Boutique Hotel Weesp

The location and decor.

The absence of staff anx delayed response from the manager.

The room was really comfortable and had everything needed for a comfortable pleasant stay - the bed, shower and space were excellent

The whole operation is run remotely by the owner. Unfortunately whilst this may create the perfect work life balance for the owner - the customer loses out and what could be a 10/10 stay rapidly declines into mediocrity. There are no on site staff. The rooms open with an electronic key that is emailed to you at check in and the check in is also done via an online system. However none of the technology works so we were all constantly on the phone to the owner trying to get into our rooms! Once we had physical keys from the unconnected restaurant downstairs the access was better - but it felt highly inconsiderate to put everyone through this considering access to rooms is a basic need. Also the replenishment of clean glasses and coffee in the room etc was a bit adhoc

Great location, smart and comfortable room. Shower (and shower gel!) were excellent. Downstairs cafe decent too.

Very minor: Entrance through cafe and furniture store area was not ideal - would be better if night entrance could be used during the day.

Struttura molto bella e nuova.

Newly renovated room, perfect

No staff, everything digital

Fijne locatie, zeer schoon en goede bedden.

Niets.

Well located

No staff contact

Nvt

I appreciated being able to have an early Checkin and late checkout after an overnight flight and very early arrival.

Very tasteful, clean, friendly staff

Parking a bit awkward but nothing you can do about it

Alles,sehr gute Zimmer,sauber und alles da,gute Betten

Location, confort, looks

No service at all, virtual service, which in fact is not existing… The reception always sent me to the site or mails they sent me through booking… even when I asked the wifi code!!!

Water in flessen aanwezig. 1 gebruikt. Betekend Eur 12 Eigenlijk nergens vooraf de prijzen ontdekt. Jammer.

The location was ideal for exploring the charming town. The rooms were spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the windows brought in much natural light.

Die Lage

Die große Bettdecke für zwei Personen

situation géographique - propreté

lieu sans personnel disponible

Ruhig, mitten im Ort

Parksituation

Easy access, on the phone Mark changed my room from 1st floor to 2nd floor on my request. The bed was comfortable, there was a lovely mohair blanket, the room was quiet and the ambient light nice. The fridge could have been quieter.

Great location, the room was spotless, beautifully designed, and finished to perfection. Highly recommended for anyone looking to treat themselves. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Krasné probuzení, kdy vedle hotelu byl trh s květinami, sýry a jinými dobrotami.

Nic

Weesp is beautiful, quiet with charming canals. Restaurant the Hotel is above is amazing - top food, and there are other eateries in town that are also awesome The beds were very comfortable Digital access keys were easy to use (just not for the kids, which isnt necessarily a bad thing)

All online only, so really a bit hard to get any support. For example, our third bed wasnt made up at all, despite being in the booking, and there's no one around to help.. found it hard to get in contact with host. Did not like having to enter through the restaurant each time - the external access was limited to only being used between midnight and 6am, and not sure why The set up of the rooms we got was a little bit weird - the shower on one room opened straight into the room, I guess that's the nature of a small rooms tucked into old buildings.

Goed groot bed, mooie schone kamer.

nice room

I did not like not having a reception , all digital is not friendly

Central location, clean, elegant.

Everything was great?

Niks

Design was very nice, easy to check in and out, location was great and rooms were quiet

The room wasn’t as clean as one would expect from a nice hotel. The sheets smelled a bit like they hadn’t been washed well enough.

Centrale ligging in Weesp. Dicht bij het station

Very nice room in the centre of Weesp. Lovely location overlooking the canal. The room was spotless and the bed was great. The cafe downstairs is really nice.

I had some difficulty getting the digital key.

Ruime, complete kamer. Goed bed. Stil

Beautiful location and interior, easy to open the doors with e-key and good website with all the relevant information, exceptionally clean

Because there is no reception, we had to leave our stuff unattended on the first floor of the hotel, it was fine, but would gave been nice, if some kind of storage facility was arranged near the hotel. Sometimes the door was making an alarm noise, we didn’t figure out why exactly, it was a bit annoying when I would come back from breakfast and my husband would still be asleep and then the door alarm sound would go off when I come back and wake him up

fijne kamer, mooie ligging

The location in the centre of Weesp is ideal. The room is of a good quality and spaceous.

There is no staff on site. All arrangments are by email or cell phone. But there is no arrangmement for how to communicate or how to get into your room if your cell phone or email service is not working or is blocked because you have just come from a differnt cournty. This is not an acceptable level of service.

Mooie, ruime en schone kamer

De doorgang door het restaurant

Prachtige plek, heerlijke kamers, handig inchecksysteem met app

prijs iets aan hoge kant

Location und Ausstattung des Hotels sowie Restaurant

Heerlijke kamer

Niets
