Apartment is nice, clean and spacious. I like the terrace with marvellous night sky view. The host was very friendly and quickly helped with questions we had. Great place to stay!

Щиро вдячна за допомогу господарю Кенану за те, що як тільки ми прибули у помешкання, допоміг мені відвезти маму в лікарню власним автомобілем, перебував з нами у лікарні близько 3 годин, а потім допоміг купити продукти харчування для нашої сім'ї. Житло дуже комфортне для проживання сім'ї з дітьми. Є все кухонне обладнання (каструлі, сковорідки, терка і т.д.), окрім мікрохвильової печі. За 20-25 хвилин пішки від апартаментів є дуже гарний піщаний безкоштовний пляж. Єдиний ньюанс, маленькій дитині пішки до моря трошки тяжко йти. Та у жовтні вже майже не було людей, тому діти могли насолоджувалися купанням, відпочинком та іграми в піску. До центру міста пішки хвилин 10-15. Гарний спокійний район міста без шуму автотранспорту. Недалеко є магазин, де ми купували воду, хліб, молоко. У спальні було додаткове ліжечко для маленької дитини, великі шафи для одягу.

We liked the apartment, but the floor was dirty upon arrival. The living room with the kitchen was spacious. The beach is a bit far to walk, so we went by car. Everything else was fine.

Nice flat, nice place, nice host. I would definitely return and recommend to stay here for anyone

Классные просторные аппараты.

Уже немного уставшие, требуют небольшого ремонта

Мы любим это место и возвращаемся сюда не первый раз . Апартаменты находятся в тихом районе Кемера, вдали от шумных отелей . До центра города медленным шагом 10 минут, до моря так же. В двух минутах есть магазинчик с русскими продуктами. Хозяин Кенан замечательный человек , который оперативно решает любые вопросики 😀❤️ В номере есть все необходимое для длительного проживания. Апартаменты уютные и большие😍 P.S. Хотелось бы обратиться к людям , которые проживали ранее и будут проживать в будущем. Очень бы хотелось , чтоб люди относились к имуществу апартаментов более бережно. Согласитесь,что дома вы бы не ломали двери , не вырывали розетки и не скребли бы по хорошим сковородкам вилками. (Спасибо хозяину , он исправляет все насколько возможно) Отношение людей «не свое - не жалко» очень огорчает. Кенан, спасибо за гостеприимство ❤️ Мы любим тебя и твой дом❤️

Большое комфортное жилье, а не комнатушки эти где не развернуться. Чуть дальше от пляжа чем хотелось бы, но зато цена у нас во всяком случае была адекватная. До бассейна не добрались, к сожалению вечером туда не пускают.

Современный просторный интерьер. Новая мебель. Наличие всей необходимой техники и посуды. Белоснежное постельное бельё. Красивая зелёная территория с бассейном и детской площадкой. Замечательный пляж в бухте в 25 минутах неспешной ходьбы. Приветливый хозяин. Тихий район. Рядом зелёная гора с которой открывается великолепный вид на Кемер и его окресности. Рынок, кафе и магазины в пешей доступности.

Two-level apartment. On the ground floor there’s a living room, kitchen, toilet, and a terrace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and two balconies. There’s both a washing machine and a dishwasher. Plenty of space, bright rooms, and a clean pool. The building is in a quiet area on the edge of Kemer, about 20 minutes’ walk to the wild beach and roughly the same to the town beach. The owner was very pleasant, responded quickly to messages, and helped with all our questions. If only a bit more attention were paid to cleaning and maintenance, it would be wonderful.

Unfortunately, I have to lower the rating because the overall condition of the apartment really affected our experience. Doors creaked terribly, some wardrobes were broken, wires were sticking out, and some door frames were damaged (or simply unfinished). All these little things left a poor impression. The floor was very dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. Also, when we arrived, there was no oil, salt, dishwasher tablets, or dishwashing liquid. Basically nothing except hand soap and toilet paper. Yes, the owner brought everything we asked for, but for guests staying only a week, these basics should really be provided by default. I think the apartments could be truly great if more time and effort were invested in repairs and upkeep.

Considering the price/quality ratio, the place was excellent. There were various signs of wear and tear, but overall everything was very good. Amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, spacious accommodation where everyone can find their own corner.

Хороший отель, очень красивая двухэтажная, можно сказать квартира, со всеми удобствами, в том числе и со стиральной машиной. Гостиная просто замечательная, вид с небольшого балкона открывался на горы. В общем, для расслабления и отдыха -замечательные аппартаменты

Staff was ready to help and replied very quickly. There were no cleaning products for dishwasher and washing machine but we asked the owner and he brought us it very quickly.

The place is just a building with lots of apartments and there are no staff onsite, they just coming to take money or clear the pool, so in case of need you should resolve everything through WhatsApp and they do not speak English, so only writing. Some guests were very loud with music and drinks on the balcony till late night but there is simple no hotel staff to control such cases. Our room was very old and untidy with heavy smoke smell. The floor was not cleaned properly even. Dishwasher had very unpleasant smell. There is gas stove but no lightning or matches like everyone coming should has it as basics and it was a surprise for us in the morning when shops are even closed. There are 2 bathrooms but they are very tired and lots of facilities are to be repaired. In the bathroom upstairs the water is simply never draining, staying the whole day and bringing unpleasant smell. We stayed 4 days and property mentioned there will no room cleaning and we need to do it ourselves. Also the iron - it should not be used unless you would like to burn your clothes. Oh and there were holes on bed lining which is very unpleasant.

Прекрасные апартаменты! Большие по площади, три балкона, два санузла, удобная кухня со всей утварью (учтите только, что нет микроволновой печи. Ее, конечно, не хватало), кондиционеры в каждой комнате, стиральная машина. Очень приветливый хозяин Кенан, который помогал, если возникали вопросы. Очень понравился бассейн, дети не хотели из него вылезать. Мы ходили на дикий пляж, пешком где-то 15-20 минут, там чистое море и мало народу. И в целом очень приятный район - тихо, чисто и нет шума от дискотек.это все есть в центре, туда тоже пешком минут 15

Very spacious room, large and comfortable living room with a kitchen, and a big dining table. Perfect for accommodating a large group. Each room has air conditioning. Everything necessary is provided in the room. Beautiful view from the balcony, with additional balconies available. Quiet street, quite a private location. Not in the city center, but overall, not far from the center and the beach. There's a small shop nearby. Fairly large pool. Friendly hotel owner.

The renovation is decent but needs updating. Many details in the room require refurbishment. The toilet door doesn’t close properly, towel hooks are poor, the sliding wardrobe door jams, not all electrical outlets work, and some elements need repairs.

I loved the Mountain View’s and the fruit trees . The staff were lovely and the proximity to the centre of town was not far which ensured a relaxing and sleepy environment as base .

Top location, very clean and beautiful part of Kemer. Very nice design, modern furniture, high quality materials, dishwasher, a lot of space, amazing views, peacefull, helpful young gentleman as contact all the time reachable.
