Hotel Badia Hill

An My friend and I spent a wonderful long weekend in July at Hotel Badia Hill, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. I came back to spend a weekend alone and it was wonderful. I’ll describe our experience from July. This is a stunning adults-only boutique hotel tucked in the Dolomites, small enough to feel intimate, but every detail is thought through. Perched on top of a hill (hence the name), the hotel feels like sitting in the middle of a natural amphitheater, surrounded by mountains. The greenery around the property is beautiful, and it’s clear every corner has been carefully cared for. The spa, on the top floor of the hotel, is just as impressive — the pool and saunas open up to the most breathtaking views of the surrounding Dolomites. It’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave. What truly sets this hotel apart is its team. The staff are young and warm, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy their work and enjoy working together, and with the guests. When you see a team like this, you know something is being done right in how the hotel is run. Check-in is often underestimated, but it’s really the first contact you have with a hotel — much like meeting someone new, where those first few seconds shape your whole perception. Everything was managed perfectly by Ginevra, who made us feel instantly at home. We were also offered a fantastic welcome drink — compliments to the barman for his excellent cocktails. Breakfast is simply amazing — an exquisite buffet, everything carefully selected and thoughtfully put together. Taking your coffee afterward on the terrace, overlooking the Dolomites, is one of the highlights of the stay. At the bistro and breakfast, Lucrezia took wonderful care of us — professional, witty, and genuinely warm. The hotel is run by a couple, an excellent sommelier and an excellent chef, and it shows — the perfect combination for running a place like this.

Personnel triste et beaucoup de débutants. Pas de clim dans les chambres, ce qui n'est pas gênant en soi si on peut ouvrir les fenêtres. Mais du coup vous avez le bruit. Il faut choisir entre avoir chaud et être au calme ou être au frais mais avoir du bruit. DAns les 2 cas vous avez du mal à dormir.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. Immaculate facilities. Breakfast buffet was superb, with amazing bread and pastries, near cheeses, juices and coffee

The atmosphere was a bit over-the-top, but not uncomfortable.

Stuff… there was always nobody at reception desk, and I wanted to ask advices about best hikes, and tourists attractions, but whenever I came couldn’t catch them… Also lots of times you asked them something and they would do the opposite. For example, the mini bar was empty we ordered Coca Cola Zero and normal coffee (not decaf), and after 25 mins they’ve brought cola with sugar, forgot about coffee, then brought coffee but decaf. Then they would ask you at breakfast if you want juice with ice and bring it without. When I was injured (felt from bike) I’ve asked where is the nearest hospital and it took them a while to google it and find out, while you would expect hotel to know it… they are polite and nice people and probably were trying their best, but I would say it could be improved

Location, facilities, excellent starting point to road biking, breakfast, wellness, dinner, all things were perfect.

The hotel blends perfectly in the dolomites, with an amazing view of the mountains from every room, the lobby and the restaurant. The breakfast and dinner are exceptional, the staff is very attentive, a perfect luxurious getaway.

Изумительное место для неторопливого и комфортного отдыха! Комформтные номера, отличная зона с бассейном, красивая территория, прекрасные завтраки, приветственные напитки - все на высоте. Просторный гараж. Хороший набор косметических средств в номере. Удобное местоположение чтобы исследовать окрестности рядом на машине, при необходимости использовать общественный транспорт (для некруговых трекингов) персонал выдаёт QR-код для проезда на автобусе. Я бы остановилась здесь снова.

Как и везде где мы были в Доломитах здесь нет кондиционера, но это не доставило нам неудобств, мы держали окна открытыми. Так как мы жили на 2 этаже и держали окна открытыми, приходилось следить, чтобы при переодевании тебя не было видно из ресторана снизу (так как окна и низкий этаж позволяют посетителям частично видеть номер) и из домика напротив. В один выходной вечер вечеринка в ресторане затянулась и мы отчётливо слышали голоса из ресторана в ту ночь. В остальное время было тихо.

Facilities are excellent. We came with our bikes & from access to a dedicated bike room via the garage, to the reception, to the bedroom & then the wellness centre in the roof terrace. All were outstanding. The breakfast was among one of the best selections I’ve ever had.

The room was a little warm for August & so we had to leave the window open to the balcony. There was a little road noise for a light sleeper

We’ve had a very nice time in Badia, rooftop spa is perfect after a day of hiking/cycling. Great location, staff is very friendly and polite, we loved everything!

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Потрясающие виды, персонал очень приветливый. Еда в ресторане и на завтраке выше всяких похвал.

Отсутствие кондиционера,к сожалению,сделало наше пребывание не очень комфортным. В номере было очень душно.

מלון פשוט מטורף!!! הנוף משם עוצר נשימה. שירות מעל ומעבר, אוכל מדהים, סאונות אחת יותר יפה וטובה מהשנייה, הבריכת רוף טופ מושלמת. נסענו משם בטיול כוכב לכל יעד בדולומיטים, מומלץ בחום!!

הדבר היחיד שהיה לנו חסר זה מזגן בחדרים, בחודש יוני בלילה היה לנו קצת חם :)

Upscale place to stay and very clean. Rooms were very comfortable. View was pretty good from the side we were on. They decorated our room for our honeymoon which was very nice and thoughtful. Staff were friendly and asked about our day. Breakfast was pretty good as well. The sauna and pool were our favorite! Views from everywhere up there on the roof.

We wished the room had AC as it could get stuffy and would need to open the door for air, but there was no screen so mosquitos would come through. The standard restaurant was very good but a bit pricey as well as the drinks. Limited beer menu (only one beer on draft). The location was okay but a far drive for the main hikes to do in the Dolomites which was a negative but it was a lot quieter in the area which was a positive. Not many other restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent room, excellent value for money, luxurious breakfast, everything is included.

Fondue meal at an unreasonable price. There are no special products for the price.

Fantastisch gelegen mit wunderschönem, beeindruckendem Blick auf den Kreuzkofel und weitere spektakuläre Berge. Das Frühstück verzückt mit einer riesigen Auswahl an hausgemachten Köstlichkeiten – wo möglich aus regionalen Zutaten. Die Qualität und Abwechslung, die das Küchenteam liefert, beeindruckt. Selbstverständlich auch beim Abendessen. Das Service Team war zudem sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Tipps für Wanderungen in der Nähe und den Shuttle Service zum Startpunkt dankend angenommen. Der Spa Bereich ist sehr gelungen und erfreulicherweise nicht überlaufen. Perfekt um nach einer Wanderung zu entspannen. Stilvolle Zimmer mit hochwertiger Einrichtung, uns hat insbesondere die Schalldämmung gefallen. Einmal im Zimmer angekommen, nimmt man von Außen praktisch keine Geräusche mehr wahr. Alles in allem sehr, sehr empfehlenswert. Wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen, wenn es uns wieder nach Südtirol verschlägt!

The stuff are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and well arranged. Overall experience is good. The breakfast was amazing.

- The dinner at the restaurant was not delicious and not worth the bill value. - I didn’t like that fact that the checkout time is at 10:30 am. Globally at 12 pm.

Loved everything. Perfect location and amazing views. The food at the hotel is absolutely amazing. The service is personal and very attentive. The hotel is clean and beautifully designed.

Fabulous hotel and location. The hotel is gorgeous and staff are attentive and helpful. The spa was lovely and often very quiet - a great space to relax. A number of local eateries within walking distance so a car wasn't required. Bus transfer for skiing worked very well with scheduled drop offs and on demand pick ups.

Хороший современный трендовый дизайнерский отель в чудесных Доломитах. Всё - продумано, красиво, удобно, эргономично. Сердце отеля, как и описано в истории - Кухня. Волшебно всё. начиная от завтрака.. Ну а меню в Porcino и карта вин - абсолютно восхитительны! Виды из номера, они же из панорамного бассейна - не оторваться... НЕОБЫЧАЙНО дружественный и отзывчивый сервис. Слов не хватает чтобы описать насколько комфортной была эта поездка..

Бассейн шикарный, но саунная зона несколько скучновата. И никто не следит за поведением гостей в ней(

早餐品种非常多，咖啡很好喝。晚餐有三个餐厅，食物非常精致。住宿非常干净舒适，人少，风景好，停车方便，地理位置很好。最最重要的是，这里的工作人员非常热情专业。这酒店绝对是Dolomite山里的一颗明珠。

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer außergewöhnlich guten Atmosphäre. Die Verpflegung ist vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen auf höchstem Niveau! 100 % Weiterempfehlung!

Amazing property! Delicious breakfast with a lot of options, everything is very fresh and delicious. The staff was very helpful, especially with recommendations on places to visit around town and good hikes. We really enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool with great Mountain View’s. So we had such a great time

The only thing we didn’t like is that we didn’t book more days to stay there😝 next time we stay longer for sure!

Це була найкраща частина нашої відпустки. Тут було чудово все, починаючи від Welcome drink, закінчуючи шикарним рестораном. Гарний вид на гори, красиві номери. Теплий відкритий басейн, спа і снеки біля спа зони. В ресторані працює чудова українка Анастасія. Величезний привіт і подяка, що зробила нам чудовий відпочинок. Ми потрапили на вечір бургерів в бістро. Дуже смачні, якшо буде нагода - спробуйте. В готелі дуже небагато людей. Тиша і спокій Окремо, хочу порадити ресторан - Ristorante Porcino. Неймовірний і незабутній досвід. Подача і смак неймовірні. І хоча розміри став невеликі, під кінець вечора, ми ледь дихали)) це незабутній досвід Загалом, досвід перебування в готелі - 10/10 З задоволенням приїхала б ще

Трошки псує вид з вікна будівництво, але це не надто критично. Ще був момент з тим, що зранку було чути звуки пилососа під час прибирання в сусідніх номерах. Але після звернення на рецепцію, це виправили.

This was one of the most incredible stays of our long Italy trip. The hotel is gorgeous and overlooks the mountains. The breakfast was amazing. The wellness section was probably the best we've seen so far - super comfortable, beautiful and well-maintained. Extremely dog-friendly, our pup loved meeting everyone in the hotel! :)

Sadly because of the upscale furniture food isn't allowed in the room, and we also didn't have a fridge. This was only important for us because of our dog's food. However, the staff was again amazing, and they stored the food for us in a dedicated fridge downstairs. So helpful and lovely!

Wonderful hotel – cozy and set in an incredible location. The staff couldn’t be friendlier or more polite. The bistro and restaurant were a highlight on their own, with magical presentation and the chef’s outstanding skill. We’ll definitely come back here on our next visit!

We truly enjoyed our stay and are happy to give the highest rating! Just a couple of small suggestions: in the Finnish sauna, a fully wooden handle would be safer (the metal part gets very hot - I accidentally got a burn). In the room, the sink design was a bit inconvenient – the long fixed faucet made it difficult to wash over the basin without splashing water around. The overhead showerhead also sprayed in all directions, possibly due to limescale, which made it a little less comfortable to use.

Cleanliness, comfort, incredible view, extremely kind staff! Comfortable beds, nice spa, very delicious food! We would come back at the first opportunity!

Aussergewöhnlich gutes Essen, hervorragender Service; tolle Lage. der Pool auf dem Dach des Hauses ist einfach grandios.

Es wäre toll, wenn man auf den Zimmern eine Nesspresso maschine hätte, statt löslichen instant Kaffee.

Breakfast, Porcini restaurant were amazing. Property indoor garage was really handy too! A place to really rest, indulge and be pampered.

Do note that the rooms are not air conditioned, with the fan it was comfortable even in the thick of summer in August

We loved the design of the hotel, the attention to detail, the flowers in the garden, the terrace, the rooftop infinity pool and all the different places and zones to relax. The rooms were really well laid out too with balconies to sit and read and plenty of room and very comfortable beds too! Car parking really secure and convenient and fabulous views from the bedrooms, the pool and the eating areas. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and did everything they could to look after us. The breakfasts were absolutely incredible - the service was brilliant and such an amazing choice of pretty much anything you could ever want. We had dinner at the bistro on both nights, gorgeous cocktails and every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious.
