Reviewed Sep 17, 2026

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026My room was amazing. Great view, comfortable bed, high-end products in the bathroom.
The breakfast quite average, same day the same and available only until 9.30. I arrived one morning at 9.40 and they didn't want to give me anything.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026

Was man evtl. verbessern könnte wäre die Organisation beim Frühstück.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026While this hotel does not have the standing and facilities of a full fledged Shilla hotel (fortunately it's also way cheaper), the rooms are as clean and as furnished as the name Shilla would suggest. The pool is not enormous but is not small either and is more than enough for everyone from kids to seniors to enjoy. The laundry room is quite convenient to wash and spin-dry swimming clothes for a small fee. The convenience store at the ground floor is a nice addition.
The parking lot is seriously undersized in periods of affluence. The presence of a drying rack in the room would have been appreciated.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Rooms are average, enough space for a few nights. Laundry room available. There’s a convenience store at the ground floor. Breakfast was ok (few vegetarian options which is normal in SK, breakfast room was very loud and crowded though, go early!).
Staff (with one exception) unfriendly and not ready to assist guests. Probably because of very basic English skills. Queue for check in needs a Korean phone number, another unfriendly treatment if you don’t have one. Not too far from KTX station, the expo area is pretty dead though. Left one night early because I didn’t feel comfortable here.
