Poorly maintained property. The rooms are damp and feel unhygienic, plug points and switches not working properly. The dining area looks very unprofessional, with raw, unfinished cloth covers on the tables. Definitely not worth the price.

When we entered the room, there was smoking smell, then after the staff helped and spread ed room freshener.Hot water was not coming in the evening and night. The Staff checked and told motor was not working.After some time , after repairing it worked.

Not maintained properly. Basic cleanliness in the room washroom, floor, bed sheets was terribly missing. The staff was kind enough to change some of the sheets. Treebo is very disappointing from your management as I have good experience from other treebo chains.

Cleanliness could be much better.. many small niggles - torn pillow covers, sounds coming through from adjacent rooms, puzzling Aircon controls, reverse hot/cold levers.. Considering it's an airport hotel, having breakfast at 8 am is puzzling.. that said, the staff did give us toast, bananas and tea earlier so we could make our flight with something in our tummies
