We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping came every two days and always did a great job. The location is perfect: very close to restaurants and everything you need, but at the same time the property is quiet and peaceful. We also loved being so close to the beach. The restaurant on the property was amazing, the food was delicious, and the staff there was wonderful as well. Overall, we had a really great experience!

Honestly, nothing! We really enjoyed everything about our stay and had no complaints.

Apartment was not clean appropriately and lacking of basic things in kitchen like coffee filters, rags, cutting board, dish wash, garbage bags, very little towels. Bad pillows and cheap sheets

Era muy cerca a la playa, el personal muy atento. Tiene varias piscinas agradables, el apartamento es bonito!!

El internet era bastante malo, no entraba bien en la sala. La vista era hacia una construcción. Una de las camas sonaba feo de noche. Los baños olían un poco a cañería.

excelente todo, a pesar q es temporada baja, la atención, el lugar impecable y muy atentos todos. La seguridad muy buena.

Solo q tenía q caminar un poco más para la playa. Frente el complejo la playa es un poco ventosa y hay más oleaje. Caminando unos metros más a la altura dlas letras una pileta el agua y cero viento, es increíble el cambio! Hermosos días!!!

El apartamento era muy grande, las camas y el sofá muy cómodos, había agua caliente y todo lo necesario para cocinar.

Cuando llegamos nos querían cobrar de más porque decían que era lo que salía al cambio. Pero ni mirando en páginas oficiales salía el dinero que ellos decían. El chico de la recepción fue muy amable e intentó solucionarlo llamando pero la mujer en todo momento fue muy borde y nada resolutiva. Al final nos cobraron lo que nosotras decíamos ya que era el precio que la persona del teléfono le dijo, pero nos hicieron perder una hora de nuestro tiempo por no escucharnos y querer cobrarnos de más por si colaba. Nos dijeron que entraba un galón de agua en el apartamento pero en ningún momento vinieron a traerlo.

El apartamento súper bonito y cómodo y la ubicación excelente, volvería.

New apt in front of the beach! New kitchen tools , big livingroom , big bathroom and big bedroom , I like that it’s a bright apt, big windows let enter light during the day.

Excelentes instalaciones en una excelente ubicación, frente a una de la zona más tranquila y hermosa de la playa. Excelente servicio y amabilidad del personal. Aquí hago mención del excelente servicio de Lucas

Struttura molto bella ancora in fase di costruzione ma comunque è un posto molto sicuro e tranquillo perfetto per rilassarsi. Si trova proprio di fronte alla una splendida spiaggia. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e pulito.

Il personale non è puntuale e alla reception non risolvono i problemi. Affidatevi a Giancarlo (la guardia) anche per il noleggio dei mezzi /taxi direttamente in loco.

Nous avons choisi cet hébergement entre autres pour son restaurant et bars sur place. Il faudrait indiquer dans le site de l’hôtel que tout est maintenant fermé pour éviter des déceptions.

The cleaning staff were helpful and friendly , I forgot their names but I think one girl was Luis. Front reception was friendly and helpful.

Cupboard doors far to wide, constantly banging head.need to cut in half or remove drain cupboard door. Needs more utensils for longer stay, toilet plunger. Disappointed no laundry machine in unit. No resturant on site as advertised.

Very good place, apartment is very modern, having a breakfast on a balcony is great, kitchen is well equipped. Quiet location, but very close to the ocean and beach with snorkeling. Fantastic pizza place close by. Drinking water was provided during the stay. Reception is very helpful and responsive. Overall great stay.

Beds a bit small for a tall person, but still comfortable, lack of paper towel on the kitchen. Nothing serious.

Spacious, comfortable, modern apartment in a large residential quiet complex surrounded by plants and trees across from the beach and close distance to town center. Very nice, friendly and accommodating staff.

Il resort non ha alcun servizio, sembrava quasi mezzo chiuso. 3 giorni su 4 non abbiamo avuto l'acqua calda ed l'ultimo addirittura siamo stati totalmente senza acqua

La ubicación muy buena, instalaciones muy bonitas y cómodas.

No estaba muy limpio, en el extractor de la cocina había grasa en la parte de arriba acumulada de mucho tiempo, además vimos polvo y suciedad en general. Estaría bien que avisaran con antelación de que cobran un 10% extra por pagar con tarjeta y así barajar diferentes opciones de pago.

Tudo! Desde a piscina, ao terraço, e ao espaço exterior de todo o condomínio, que era muito verde.

I booked a room with two beds, when I received the confirmation of the reservation, the dates and the room were incorrect. After sending an email, they corrected the mistake, then when we entered the room it turned out that there was only one bed. The reservation stated that I had to pay a $200 cash deposit and pay for the room on site with a credit card, a week before the hotel contacted me and informed me that if I wanted to be sure that I had a room I had to pay 20% by bank transfer. I was already traveling with an internet limit, I agreed to transfer 20% for which I also had to pay a fee because my bank is in Europe, and until the end I was not sure if my transfer was correct because the hotel sent me incorrect bank transfer details several times. Total chaos and poorly organized management

Safe residence with security, reception was very helpful. The apartments are huge.

The showers were mostly cold and we were promised maintenance but nothing. It’s cultural i think. They take their time.

Clean, quiet, close to the beach and restaurants

We loved the modern layout of the house. I also enjoyed the cookware and appliances.

My only issue was that the floors of the two showers were not cleaned. There was lots of hair on the floors of both bathrooms. Fortunately, I always bring cleaning solution. So, I cleaned the floors. But, the rest of the house was spotless!

The location is great - close enough to restaurants but far enough to not hear the city noice. Ocean is literally accross the street. The lovely staff is a Whatsapp message away, ready to help with any needs one might have. We enjoyed our almost a week there and would come back! Recommeded both for holiday and longer stays.

The beds are quite short if you are above 180cm :)

Beautiful grounds. Nice apartment. Great pool and restaurant.

The Resort Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and everything, pools, workout room, etc., were easy to access. Loved the kitchen and utilities. The modern layout and euro-style furnishings were great!

The only glitch was we couldn't get the living room TV to work and neither could the resort staff. It was the least important thing to do. We had so many other things to enjoy both on the property and in Las Terrenas.

The room was great, very clean and spacious. The pools are also very nice. Communication can be improved, we ordered a special food platter for a birthday and requested specifically several things. Once arrived it clearly wasn’t suitable for our requests. The hotel helped us book it from an external vendor and should be responsible if they are the ones making the order.

I loved the cleanliness and location of the property. Lucas was very helpful in getting my family situated in the property.

The only problem we had was that the Apartment only had one tv through out the two floors. there were no forks and there was no internet on the second floor. Broom was missing and there was no dishwashing soap or clothes detergent. there was only one toilet paper per bathroom for the three days we spent. Living room is huge i believe another air conditioner is needed. Other than these little minor things the apartment was great and everything about the property!
