Haugetuft Apartments

Location was great as it was right on our route as ww traveled to Odda.

The beds could stand to be upgraded. Hair dryer was missing.

Ikke noget at klage over

Modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Gode senger, fint bad stor leilighet. Bra utstyrt leilighet

Helle, modern eingerichtete Wohnung.

The location was good for us as it was right on the road we were traveling on the next day. There was self check in and out. Most important thing of the accommodation is that no matter how old the accommodation is, if its perfectly clean, then its excellent. This was not old appartement, it was clean and that always does the trick! Keep up the good standard!

Everything

Likte alt.

Miestelis gražioje vietoje, kalnų apsuptyje. Šalia apgyvendinimo įstaigos yra puikus ežeriukas. Apgyvendinimo patalpos puikios, vietos daug, švaru. Viskas ko reikia yra.

Ładnie, czysto i przestronnie. Wygodne, duże łóżka . Duże pokoje. Ogromny taras. Blisko sklepy.

Mało miejsca w kuchni i skromne wyposażenie.

Spacious and clean accommodation, not luxury, but functional

I didn't get the door code. After a couple of phone calls, the doors were opened remotely. (No need to explain that I was 20 minutes earlier than I had estimated - I didn't even get the code by the original time.) The room was a couple of degrees cooler than the 30 degree outside air. The major ceiling light didn't work. Very rough sheets on the bed. High price for what you got. Materials were cheaper than in a normal hotel room and the owner minimizes all his work. In her answer below the owner claims that I booked same day that is not true. I booked 2 months in advance.

Supert for familier inntil 5 personer!

Sauna in the apartment not working. Please remember. Description is misleading.

The second apartment was clean, however didn’t have running water so actually nothing really

This apartment was probably the worse experience of our life. They send me message about us cleaning dishes after us which is fair enough however to empty all bins seemed rather strange. Had to ask for code for lock as they forgot. We arrived at midnight exhausted from 5 hours of driving in very bad weather conditions only to realise that the apartment which should be ready was not cleaned after previous people. I had mental breakdown as we were so exhausted and the apartment stunk of rubbish, pizza and leftovers. Not even one clean towel to wash hands. After contacting property, they gave us new apartment number as their system said that our apartment is probably not clean. Well obviously!!! This is something what you should have under control when you rent places. Anyway, we tried to find the new apartment, after five minutes walking up and down in the building we tried to look outside. Property didn’t give us absolutely any information, just number and the pin for door. Not even apology!!! Well we entered the other apartment, it was actually really nice place so we had some hope of at least few nice hours of sleep as we had early morning flight and surprise surprise there was no water. I mean like absolutely no running water. So we went to bed with no shower, brushed teeth, not even washed hands! I was so thirsty in the night and there were no shops open at that time of the day. Genuinely horrible experience, horrible communication and we are genuinely expecting refund

Rent og fint. Vel mye støy over hodet på oss i leiligheten fredag kveld, ommøblering ? Kjekk leilighet for tre stykker.

Clean and cooking facilities

Too small for 5 people. Not enough space to eat at the table together nor to all sit on the couch. We still had to make the beds ourselves upon arrival (for almost €300 I would have expected this to be done..). Also, we were missing some bed linens (cover sheet).. At some point we had no running water anymore at night! Believe me, that sucks!! Since it’s a self check-in there is no reception to turn to for immediate questions/issues. I sent an inquiry about the water shut off thru booking.com (messaging) but I didn’t hear until 9.30 AM. By then we had been on survival mode for a while.. Apparently there was a panel near the entrance where the water supply could be switched on/off. This resolved the issue but we had no time anymore to shower before check-out time .. this was really inconvenient! We also never received an apology or answer to the question whether we missed a manual where we could have read the necessary information concerning the water shut off etc.

The unit was clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect!!

Nice location, close to a lake. Clean property.

We had originally booked and paid for an apartment with a sauna, but when we arrived, we were given an apartment without one. When we tried to contact the hosts, they did not pick up and we still haven't heard anything from them in response to our calls and messages... So really poor communication from them and we were obviously disappointed as we'd chosen the place for the fact that it had a sauna. Otherwise the place was fine but didn't fulfil our expectations or what we had paid for.

Helt ok frokost, liten og trangt rom i overste etasje.

Amazing place in very good location. Very clean place whit very comfortable beds

Very clean and very comfortable beds 👌🏻

Nothing

Lovely and clean.

For a group of 4 we could have done with another toilet… great other than that.

Great facilities, the apartment has everything you need. It’s spacious and clean. The apartments are located near shops and restaurants but also offers the peace and quiet of nature. The check in process is super easy and hassle free.

It’s quite new and lacks some character. The apartment got very hot on sunny days with no good way to cool it down. The extractor hood in the kitchen directed the dirty air into the kitchen itself, rendering it useless.

Comfortable flat

Bad Communication with the personal. Forgot an item in the flat and they preferred to keep it to the personal instead of helping me to get it back. Even while I offered to pay extra fees

Very good location, superb comfortable

Great location, easy to find just off the main road. The apartment was fabulous. Well equipped kitchen/dining area/ sittingroom, two bedrooms with really comfy beds and a shower room with toilet and small washing machine. Communication with the host was excellent we were sent a message with key codes to the doors the day before we arrived. Great stay !

There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

The apartment was really clean and brand new. The kitchen has all amenities needed and the bed is really comfortable. The hosts are amazing and helpful! Recommend

NA

Missing furnitures on terrace, No cutting board and no rag for cleaning

very modern and had fantastic facilities!

wasn’t much nearby which was expected.

Morden and comfortable apartments, everything was clean and new

it was cold when we arrived, but after 1-2h it stayed comfortable

The apartment is new, spotless clean and we found everything we needed. We had a very pleasant stay and we totally recommend it.
