Justa Ssatva Resort, Udaipur

It was a great experience staying in justa ssatva. Staff was very good specially Shiksha..she was very polite and friendly throughout.

Breakfast n Staying at hotel is an awesome experience !! Great staff & hospitality……………………………………………………………………………..

Driving to hotel and pulling in to parking in the basement of the hotel, we started questioning our pick of this hotel. However, once we entered the lobby we felt a bit better. Room was okay like most same rated hotels. However, the food and service were excellent. Excellent service from start to finish of our meals. Siksha was one of our servers for several meals. She was incredibly attentive and efficient, making sure everything arrived quickly without ever feeling rushed. Her friendly attitude and genuine smile made our whole dining experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear that Siksha takes pride in her work and cares about the hotel guests. Excellent service like this truly makes a difference. Paresh

Excellent food in the restaurant, rooms are decently sized, clean but need some renovation. They were helpful enough to give us early check in due to early rescheduled flight.
