Cómodo, limpio y frente a la playa

Endroit exceptionnellement tranquille près de l'estuaire des lamantins ( 5 minutes en voiture). La chambre très propre et confortable. Le seul problème c'est qu'on était les seuls clients de l'hôtel. Il y avait un garde et tout c est bien passé. L'hôtel est à vendre.

La lozalizacion, la tranquilidad, algo muy favorable tiene una playa al frente y es limpia y tranquila.

Las opciones del desayuno, muy limitado, sin variedad.

Très tranquille (un-cul-de-sac). L'hôtesse Aura Très gentille. Bon resto à proximité (en auto). On rapporte des coquillages...

Once we arrived there the host told us that it was better to pay in cash. This can lead to misunderstands between him and the clients. The floor of the room and some spots were not 100% clean. It should have directions to arrive, we did it through an awful street.

La habitación amplia vistas y cómodo.

Tienes que coger coche 6-7 minutos a la calle/playa principal de restaurantes. El hotel está un poco solitario, aunque la zona es tranquila.

Buena atención

El trato del anfitrión fue muy bueno. Nos aconsejo actividades para hacer, rutas, playas hermosas que ver. Nos impacto una de sus recomendaciones(Cayo Arena) un lugar con magia y espectacular. La comida de los restaurantes que nos recomendó fenomenal. Su renta Punta Rucia Cristal Beach es un remanso de paz y relajación de los mejores y en primera línea de playa.

¡La ubicación! está en un lugar solitario, súper tranquilo, cruzas la calle y la playa está sola para ti, a la hora que quieras, eso fue maravilloso para mí.

Se fue la luz dos horas por la noche, y el aire acondicionado no funcionó, pero el ventilador si. Nos explicaron que eso está fuera del alcance del alojamiento, todos en el lugar estuvieron sin luz.

Amazing location beautiful warm ocean waters right in front of the property........... amazing breakfast provided by the host. comfortable clean beds and spacious rooms and bathrooms. close to nature, lovely escape from the maddening crowds! Very very close to the Cayo Arena embarkation point for the Catamaran Tour of the natural pools, cayo arena snorkelling and sandbar, mangrove tour etc. We went by The Ocean King III (Top VIP Deluxe) catamaran and loved the experience. The snorkelling guides (especially Flavio) on this catamaran tour are excellent, the food, drinks etc are amazing. From this accomodation you can also take the day trip to the El Morro which is a 1 hour scenic drive away, highly recommended. The beaches around this accomodation are scenic, never crowded, and picturesque. loved the sunrise and sunsets. waters are calm. Soft sand, easy to relax here.

They can definitely add some rides or play areas for the kids in the ample space and lawns inside the property. Maybe some swings and a big trampoline. not too difficult or expensive to add but will surely go a long way to make the place more family friendly. Garden landscaping and flowers will add to the charm of this very lush green property which has a LOT of garden area but not well kept enough. a LOT can be done with minimal investment in this property!

Es un local para pasar en parejas porque es bien tranquilo, el señor que nos recibió es muy amable y atento, y la playa esta en el mismo frente, para estar apartado del tumulto no me sentí para nada insegura, volvería

Location

The owner told us we would get a discount if we paid with cash, but we could pay with a card only. We were surprised to see a higher price charged than what stated on booking. When we contacted him, he told us he had said there was an extra fee for paying by card. We were not aware of this since booking stated we could pay with a cash or card. He did not want to refund us the extra amount charged and acted quite rudely over the phone. It’s a shame because our stay was great until that moment.

The rooms were cash only. I didn’t know that and couldn’t cover it all. The owner worked with me and processed my card through another merchant. The breakfast was good. Full plate Dominican breakfast, eggs, meat, fresh fruit.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great and the view of the place is just perfect to have a relaxing time.

The location is good, however food options are very limited around, you will either need to go west o Punta Rucia or south to Estero Hondo. Other than that, the place is good situated if you want to go to Cayo Arena, place is about 5mins drive to the where the boats are.

Great location by the beach and a real friendly and honest staff.

Spacious, very clean rooms and the fact that they offer breakfast. The view it’s amazing. Very relaxing place.

I likes the whole thing. It could be better by putting little fridges in all of the rooms (helps the costumer stay longer) and adding a bed comforter to sleep at night. It gets cold. Also put some bathroom rugs, it’s very uncomfortable to take a 🚿 and put your wet feet on the floor.

Had a great long weekend here. THE ROOM:We chose the oceanfront room, i took a quick nap one afternoon and as i was laying down I could see and hear the ocean. So relaxing! literally, less than a minute walk from the room to the sandy beach. Breakfast was good, very colorful! THE WAY THERE: It was pretty dark when We arrived and the street is very lonely (there is two entrances, not hard to miss) but we did not feel unsafe at anytime. THINGS TO DO IN PUNTA RUCIA In the morning we realized, we were actually in a very interesting area. Cool hidden spots, like a private beach and also, a Marine mammal sanctuary with a nice treehouse (all in our street. keep driving you will find it) If you like a good oceanview and also to take amazing pics, go to “brisas del Atlantico” (less than 5mins drive from the hotel and they charge 50 dominican pesos) We went to the little island called cayo arena or paradise island. TIP:: all locals will have boat trips to offer, keep asking and compare prices, you can probably get a pretty good deal. Went there for 20$

a little is nice but the breakfast was awful 😞 white bread 🍞 if you don’t have a car to move you don’t have food to eat !!!

All of it! 1. The beach, it was quiet and beautiful steps from our room across the road. A beautiful, unoccupied long stretch to walk each day, the most incredible sunrises happened in front of our eyes. It is amazing to fall asleep to the sound of the waves and a warm, gentle breeze every night 💕 2. Location was perfect. We wanted peace and tranquility, and this beautiful place has it! It's approximately 2km from the main street of Punta Rucia and all the hustle and bustle. At the end of our road was a Manatee sanctuary Linos Pizza-amazing! You must try this place. From the street you can not tell there is a restaurant. As you walk through, it opens up onto the beach. Very reasonable price. One pizza was plenty for 2. We had a table at the edge of the beach and witnessed a magnificent sunset. Soooo good-we went 2 times. Damaris Resto-local owners are so sweet, and they will make you fresh seafood and fried sweet potatoes or plantains. Again, it is a very reasonable price. Blue Island hotel resto-drive through the main road of Punta Rucia to the end and turn right. If you crave americanized food, this is the place. Again, the freshest seafood linguini and shrimp with coconut pie. More expensive here, price matched to Canadian prices. The local mercado(grocery)- sweet little grocery for some typical needs. Water, coffee, buns, cheese, chocolate, cold beer, evaporated milk. RUM :) Reasonable price. Be sure to go to Maritires restaurant ask for Anderson and book the boat rise to Playa Arena Paradise Island for 25$ US dollars ...so much fun! 3. The WiFi and movies in our room. So nice to be able to use the wifi for free! Not like the reaorts that charge +++$$ 4. The daily breakfast-wonderfully made with scrambled eggs, fresh fruit and avocado tomato cucumber and deli meats. 5. The hosts! Johan the owner was wonderful and provided lots of local tips for us to explore. Aurora made us an incredible breakfast each morning with a smile. We will go back again!

We asked for blankets and were giving a sheet so it was a bit cool some nights.
