La cama se nos quedó pequeña, con unos cm más sería ideal. También echamos en falta otro sillón, solo había uno y, aunque el espacio no era muy amplio, cabría perfectamente. Ambas cosas habrían hecho la estancia mucho más confortable.

Poco menaje y mobiliario. Muy cómodo para pasar una noche, pero si uno piensa cocinar y pasar tiempo en el apartamento quizá echaría en falta algunos servicios y comodidades.

Muito difícil o estacionamento. O edifício tem logo á entrada uma escadaria que torna o acesso ao apartamento, complicado para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção ou para quem trás muita bagagem.

Tercer piso sin ascensor de lo que no se informaba en la descripción del apartamento ni de ningún otro modo. Menaje insuficiente. Mobiliario insuficiente habiendo espacio para ello. Ausencia de sistema de calefacción en el baño. Ausencia de ningún elemento decorativo en paredes que aporte algo de calidez a la casa. Falta de iluminación que permita la lectura en el salón, como una lámpara al lado del sofá, solo LED en el techo, lo mismo sucede en el baño que carece de alguna luz en el espejo.

Durante minha estadia no segundo andar, observei a seguinte configuração dos apartamentos: as unidades 201 e 202 estão situadas em área com visibilidade para as câmeras de segurança. Os apartamentos 203 (onde me hospedei) e 204, por sua vez, possuem entradas individuais localizadas atrás de uma porta, em área sem cobertura por câmeras. Após responder a uma pesquisa de satisfação, na qual expressei minha satisfação, mas apontei algumas questões relacionadas à limpeza, fui acusada de mentir e de hospedar um número maior de pessoas no apartamento, sendo que apenas eu e meu acompanhante estávamos presentes.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2025Localização excelente, limpeza imaculada, quarto muito funcional e com uma decoração lindíssima. Alojamento é num edifício remodelado, muito antigo e muito bonito. Achei muito simpático haver à disposição águas, capsulas de café e chá. Ar condicionado fabuloso.
Degraus de acesso aos quartos muito altos, o que entendo por se tratar de um edifício muito antigo. Estacionamento difícil a certas horas. Cabine do duche um pouco pequena.

I rented this apartment for a week, with a kitchen to prepare my meals. When I wanted to drain the rice, I couldn't find a strainer. So I contacted Iñes. Here's her response: "Regarding the strainer: this item is not considered an essential kitchen utensil, and for that reason, it is not included in any of our apartments. We provide only the basic and necessary equipment to ensure a comfortable short stay, and a strainer does not fall into that category. That said, a strainer is certainly not a requirement to prepare or enjoy rice or pasta. Simply placing the lid over the pot while draining is an effective and common alternative" !! I think a strainer is a basic in a kitchen. Also, Inside the building, the soundproofing is poor, and you can hear other passengers moving from chairs, coming and going, talking, a baby crying, doors closing....

Excellent facilities including a fridge, kitchenette and kitchen essentials. An easy 20 minute walk from the bus and train stations and the mattresses were very comfortable.
Only thing missing was a small kettle but I could boil water on a saucepan to make tea.

The stairs is a deal breaker we are in our sixtys, it was very hard climbing those stairs my wife climb those stairs on the 14 Oct and did not come out of the hotel until the 19th when we were leaving, we were unable to explore the city, I would say it was a deal breaker....
