Reviewed Sep 1, 2026非旺季住宿滿便宜的，可以預先寄放行李，櫃檯人員非常親切，雖然到附近景點都要走一小段路，但是還可以，旁邊就有一間7-11很方便，房間乾淨整潔，雖然不是新的旅館，但是環境舒適，房間備品都很齊全。
距離網走站大概走10幾分鐘，拉行李走人行道不太好走，但這不是飯店的問題。

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Check-in was quite simple and the staff was friendly. The lobby is very elegant, and the bedroom was quite large. I felt comfortable there. The room seemed a little bit old but it didn't reduce the comfort.
It's a bit of a walk from the station (about 10-15 minutes), but it is close to the port and restaurant area.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026It was pretty good value for money. The room was big and the bed was decently comfortable. There was free onsite parking and the entire property had a very retro feel to it which is quite nostalgic. It was also close to many eateries and the main shopping locations in Abashiri. There was also a big 7-11 right next door.
The rooms were relatively dated and it felt that way. Nothing much else I could complain about apart from that.

到着時エアコンも冷蔵庫ついてなく、エアコンはしばらくしても効かない。フロントに申し出たが、修理したばかりだから壊れてはない。部屋は変えられない、窓を開けたら…と。扇風機を貸します。と。とんでもないです。そんな状態で客とってはダメでしょう。結局暑くて眠れませんでした。

Reviewed May 26, 2026ホテルの場所が国道沿いでわかりやすかったです。部屋は清潔で、ベッドも快適でした。アメニティも必要なものはそろっていました。夕食のレストランは営業していませんでしたが、近くに飲食店が多いのでマップをもらって探しながら行きました。
歴史あるホテルだからかもしれませんが、この規模のホテルにしてはお風呂が狭いと思います。ただ、「温泉がないのでその代わりに入浴剤でごゆっくりしてください」と表示があって、バブが置いてありました。

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026We had a main street facing room on top floor so enjoyed watching all the comings and goings outside whilst sitting on wide window sill as a snow storm blew in. The heated blow air vent was built into window sill so nice and cosy whilst it was chilly outside. Lovely hotel, slightly dated but still grand inside and very spacious room. Recommend the cruises and visiting glass museum. All people in area are very cheerful and glad of visitors. Delighted we made the effort to get there on our Japan trip and in the winter too.
