone into the details. The staff are very nice though there are a lot of workers around who stare at guests. The pool is exceptional as is the restaurant. The spa, hammam (Turkish hot bath), and open air cafe isn’t fully operational yet.
Really far out from Bhuj, so kind of middle of nowhere, though the area is under development. it become more established with experienced management. There were very few guests for such a huge property. We were charged Rs 1000 per night for a driver to eat and stay in a dorm, when there was nowhere for them to go close by. Lot of facilities were not ready.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2023It really is an oasis and perfectly located outside Bhuj city centre. The hotel is quite new so everything is in immaculate condition. The staff all do their best to make every guest comfortable. I am grateful to Mr Sumit at the restaurant who was very attentive and helpful whenever I dined there. A shame the hammam and gym were closed, but otherwise, it was a very nice stay.
