La proximité le décor la propreté le calme

Tenia patio con columpio para mi niño.

La comunicación no fue la mejor, recibí un papel con reglas que ni los de la recepción sabia. Llegue al lugar y la persona en recepción no tenia mi reservación registrada.

Instalaciones Piscinas y area de niños.

Ropa de cama como sábanas ni lo de cuidado personal tampoco. El cuarto de alante muy pequeño.

Nunca me recibieron fueron incapaces de procesar el pago.

La ubicación, fachada y recepción de la torre.

Los baños no estaban limpios, había pelos en la bañera, no había agua caliente, la habitación principal olía mucho a humedad y el aire de esa habitación no funcionaba bien. Los dispensadores de los baños estaban vacíos.

The property was in a great location. The apartment nice and clean.

The hot water kept turning off. Half of my stay I had to take cold showers.

J'essaie de trouver quelque chose de bien à dire, en vain !

J’avais réservé ce logement du 2 au 14 décembre, mais j’ai dû partir le 3 décembre tant il ne correspondait pas du tout à ce qui était présenté dans l’annonce. Dès le début, le comportement du propriétaire est alarmant : messages WhatsApp sans bonjour, réponses sèches à une seule syllabe, aucune courtoisie. Lorsque je l’ai appelé pour signaler les problèmes, son attitude a été désagréable, agressive et totalement inappropriée. Ce manque de professionnalisme aurait dû être un premier signal. Sur le logement lui-même : Il ne correspond pas aux photos ni à la description. Les “travaux nearby” ne sont pas “à proximité” : ils sont collés au balcon, à quelques mètres à peine. Le balcon est entièrement inutilisable, couvert d’éclaboussures de ciment, de poussière et sans aucune intimité. La vue sur la ville n’existe pas : on a vue sur les ouvriers du chantier qui ont donc vue sur une des chambres et le salon. Et si on ne veut pas avoir à cohabiter, il faut vivre rideaux fermés, sans aucune lumière naturelle. De plus, une des chambres n’a aucune fenêtre. L’annonce mentionne trois salles de bain, il n’y en a que deux. Le logement était sale. Pas de savon pour les mains, seulement deux serviettes de bain par chambre, aucune serviette pour les mains. Pas un seul torchon pour les assiettes. Les distributeurs de shampoing/gel douche étaient vides, et celui qui contenait un fond semblait être rempli d’un liquide ressemblant à du produit vaisselle. La machine à laver était sale et rouillée et le filtre plein de poussière. Le canapé était si tâché que nous n'avons pas voulu nous asseoir dessus. Les douches étaient pleines de calcaire, aucune poubelle ne contenait de sac poubelle (super pour l'hygiène). Le filtre de la hotte était recouvert d'une énorme couche de gras. La poignée de la porte d'entrée était "réparée" avec du ruban adhésif (super pour la sécurité). Face à tous ces points, je suis partie le lendemain de mon arrivée.

edificio con gimnasio, azotea con buenas vistas y zona confortable. Sus instalaciones en general están muy bien y limpias. Camas muy cómodas.

Alojamiento más pequeño del que compras y, hasta el mismo día que no llegas no te cobran ni te contestan a los mensajes. Al no tener datos por venir fuera de RD, me cancelaron la reserva, teniendo que volver a realizarla en el aeropuerto, generando angustia. Edificio enfrente construyéndose y no existen vistas.

Spacious and modern. Good parking . Very hight tech , may be more than necessary...fingerprint garage door etc. Location on permanent traffic jams on Av. Abraham Lincoln. Clean and nice around.

We stayed there 2 times . Both times apartment is not same as on photos. Check in is complicated , communication errors. !! You have not contact with host !! Only contact is front desk security with poor English. View to another house wall ( 2 metres )) . Second bedroom had not window.

We were really looking forward to using the jacuzzi, but were very disappointed to find that there was no hot water—only cold.

Keyless entry was easy and effective!

Pool was closed when we got there! It was ready before we departed!

When I arrived, I was greeted in the lobby by the staff and check-in. They kindly walked me to the room and showed me all of the amenities that were offered upon my stay. Definitely will return again.

Bathroom door #1 was hard to open and if were to use much force, it would make a weird sound that is worrying. Also they were no hot water in the jacuzzi.

Great place to stay, convenient and great value!

The bed sheets were dirty, had brown stains and hairs, had to argue with the host to have them changed.

Location, quality of apartments, rooftop pool & view

Staff at reception is TERRIBLE and very slow. It took more than 45min to do a check in. We couldn’t even pay at the Front Desk. We had to pay via pay link sent by owner/manager. Safe but weird and time consuming. So, basically to register 2 passports and two fingerprints for the parking entrance they took 45min Jacuzzis at the terrace were off and nobody told us those need reservation.

Some things were below par of the "luxury standard they promote" such as: Flimsy bar soaps 1 coffee sachet 1 toilet paper Small gripes that prevent a perfect 10.00. Lastly, given that it is a non-smoking apartment, offering an ashtray to smoke on the balcony would ensure not using housewares or dishes for such a purpose.

I don’t know if it’s Monaco or booking but besides the 224$ for 2 nights I’ve been charged twice the 200$ guarantee so 400 $ and I’ve received back only 200$ . I hope this gets solved!

It was a great property and centrally located. All the staff were extremely friendly, warm and professional. The only issue was the staff were working on our AC in the 2-bedroom we booked when we arrived, so they put us in a 1 bedroom for one night. Although this was not ideal, they did a great job communicating with me and they moved us upon our return on the 2nd evening. We were pretty easy going, so it didn't bother us. However, when we did move, the 2 bedroom was massive. We were beyond happy and it was worth the wait. We will absolutely stay here again upon our return.

This was not a hotel, it's a luxury apartment with the gym on the 2nd floor, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi on the rooftop with great city view. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, there were only bar soap and conditioners. There were washer and dryer in the unit, bring your own detergent. It was close to walk the big shopping mall with the bank and the grocery store. Many local restaurants nearby.

Beautiful all white floors were a big hit with my fiancée. The view on the rooftop was amazing and you can grill food up there!

Being required to wear one of those wristband things like at a nightclub. The jaccuzis don’t really work. King size bed would make it 10/10.

The facilities absolutely had no attractions, the view promised were people building and noise was 24/7 It’s was filthy and we had no light in the first few hours of moving in, we couldn’t communicate with anyone because no light equaled to the Wi-Fi not working There were bugs everywhere and had to buy insecticide on my first day out Couldn’t shower too because there was no hot water The dishes provided in the kitchen were filthy and made the apartment stink The balcony area was soooo filthy and dusty you can’t even open it up to walk out or for air On my first arrival date I was sweeping the apartment because it seemed like someone just left Complained about the hot water and all the property owner had to say was we were complaining too much - which was confusing on how We eventually got a room change, and got locked out of our rooms -the doors were shut jammed and it took the property owner 1 hour plus to respond to our messages. We started calling religious and when the phone was picked he asked “what is the issue now” very unprofessional a worker said There is no security safety because they know the password to the door, so every time we had to gather and hide our belongings of worth

Everything is perfect except my rsvp was in the system when I got there. The host Phone number isn’t valid but luckily I know everyone in DR use WhatsApp. But the host didn’t answer when I call. He finally reply by text.

Very rude host! air condition was off and when we asked how to switch it on as the apartment was boiling hot, the first response was that we do not need it on when we are not in the apartment . The dedicated parking was occupied when we came home after dinner and the host did not respond. The administration told us that the host is known for not having enough parking and not caring about that. Not a good a experience for that price , I can not recommend the place

Front desk girl was not pleasant at all , seems to have an attitude and not willing to help in a friendly way .

Disgusting apartment, bad organization. The card did not work, I paid in cash. We agreed in advance to return the deposit at 9 am, in the end they gave it only at 10 am. I'm late for an important meeting. The apartment was poorly cleaned, very dusty, a dirty ashtray with cigarette butts stood on the balcony, dirty towels in the washing machine, wrinkled, not fresh bed linen. Waited for hot water in the shower for an hour, washed in cold water.

Two towels for 5 days. Few cooking bowls and no toaster . No clothing soap , shampoo, extra sheets and no cleaning entire stay even though I Tipped to receive.

they must ask for all documentation need it before the moment of checking in , They must ask at time all about before the arrival. they must communicate to the Staff in the reception when guest will be arriving in order to loosing time waiting calling and asking for documentation.

The room was very spacious and very welcoming. It was very comfortable.

I did not like that for a visit to come up to the room you have to pay for them to go up (even though) they will not be staying for the night. Also, not having a printer to facilitate guests a document was a downer.

Good location and amazing views but not worth it given the received service! We were allowed to drop the luggage in the apartment 2 hours before check-in.

Be careful because the showed price doesn't include the taxes and after you make the reservation you end up paying much more than what is showed (from 335$ to 409$). On top of that, they send you an outside payment link in order to make the payment which is even more than the "showed priced" (417$) with the excuse that if you pay with card the amount is higher than if you were to pay at the property. The funny thing is that they don't even ask you how would you like to make the payment, they just simply request you to pay through the link. Besides that the owners are awful, they lie and afterwards cancel your reservation once you leave in order to avoid booking fees. Our card was charged the deposit fee of 200$, after that the owner marked it as invalid (keep it in mind that he was able to remove the deposit fee). We stayed 2 nights, during this time we were given a toilet paper for each room (2), we asked for more since it got finished the first day. I wrote the owner and told him about it, he said literally "give us a few" but nobody came to bring anything. The surprise, though, was that not even one hour later after we left I received a notification from booking saying that our reservation had been cancelled because our card supposedly was invalid. Mind you all this happened after WE LEFT AND PAID the reservation in cash at the reception. After speaking with owner, he lied to me saying that BOOKING cancelled it, which is not true! Later on, he ended up saying that I used a card that had a different name than mine, a name that he was suposed to be familiar with (my father), since I sent him all the guests' passports on WhatsApp to "fasten" the check-in process. Anyways, I was supposed to receive 27EUR back in credit for this reservation from booking, which now is not possible anymore! It's a pity because the place has some really nice views!
