Gorilla Hotel

The room size is comfortable. Had a huge TV though we did not use it. The room had a Desktop attached. The bathroom was spacious. The location is very good. Very near to AK Plaza and Lotte. Right on the main road.

There were leakages in the toilet. The shower was rusty. No toiletteries given. No breakfast option.

住宿地點很不錯, 附近是商圈, 有很多吃的, 離公車站也很近, 搭車大約十五分鐘就可以抵達萬鐘車站, 房間有很大的電視, CP值很高

터미널에서 가까고 시내에 위치하고 있어 접근성이 좋았습니다

카은터 직원이 불친절하여 불쾌했습니다.고객을 좀 더 친절히 응대 했으면 좋겠습니다. 숙박시설이 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있었으나 벌레등에 대한 방역을 좀 더 신경 써 주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

Der Manager war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer war schön und sehr gut ausgestattet, Bett war gemütlich. Die Lage sehr gut, in Gehweite vom Bus Terminal.

시설 인프라는 좋아요

주차공간이 몇면 안되어서 아쉽고 특히 말하기 어려운데 침대시트가 오염되어서 엄청 당황했습니다. 일어나서 발견^^^ 숙박비 환불받아도 될 듯

2 PC für "Spielefreaks" (was soll das und dann auf koreanisch). Hightech Toilette mit beheizter Sitzbrille und vielem mehr.

Man hört den nahegelegenen Club bis spät in die Nacht, fehlendes WLAN Vollkommen übertriebener Fernseher. Weiche Betten. Gar kein Stauraum, nur zwei Haken mit Kleiderbügeln

Obwohl an einer Hauptstraße gelegen war es Nachts ruhig. Auch mit offenem Fenster. Lärm von anderen Gästen war nicht zu hören. Bett war bequem. Anhand der Fotos ist die Größe der Zimmer nicht zu erahnen. Preis / Leistung war noch in Ordnung. Das von mir gebuchte (Doppel)-Zimmer ist für eine Person ausreichend. Für zwei Personen schon schwieriger. Aufzug vorhanden.

Leider ist die Treppe bei der Rezeption mit einem Getränkeautomaten ein wenig verstellt. Solange kein Feuer ausbricht ist das kein Problem...

Easily accessible from the bus terminal, Nice restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect in the room, clean and well equiped. The personnel was very nice.

주차장 도로가 충분해서 이용하기 편했습니다.

출장관계로 영수증이 필요했는데, 앱으로 예약했다는 이유로 거듭 요청에도 불구하고 발급이 되지 않았습니다. 제가 이용한 객실의 욕실은 온수와 냉수가 거꾸로 되어 있었고 욕실에 설치되어있는 샴푸,린스, 바디샤워에 이름이 써있지 않아 이용이 불편했습니다.

Smelled like a smoker lived there.

The location was convenient - easy to get to by public transport and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was a great size, with a chair and coffee table as well. The bathroom was an excellent size with a bath and shower.The lounge room downstairs was comfortable with some supplies.

Very comfortable room for the price you pay. Fantastically big TV and a computer in the room that plus a big wet room. Staff were very helpful and nice throughout our stay

Nice enough

Very good location for travellers, near the intercity bus terminal, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Free simple breakfast.Comfy bed. Generally good for a one night stay.

Rooms too tiny for longer stays (we stayed 6 nights), no space to put your clothes or unpack your luggage even a bit. Loud music in the night from some establishment nearby. Although the bed sheets seem washed, they have visible stains, and the room is not cleaned very thoroughly between guests. The bathroom was clean. We had bad experience with one staff member, who laughted us off when we brought a stained pillow case on the first day. He didn't see the stains in the dim light at the reception desk. We asked for a replacement and he gave us a new pullow case, which later also turned out to have stains (but we did not want to go back and complain again, at least we knew it was fresh from wash). The same man was at the reception when we clogged the toilet and we came for help. We were very embarrassed and apologetic. He lectured us that we should not put any "things" in the toilet (We did not. Toilets in Korea just easily clog up) but he did not offer any solution, just continued scolding us. When we asked what can be done about the clogged toilet, he made it very obvious that it was a huge problem for him, that he would have to call the cleaners. Rude and unprofessional handling of the situation. We were already embarrassed and he just made us more uncomfortable. We were later stressed each time we needed to use the toilet for the rest of our stay. We have stayed in many hotels in Korea, also in the same price bracket, and we have never had such issues.

The room is compact but there is enough room to open up luggage. There is a massive TV in the room and two gaming computers for those who like that kind of stuff. The bed was very comfortable and the staff spoke exceptional English which was helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay which was nice and close to the main bus terminal in Wonju.

The first room we stayed in had a strong smell of smoke, I let the manager know and he unfortunately couldn’t move us until the next day. He kindly let us pick the second room, which was much better. We were there for 4 nights total so it was worth moving rooms.

かなりきれいでテレビも大きくて部屋そのものに不満はないのですけれども、隣の部屋の話し声がかなり聞こえたのと、もう少し充電がしやすいといいです。

대체로 만족한 숙박지였습니다. 깔끔하게 관리하고 느낌을 받았고 편안하게 머물 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

Location : It is near Wonju Bus Terminal. Only a 6 minute walk away. Food Options nearby : Many food options are just across the street. Room : Room is spacious, clean and beautiful. I especially love the fact that there is a clear segregation of space between the place you take off your shoes before you step up to enter the room. Amenities : There are full amenities including sanitised bath robe. For ladies, there is a hair-flattening iron too. Staff : Staff are friendly and helpful. Can speak basic English. They are kind enough to allow me to do an early check-in. So I could rest in the room the moment I arrived. Also, they kindly upgraded my room.

It would be good if the room could provide a bigger dustbin.

객실의 청결도 좋았지만 로비 라운지는 참으로 좋았습니다 커피, 우유, 후레이크, 레인지 등 24시간 지원되어 매우 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다 아침 일찍 내려와 PC작업을 하였는데 매우 능률적이었습니다 셔츠를 놓고 체크아웃하여,, 다음날 전화 하였는데 친절히 잘 보관하고 있겠다고 하였습니다 여러모로 좋았습니다. 가성비도 좋았구요

유흥가 근처인지 유흥주점이 좀 많아서 걱정했는데 생각보다 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 서비스도 좋았고 조식이 제공되는 것도 좋았습니다. 파노라마 스크린은 무척 마음에 들었고 영화보기에 좋았네요.

리모델링 한지 오래 안되서 깨끗한데 시멘트 냄새가 나서 답답한 느낌 이었음

Amazing hotel experience for this price. Very comfortable bed, everything is very new and super clean, nice bath, HUGE TV, 2 gaming computers. The location is very central, so many places to eat around. Highly recommended

Nothing, perfect hotel for this price I was surprised. For this type of service and room in Seoul you have to pay x3.
