Amazing location! Comfortable bed.

The bathroom was a little odd. Shower didn’t have a shower screen so the whole bathroom floor became wet therefore making using the toilet etc not very comfortable.

Colazione pagata a parte poiché non inclusa nel pacchetto. Molto buona ed abbondante. Servita su richiesta con servizio al tavolo. Comprende piatti regionali e colazioni internazionali.

De gastvrijheid, de service zoals drinkflessen in daarmee het gebruik van plastic te verminderen, handdoeken voor het strand en natuurlijk niet te vergeten het gefilterde water waar we gebruik van konden maken. De mogelijkheid voor fantastische ontbijtjes in de heerlijke patio.

Gorgeous property. As shown in pictures. Large, well decorated, modern room. In the centre of Matala (amazing location for shops, bars, restaurants and red beach). Staff were lovely.

Die Lage und Ausstattung des Appartmemts war perfekt. Mit soviel Liebe zum Detail und Freundlichkeit.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

The location was perfect. The hotel is situated in the middle of town with the beach, shops and restaurants at your doorstep. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Matala.

Hotel parking is quite a hike up the road. You can however park at a parking station close to the hotel for 5 euro a day.

Proximity to sea and nightlife was great. Couldn’t be better.

Parking was a long way from accommodation. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable. But the bed itself was fine

En plein centre-ville. Chambre très propre au calme avec une super belle vue sur les montagnes.

Tolle zentrale Lage, sehr netter Kontakt vor Ort. Schön ist auch die Möglichkeit im Innenhof zu frühstücken. Auch das kostenlose Trinkwasserangebot ist eine schöne Idee !

La camera mi è piaciuta molto, così come gli arredi, curati e di buon gusto. Il vero punto di forza è sicuramente la terrazza: il panorama è semplicemente favoloso e poter ammirare da lì uno spettacolare tramonto rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un’altra nota positiva è la disponibilità e la gentilezza dello staff, sempre attento e pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto positiva e una struttura che consiglio sicuramente a chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole, rilassante e con una vista davvero meravigliosa.

La posizione, il parcheggio gratuito c'è proseguendo fino in fondo alla strada, vista bellissima sulle grotte e mare, l'hotel è appartato seppur centrale

La grandeur de la chambre, le calme, proximité de la rue principale de Matala, décoration soignée et moderne, la propreté.

Καταπληκτικό κατάλυμα με προσεγμένη διαμόρφωση. Τέλειες συνθήκες διαμονής. Λεπτομέρειες που κάνουν τη διαφορά. Το προσωπικό πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οποιαδήποτε ανάγκη ή προβληματισμό μας. Ευδιάθετο και ευπροσήγορο με διάθεση για πραγματική φιλοξενία.

Δεν βρήκα τίποτα αρνητικό.

Il n’y avait pas de plaque de cuisson dans la cuisine ou juste une toute petite mobile insuffisant pour six personnes. Pas de grille pain non plus.

La suite in realtà non ha stanze separate ma una camera unica (grande), il bagno è delimitato da una parete in vetro che, per quanto scenografica, non da' privacy, ma la cosa che non ci è piaciuta proprio è che non vi sono tende oscuranti dunque alle 5.30 del mattino eravamo tutti svegli per la luce...ritengo dettagli fondamentali per quella che dovrebbe essere una suite

Posizione in pieno centro, spiaggia di Matala a due passi, inizio percorso per Red beach appena dietro. Posizione eccellente e ingresso con zone comuni molto curate.

L’aria condizionata non funziona particolarmente bene, bagno senza finestre e la doccia aperta rende il bagno costantemente bagnato

שהינו במלון ונהנינו מאוד מהחוויה. החדר היה נקי, נעים ומטופח, הצוות היה אדיב, מקצועי וזמין לכל בקשה, ותמיד קיבל אותנו בחיוך. אחד היתרונות הגדולים של המלון הוא המיקום המצוין – במרכז וקרוב לכל האטרקציות, המסעדות ואזורי הבילוי, כך שכמעט לא היינו צריכים להשתמש ברכב. בנוסף, המלון דואג גם לחנייה נוחה, מה שהפך את השהות לנעימה ופשוטה עוד יותר. הרגשנו שקיבלנו תמורה מצוינת למחיר, ואין ספק שנשמח לחזור להתארח כאן גם בעתיד. ממליצים בחום!

Beautifully appointed rooms which were super spacious - the beds were huge - and very well equipped with everything we could need including coffee machine, fridge and more. Location was also excellent right in the heart of matala so a few yards from the beach and all the main shops and restaurants.

Could be a little noisy because of nearby bars/bands though the town tends to shut down by midnight at the latest.

Great atmosphere! Very nicely decorated, large windows, great view, wonderful rooftop balcony. Very short walk to the beach 🏖️ The staff were very nice:)

Lamentablemente el alojamiento no tiene nada que ver con las imágenes que se publicitan. La ubicación es buena pero la relación calidad-precio es cuestionable. Lo peor es la limpieza que es bastante justa y que la ducha no tenga ningún tipo de separación con el resto del baño, algo que hace que sea extremadamente incómodo ya que además es pequeñísimo. Además de esto, se niegan a emitirnos una factura, incluso reclamando por email varias veces y la reclamación a través de Booking. Después de 15 días por Creta, es el primer alojamiento que actúa de esta forma. En otro alojamiento nos informaron que legalmente, si no teníamos factura, no teníamos la obligación de pagar pero ellos cobran por adelantado...

Location was excellent, property was extremely clean and comfortable, host was very accommodating especially as we arrived late. Breakfast the next morning was really enjoyable.

Glass doors and sheer curtains, looked pretty and suited the decor but lacked 100% privacy for an older couple travelling with their adult children.

Not the first time and hope not the last in those wonderful apartments. For me it's the best place to stay in Matala. Comfortable stylish spacious rooms. Coffee machine and electric kettle, Balconies with nice views.

I wish once they could install the bidet in the bathroom, it could make the rooms more comfortable. The choice of set menu for breakfast i find a bit poor. Breakfast is not included in the rate

Great location, large comfortable room, friendly welcoming staff.

Expensive compared to other nearby properties. I booked last minute on a festival night and knew I was paying a premium, but still, it felt excessive. And breakfast wasn’t included and quite expensive as well.

Sehr schöne African Suite, Betten sehr gut, durch das Fliegengitter bei der Terrassentür konnte man in der Nacht offenlassen und ohne Klimaanlage schlafen, gemütliche Terrasse, ruhig und doch sofort mittendrin in Matala, frühstücken kann man sehr gut und gemütlich im Innenhof

WC und Bad offen mit der Wohnung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (vor allem WC)

Bien situé, parfait. Le lieu est bien décoré et bien propre.

Toplocatie. Kamer was klein maar schoon.

De verbouwingen waren nog volop gaande, dus niet relaxed om te verblijven en wat je verwacht bij een vakantie. De receptie, Halletje en trappen stonden vol met klusspullen en muurverf en lag vol stof van het klussen. We werden wakker met geluiden van klussende mensen (boren, ladders die verplaatst werden, hoge druk spuiten). Eerste ochtend geen warm water (wat met veel excuses werd goed gemaakt met een fles prosecco, maar had toch liever een warme douche gehad). Ik denk dat het over 3 weken een top plek is om te verblijven, maar nu helaas nog niet)

The property location is wonderful and the suite was very well designed and super clean.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Tout était parfait. Le personnel est adorable. Ils nous ont gentiment upgradé de chambre. L’hôtel est très calme. A l’intérieur du centre de matala. Nous avons adoré la serenité et l’ambiance des lieux. Je recommande fortement.

The location, town, and apartment was wonderful.

Ligt midden in het dorpje. We zaten in de african dream suite met een prachtig groen balkon met daaronder een vijvertje met schildpadden. Heel rustgevend. De kamer was schoon en zeer ruim.

Er is een open constructie met de badkamer inclusief toilet. Je moet dus wel heel vertrouwd met elkaar zijn, wil het comfortabel zijn. Parkeren kan aan het einde van de straat op een parkeerplaats. Dit kost normaal gesproken 5 euro per dag, wij waren er in het laagseizoen begin november en toen was het gratis.

Die Lage war super. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Anlage mit schöner Terrasse.

Das Bad. Man hat beim Duschen alles nass gemacht. Das ist echt nicht schön.

We had a very spacious room that had amazing views. The staff were exceptionally kind.

The shower could have used a shelf and a place to sit.

The room was very spacious with a huge loggia. The large mattress, pillows, etc were super comfortable. The location inside the village is perfect, with free parking space up the road. Each rooms seams to have his own atmosphere and decoration. Staff is super friendly.

Fantastic place

Very nice property. We stayed at the Il mare suite. The suite was spacious, very nice decorated and very clean. The location was perfect, just a few meters from the beach and the center of Matala. The owner very friendly and polite. We would come again!

L'etablissement est carrément situé en plein cœur de Matala et l'hôtel propose un parking gratuit à quelques centaines de mètres. Vraiment agréable le logement est tres bien équipé et spacieux. Quant à l'accueil, on ne peut pas faire mieux !

Peut-être un tout petit bémol sur l'insonorisation...

el baño era incómodo ya que no tenía un plato de ducha independiente con mampara para no salpicar, era una especie de baño adaptado para sillas de ruedas en el que al ducharte se mojaba todo el baño.
