Beautiful location, clean and great coffee.

I understand it’s a non smoking hotel but the room and hallways constantly smelt of cigarette smoke. There was even cigarette ash on the bathroom floor upon arrival. Communication with some staff was a little difficult at times.

The gym and the large room

Honestly, everything was really good — from the service to the amenities, it was fantastic. The only small thing I’d mention is that it would be nice to see the customer-facing staff smile a bit more; it really helps make guests feel even more welcome. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Lobby lights were not on during the day and front desk seems slower and blurer compared to other hotels.

The facilities were nice and had a robot that would delivered food deliveries to the room. Vincent was really nice and was very helpful.

The location is very good to explore Chaozhou old town especially the Guangji bridge is so near. The view from the hotel also fantastic. The staffs are very helpful. They recommended good place to eat. They also helped to bring luggages to room. Room is very spacious and very clean. Highly recommend!

Nice stay and river view next to the property. Spacious and clean room. The breakfast was awesome. We also paid extra for the dinner buffet and it was good value for money.

The hotel is alright but located so far from everything.

Road entry to Hotel front lobby was not clear to drivers. Many times , drivers were not sure where the road leads to the hotel entrance lobby

The hotel was located in a nice location and had lovely views of the mountains and the river. The buffet breakfast and food was nicely made and there were plenty of options. There were also many sights nearby the hotel that could be walked to and also driven to.

Not easily accessible to shopping but easy to catch a DiDi across to the Ancient City Centre and do some shopping and exploring.

I like this hotel cause is near attractions and walk able to park .

Rather new hotel with modern chic rooms and decent city views. The chinese tea sets in the rooms were a nice touch for guests to unwind and relax and paired well with the otherwise well thought out decor. I might have expected this level of quality from a higher level brand. Breakfast spread at the hotel was decent too

The Crowne Plaza Chaozhou was a bit of a disappointment probably because we stayed in the Crowne Plaza Quanzhou the night before which was excellent. This time everything was a little under expectations and the bed wasn’t to our comfort needs resulting in bad nights sleep. It was ok, but when you pay the higher price you want certain things. We did get a few free drinks in the bar on our 1st night which was a very nice gesture and very appreciated. We might try another hotel next time

New hotel. Concierge Service was good. Room had strong sewage smell. Asked to be put air purifier in room which is better. But smell persists after removal of machine. Housekeeping knocked on door after 11pm to retrieve air purifier despite DND is on!

This hotel provided a fantastic view for Chaozhou old town. Club lounge was closed but they gave us free dinner buffer excluding seafood hotpot. Free breakfast buffet was provided in restaurant, which was brilliant with a lot of local cuisines. Room was comfortable and luxurious.

All staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I would say their hospitality and willing to help is A+. If I may suggest, some fluency with the English language would be great appreciated. I think because it is the hospitality industry and English is more universal, it would be extremely helpful for non-Chinese speaking guests.

All you can eat Breakfast was great but I stayed there for 5+ days and it was the same breakfast everyday. Would have appreciated more variety during the week. Same for the Dinner menu, it was too small and very few options. I would have preferred if there were more offerings.

The hotel is very modern and nice. It is the first time I stay in a such good hotel in Chaozhou . I like the interior design and the furniture. The rooms are big, the lobby is very impressive, the location is wonderful !

The room had a great view overlooking the river. Clean room, comfortable beds, adequate sitting places (chairs, sofas), and good room amenities. I was initially worried about the washroom privacy from the photos on the hotel website. But it turned out fine, there were sliding panels to separate the room from the washroom, plus additional glass doors for the shower and the toilet. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of food including highlights of ChaoZhou cuisine. There were no shops around the hotel. But this is not an issue for us. The old city and other attractions are just a short taxi ride from the hotel. It is very convenient (and inexpensive) to travel by taxi in the city. We had a comfortable stay in this hotel and so glad we had chosen this hotel for our holidays.

It’s very modern, and very tall. It’s literally the tallest thing around. Suitable for western travel - went on a business trip. It’s not necessarily walkable to anything useful - Chaoshan train station is a good 40m drive away.

The brand says everything! We were not disappointed. We love the room for its size, on higher floors, the open view of the ancient city, the mattress is firm and very comfortable, the small sofa and office desk area are a plus! Shower is good, water press is good. Very modern design. We also enjoyed the restaurants, we tried everything from breakfast buffet, dinner buffet to the regular dinning, all with great view of the ancient bridge and the night light show was cherry on top!

Overall I like the property very much. I would rate 4 out of 5. But the point loss was - the bathroom floor is sticky and also the toilet smells bad - would be great if it is cleaned properly.

i stay there 3 days 2 nights with my family, but that's really worst expereince i have ever stayed in a "5 stars" hotel, no matter the hardware or software, it can't deserve 5 stars, not even reach an internation hotel standard. 1. i booked mountain view twin beds room but when we check in, the front desk staff told us all the 1.35m twin beds rooms were occupied already, only 1 room with 1.1m beds room left, but as we have 3 adults, seems not appropriate for us, then we asked whether any other twin beds rooms available and we can pay more to upgrade but he said no more room left, then we can just propose to add 1 bed in the room, there is upcharge Yen$425 per night, we have no choice but paid. But finally i noticed the room i booked was twin beds with 1.35m, so we request him to cxl our additional fee of adding the bed and he called his manager come and the manager advise can offer a twin 1.35m beds room to us, acutally that's what we originally booked, but we spent almost half hours there to get room card. 2. the 1st night when we came back the hotel but the room card is not function, we get down to ask front desk to restore the card, but it was still not workable, then we call front desk again and the staff come to check guess the lock run out battery, then ask us wait their manage to charge the lock, after the reboot and charged, we can enter the room and they ask techinicians to repair the lock, it took almost 20mins to wait outside the room and almost half hour in total to get the lock restore. 3. the hair dryer is out of service and we wait almost 1 hour for the room service staff to get us a new one after call back the hotline. 4. there was a tooth pick left on the floor at the 1st night, i see can see it after room clean up the next day, that means no one clean the floor. 5. there is stink in the bath room 6. there is mold at the ceiling in toilet and seems hv water bleeding on the wall too, it's new hotel, just wonder why the maintence is so bad. The only good thing is the view as we can see a broad view of HangJiang and the breakfast is nice but it's not worth for the value.

Best hotel in Chaozhou. The room is new and large. Jennie from front desk is amazing. She is super nice and professional. We were be able to check in early and Jennie upgraded the room for us. The view is amazing! She also add our contact to recommend some location restaurants and information for us. 10 of 10 for her!
