Weinig foto’s kloppen niet, vooral het uitzicht niet. Personeel is niet vriendelijk en kan erg dreigend over komen.

Personeel was dreigend en probeerde boetes op te leggen die niet terecht waren. Niet al het personeel was onaardig echter was er een vrouw die erg onvriendelijk was en mij elke dag een boete zou opleggen die niet terecht was. Ik ben daardoor in de eerste instantie ook weggegaan, even later kwam er iemand naar mij toe gerend en gaf mij de optie om naar z&z resort te gaan dit heb ik dan uiteindelijk ook gedaan. Daar beviel het prima en dit zag er ook beter uit. Al met al is het voor mij goed gekomen omdat ik ben overgeplaatst, echter had dit me bijna veel geld gekost omdat ik echt op het punt stond naar een ander hotel te gaan omdat ik mij simpel weg niet prettig meer voelde bij hun. Booking.com zelf proberen te bellen en contact met hun opgenomen kan je helemaal niks mee, reageren niet meer en telefonisch word je niet fatsoenlijk geholpen. Wees je goed bewust van dat het erg kan tegenvallen bij dit verblijf. Ik ben op de reviews afgegaan die leken prima maar dit is echt niet zo foto’s kloppen niet en alles valt simpelweg gewoon tegen. Ik heb het geluk gehad dat er een vriendelijke vrouw was die mij heeft overgeplaatst mijn dank richting haar is groot maar ik zou hier niet weer boeken!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is great. The location I really liked. Although I had a car it was easy to walk to bars, restaurants and convenience stores. I like the no drama check in and check out. The price for a room is good.

You get what you pay for in life. I stayed in this hotel when it opened in May 2015 and it was fantastic. 10 years further on and the hotel and the room I had looked dated and tired. Little things I found annoying eg No instructions on how to use the room safe. I could not figure out the tv and the associated tv box. The air con although effective was quite noisy. The balcony did not look very inviting in its cleanliness. These are all very minor points and should not put anyone off staying there.

The place is quiet and the rooms are nice and big.

The housekeeping could be improved. This is an older property and the rooms require a little more maintenance.

Stayed here twice Nov i love it its beautiful surroundings and the 4 poster bed swimming pool which can usecqnytumw fur me thata very important as helps with my stroke to Strenthen my left side I will definitely go back

La piscina ed il terrazzo che affaccia sulla piscina. Molto tranquillo.

Asciugamani e lenzuola anche se puliti, avevano delle macchie. I vetri della porta finestra erano davvero molto sporchi

The pool is nice enough.

The room itself smelled fine ... in the first 3 hours after i checked in but when i came back for the first night the room and bathroom especially reeked of mold to the point i was questioning the safety of the room.

The hotel was wonderful. The pool facilities and location were great. The room was clean, and really spacious. Close to shops and the beaches by bike/taxi.

Alt, værste sted jeg noglesinde har booket. Aircondition så larmende man ikke kunne sove Køleskab på værelset så gammelt og larmende man måtte hive det ud for at sove. Fandt hår på natbordet og alt var bare virkelig slidt og klamt

Everything! The stuff are so friendly and welcoming, the room is clean and comfortable, the pool is also amazing. We have a 7-11 near, and you can also rent bikes here. I would recommend to everyone to come here and relax. Also, great food and beach options in the area with cheap Bolt rides.

Quartier calme de Phuket. Personnel très gentil. Piscine assez profonde. Chambre vaste et pas de bruits de l'extérieur.

L’hôtel mériterai une petite rénovation. Clim un peu bruyante et ancienne. Pas de personnels après 18h, cependant ils sont dispos sur coup de fil.

Tout était super, grande chambre à côté de la piscine, commerces à proximité, hotel super calme , personnels très agréables, j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir 🙏

Огромный чистый, светлый номер, панорамное остекление. Приличный бассейн. Тихо и спокойно на улице.

Нужно иметь ввиду что до ближайшего пляжа только на транспорте и в районе 20 минут. Не подходит для пешего проживания. В шаговой доступности ничего интересного.

1★ – Dishonest Staff and Missing Deposit I strongly do NOT recommend this place. When I checked in, the hotel asked for a 60€ deposit, which I paid. At check-out they returned only 30€ and kept the rest of my money without any proper explanation. This feels like a complete scam. The administration and staff were very rude and unhelpful. When I tried to ask why half of my deposit was missing, they acted like it was normal and refused to properly explain anything. This was a very disappointing and dishonest experience. Guests should be very careful when staying here and think twice before leaving any deposit, because you might not get your money back. I will definitely never stay here again.

I choosed this hotel because the proximity to a muay thai gym and stayed 1 month, it's very close to the gym so that's good and the rooms are big and bright daytime. Good balcony(sat there most evenings relaxing)

Very worn down... Cut my foot at the floor like my 3rd day(not so good when doing muay thai traning...) Floor planks had very much space between them. Really need a renevation otherwise it's a very good hotel.

The location was good being so close to sinbi muay Thai and I could get to chalong, Rawai beach and nainharn beach on motorbike in 10minutes. The shower and toilet facilities worked. Zee

Bed only had two soft thin pillows. Nearly most hotels in Phuket give 4, there were cobwebs and spiders outside balcony so I avoided using it. Poor lighting in bathroom. Sink was small. Very low pressure in sink and toilet. The furniture was very old and needed re painting or modernising. The fridge was old and so were other appliances. Every day the room was cleaned in some days they cleaned better than others, some days you would get 2 fresh bath towels and 2 fresh hand towels, some days you only get 2 fresh bath towels only. I had to regularly speak to reception staff sometimes to make sure about towels and other small requests you would expect standard. They are clearly understaffed. In fact there are signs stating they have limited operating hours and they acknowledge they are short staffed when speaking to them. The swimming pool looked filthy. So many leaves, dead fly's In their I didn't want to swim. There never is anyone to clean and maintain that area whilst I have been staying whole week. My opinion is the management or ownership spend far too little to serve or improve this hotel. It has so much potential to do brilliant but it's not well managed. The staff are friendly, polite and do help as best as they can but not their fault. They are limited in what they can do.

Довольно просторная комната, аккуратная чистая уборка, полотенца докладывали дополнительно, если мы брали их на пляж, на балконе была стойка для сушки белья, зона у бассейна оборудована столиком и стульями в тени.

Перила и мебель на балконе сильно облупились, это максимально неприятно тактильно и визуально, сидушки на креслах на балконе тоже как будто из прошлого века, тоже сильно потрескавшиеся. На балконе в нашем номере был только один стул, на ресепшене мне пообещали утром принести стул, но не случилось, пришлось включить самостоятельность и самим взять себе стул с зоны у бассейна. На острове отдыхала впервые и поэтому сильно прогодала в этом отеле с месторасположение, до пляжей далеко, до рынка рыбного тоже. В том районе вообще ничего интересного нет. Только как-то местный рынок примерно в 1,5 км от отеля, зато очень дешёвый и там много готовой еды.

Location, cleanliness, price point

Great hotel, it was clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the pool area and Rawai itself is lovely although I would say you need a moped to get around as it’s an hour and a half walk from the closest beach.

Only thing which wasn’t ideal was feeling like the staff was trying to get us out as quickly as possible on checkout today and the fact you can only get one key and the door automatically locks itself with nobody on site in the evening.

We had a room with pool access and it was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we arrived late in the evening and I was still able to contact them and they got us checked in. I would recommend renting a bike to get around the area.

Dirty, run down, damaged facilities. Doesn’t look like they put any money into the upkeep of their property. Our first room was so bad we asked for another which they were able to give us luckily. It was a minor improvement but still we regretted booking at this accommodation. Showers that didn’t work, no hot water, a very loud aircon unit, etc.

Quite relaxing spot, nice pool, lovely staff. Can drop your laundry off to them in the morning and it’s done by the afternoon. Great little cafe around the corner called Ma Long Ta that we went to everyday for lunch.

Our shower had mould on the ledge next to it, and the room had some general wear and tear. The outdoor furniture on the balconies and the pool chairs are pretty worn down but still useable. Not deal breakers, we still enjoyed our stay 😊

Spacious, bed decently comfortable

Booked it via booking but then when I showed up they asked me to pay in person and charged me 3% more when I already paid via booking. And asking me for cash deposit which was never mentioned prior to my booking. When check out the front desk was rushing a bit, didn’t like that.

This was the most expensive and dirtiest hotel in my whole life. Please refer to the feedback from other travellers - I didn't believe it.

The location was great. Super close to Sinbi Muay Thai gym. Nice restaurants and cafés in the neighborhood.

The ventilation in the hallway was quite loud and so was the AC. I turned the AC off right before I went to bed so I could sleep better. It actually didn’t get that hot in the room at night.

Eneste som trekker ned er: - Vifte på badet fullt av støv og litt mugg i dusjen - dårlig vask generelt - gammelt kjøleskap - ved bassenget er det ikke vasket eller ryddet - det er også en hund rett ovenfor hotellet som bjeffer døgnet rundt. Ganske slitsomt Hotellet kan jo ikke noe for det, dessverre.

Not the best location, rooms mostly rented by people that come to train Muay Thai in a gym near by. Not very clean, I had ants in the room. The ac wasn’t working but got fixed promptly.
