Hampton By Hilton Istanbul Airport, Arnavutkoy

near airport

The room was quite cold, and the AC fan was not working properly. I believe the AC system and other room facilities should be checked carefully before guests arrive.

Great Staff, great property.

I like everything, but if somebody could help with baggage, it would be great.

A good place to stay if you have just one night or several hours between the flights and still want to have a good sleep and nice breakfast. One advice: - don't ask them for transfer - it will be three times more expensive than taxi and there is no problem with taxi at all.

The price is too high for this place.

Convenient location, excellent breakfast buffet

Proximity to airport

Trying to negotiate/find something to watch on tv - there’s no instructions

Stuff is nice

Breakfast variety was very bad . Variety was very limited

Location

Cleanliness lacked

Location excellent. Personal very kind. Esspecialy Miss Ceren.

A/C not work proparly, very noisy of air traffic

Close to the airport; good breakfast spread; friendly staff

The staffs were polite and were attentive to all our needs.

There was no one to help with the luggage’s. I had to push all my 7 bags with my kids.

We were very happy with our stay, and everything was great. Thank you to the wonderful Hilton team!

We were very happy with our stay, and everything was great. Thank you to the wonderful Hilton team!

The breakfast didn’t have much variety, and I didn’t like the potato sausage.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights near Istanbul Airport and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient for the airport. Overall, it was a great choice for a short stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

- Everything was awesome. - Air Condition perfect - Shower stream strong - Bed was comfortable - Breakfast was very nice - Very close to airport

Breakfast area heavily perfumed. Dusty floors in the room

Proximité de l'aéroport. Rapidité du check-in et check-out Calme

Thank you!

Location

Breakfast

Staff is nice and cooperative/ Ceren one of the staff who makes sure the guests are happy and satisfied

Nothing/ good for transit

Great staff. Good restaurant. Great location. Decent value

Rooms have always been too warm.

There was no staff available to assist us with our luggage upon arrival or to take it to our room. Likewise, at check-out, there was no one to help us, and no luggage trolleys were available, making it very difficult to transport our suitcases.

Everything

Nothing

Did the job of staying overnight from airport & that room service was 24/7.

The bathroom wasn’t nice & thought it was closer to airport.

Excelente ubicación si tienes vuelos muy tempranos. Hotel muy cómodo

Próximo ao Aeroporto

Café da manhã

the staff were nice and helpful, the location to airport is close by if you have early connecting flights the next day

The Price for this room is too much considering the surroundings, mosquito situation and room cleanliness !!! After travelling across europe for the past 8 months and using many many hotels through Booking.com, i must say that this was the worst! Yes we chose smoking room, but everything smelled like smoke from sheets to window coverings to furniture, it was so bad that we could not sleep! we went to bed at 11 pm to be refreshed for tomorrow morning flight but the smell of cigarette was infused in all furniture that we could barely take a breath, there were also so many mosquitos, and they stung all over our body, we felt itchyy the whole night!! over all it was our worst hotel experience!!! the staff are really helpful and nice overall. if you want to choose choose a non-smoking room that is clean

Room took forever to cool down

Clean

Ac was off

Location, accessibility, cleanliness

System issue for all Door Cards

Nothing

The food at the restaurant is very bad. The Staff not supportive and did not address my complains.

Rate is significantly lower than airport hotels.

It's a bit isolated. Few shops and restaurants nearby. Caesar salad and pizza in the restaurant were weak. They will organise an expensive car for you but there is no shuttle.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. They have a restaurant on the ground floor which is huge plus. The hotel looks great inside. Good location, not far from the metro and airport.

The room I stayed in was good, but it needs better cleaning. In many places there were layers of dust and seemed like the floor wasn’t vacuumed at all. Good thing they provide slippers.

The cleaness and hygiene, customer service and great attitude.

So far nothing,

Good location, staff are warm and accommodating, we checked in at 1230 AM as asked for Late check out at 0200 PM which they instantly accommodated. Breakfast was a lavish selection.

The ceiling shower didn't work properly and the WC didn't stop draining unless pushing several times the flush. The staff at the restaurant speak very poor English.

1. Great location, a 10-minute drive from the airport. 2. Polite and helpful staff. 3. Comfortable mattress and pillows. 4. Complimentary two bottles of water. 5. Iron and ironing board in the room. 6. On-site restaurant. 7. Early breakfast starting at 6:00 AM.

1. Very poor soundproofing, both internally and from street noise. Because of this, I had a bad night's sleep. 2. Breakfast could have been better.

Nice location -- very close to IST airport. Quiet place for a good night rest while in transit.

Location

Nothing

We were only here for one night before our international flight out of Istanbul but this hotel was exceeded our expectations for the price. Not too much around it, but only a short 8 minute ride to the airport. Great size rooms, comfy beds and very quiet.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good soundproofing.

I stayed at the hotel overnight between flights on the way there and back. The first time, the room was dirty, and there was mold in the shower. When I booked the second time, I asked them to pay attention and clean the room properly. The cleaning was much better, but there was dust. There was still black mold in the shower, which was very unpleasant. Imagine my surprise when I made the bed and saw that the sheets were too short. These deficiencies don't correspond to the standard and price of the hotel.

Cleanliness

Remote location

Location close to Istanbul International airport

Pretty standard

Only 15 minutes from the airport

Well presented, friendly & efficient staff, comfortable bed & adequate room size, great variety for breakfast, an interesting floor plan to walk into the restaurant!

All OK, no problems
