We had a wonderful experience . The staff were extremely kind, respectful, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always attentive and happy to accommodate our requests, which made us feel very welcome. The hotel also has convenient parking, and the location is excellent. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!

we were quite disappointed with the housekeeping service. It felt more like a basic routine than a thorough cleaning. The bed linen and pillowcases were not changed during our stay, and the bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Overall, the housekeeping felt very superficial and lacked attention to detail. For a hotel of this standard, we expected a much higher level of cleanliness and more thorough daily housekeeping.

Tolles Hotel: modern, gemütlich, super sauber Personal: alle durchweg sehr freundlich, zugewandt und sympathisch. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind ein Traum! Saunabereich: eine sehr heiße finnische Sauna zum selbst aufgießen, eine mildere Kräutersauna, ein Raum mit Infrarotliegen und ein Soledampfbad. Lässt keine Wünsche offen Pool: schöner, mittelgroßer Außenpool mit gemütlichem Sonnendeck Frühstück: sehr große Auswahl, qualitativ hochwertig und alles hat richtig gut geschmeckt! Herrliche Aussicht auf die Berge und auch hier super nette Mitarbeiter. Mit der inbegriffenen Soha Sommerkarte konnten wir kostenlos eine Vielzahl an Aktivitäten machen (Fahrt auf den Geisterberg, Liechtensteinklamm, Yoga, Golf)

Location of the hotel is best in town!

Excellent breakfast was served in a top floor restaurant with amazing views to the village/valley and the mountains. Our spacious 2-bedroom apartment had huge own balcony with really nice sunset/afternoon sun. Beds were extremely comfortable (except for the extra bed). Outdoor terrace and pool were really nice. 15 meters from the nearest ski lift and 100 meter from the next one, full ski-in/out experience even when there wasn't any snow in the village. Overall the atmosphere at the hotel was really comfy and yet stylish. Beautiful and functional lighting, relaxing colourworld.

Four night stay with housekeeping every other day meant that there was cleaning only once during our stay. The fridge in our room didn't work - we didn't realize this until the last evening when we had our early checkout breakfast bag. There are ZERO minimarkets not to mention supermarkets in Alpendorf so if you wish to buy drinks or food bring it with you or you need to rely on restaurants.

Haven===>Heaven dosłownie. Prosto z pokoju na dol do ogrzewanej narciarni, nastepnie windą na 7 pietro i prosto do gondoli⛷️💪. Po nartach relaksujacy basenik z cieplą wodą a następnie do luksusowych saun, szczególnie polecam bio 60 stopni z eterycznym olejkiem. Wiczorkiem do deck 7 na kolacje, piwko, Aperolka. Parking po hotelem lub w hali garazowej tylko wys. 2,1m nie zawsze wystarcza na wiekszego suva z kufrem.

Troszke za suche powietrze w pokojach oraz bardzo slaba wentylacja w toalecie, ale to szczegół.

Meget tilfredse med opholdet på Hotel Haven. Rigtig god morgenmad, fantastisk beliggenhed med ski in ski out og et serviceminded personale, der virkelig gør en indsats. Kan klart anbefales.

Location is great ski in and out with ski rental shop right down under the hotel and staff are friendly and they got parking gara and ski equipment locker so quite convenient

The swimming pool and sauna are not on the same floor, so you have to get out of the pool, take the elevator to another level, and then enter the sauna. On top of that, both the pool and the sauna only open at 3 pm. For non-skiers, there was nothing to do in the hotel during the day because the facilities were not open till 3pm . I don’t understand why this is the case — is it to save energy or reduce costs? Guests should be able to use the hotel facilities during the day, especially in a hotel of this standard. Also bring your own conditioner as Thẻ hotel provided shampoo but not conditioner

The room was amazing – very comfortable and luxurious. We were sorry we stayed for only one night. The lady at the reception was extremely kind and helpful. Overall, a highly recommended place!

Αρχικά θέλω να πω για το δωμάτιο, ήταν τέλειο, ευρύχωρο φωτεινό και πεντακάθαρο. Είναι από τις λίγες φορές που ένιωσα σαν να είμαι σπίτι μου. Το κρεβάτι ήταν για τα δικά μας δεδομένο τέλειο. Το εστιατόριο Deck7 πάρα πολύ όμορφο κομψό και με τέλεια θέα. Το φαγητό νόστιμο όσο για βραδινό αλλά και στο πρωινό με αρκετές επιλογές! Την πισίνα θα την θέλαμε λιγάκι πιο ζεστή γιατί όταν φτάσαμε είχε 5 βαθμούς και ήταν λιγάκι κρύα. Το σπα ήταν ωραίο επίσης.

The room was terrific and we especially loved the bed. The breakfast was exceptional. Cocktails in the rooftop deck were great.

Fantastic views, excellent facilities

This is nothing major but the fitness room could benefit from having towels and water handy at all times.

The location is great as well as the bread service in the morning. The staff at the reception is very friendly.

The staff of the restaurant did not care and was unfriendly. We would not recommend eating there. There are ski lockers which do not lock (locks are missing). Cleaning of the room was not great. Lots of noise at night from outside of drunk people (bar across).

All things were perfect. I would like to appreciate Line and Leonie for their support and kindness.

Very nice architecture and furniture. Spacious rooms. Very big bed.

The bedroom can not be locked, which would be nice when there is a bathroom seperated by glass from the bedroom. We did not get the room we booked (which was confirmed twice by the hotel).

Our stay was during the low season, there were only a few guest in the hotel, and it was very nice to get an uppgraded room for free. We had a beautiful mountains view, 2 terraces, the apartment was very spacious, cozy, stylish, with a very comfortable bed. The spa area was amazing - there are 4 different saunas, we have visited finn sauna and another 60 degrees sauna, both had a very pleasant aroma, after sauna you can drink a tea on a comfy bed for full relaxation. The pool was heated and had a great view, so despite bad weather, we were able to enjoy a refreshing swim. Both spa and pool area are free to visit for all guests, and you can even ask them for spa to remain open late in the evening, if you'd like to use it at that time. I would say it is an ideal place for a romantic weekend, I wish we could stay there for longer.

Perfectly situated next to the ski lift in Alpendorf. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. There is a floor heating you can adjust yourself. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. We loved the infinity pool and the modern spa. There are three different saunas and a steambath. Unfortunately the pool is at a different level and not attached to the spa. Tea is available at the spa.

The pool is not connected to the spa. Our apartment had only a tiny balcony which was very exposed.

Kunne ikke være lettere ski ud ski ind. Meget flotte lejligheder og utrolig gode seng. Lidt sjovt at badeværelset er inde i soveværelset, fungere som par, men med store/voksne er det ikke så rart.

Room service is not done everyday and bedsheets haver not ben changed on a 3 day stay at all. Tha is a bit sub-par.

Wonderful apartment.

The pool is cold!!! Not warm. On the website is „heated“ - but it is „kind of“ heated. It is cold!!!(26 maximum). We expected nice warm (at least 32‘) water… Restaurant looks wonderful, the food was good but nothing special. Some of the employees are quite unprofessional. We will not come back.
