Super le personnel est au top , les chambres sont très très bien à côté du centre

Manque de lumière plus vif dans les chambres et le service du petit déjeuné est plutôt long

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour ! L’hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont très belles et parfaitement aménagées, et la piscine est vraiment superbe. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié toutes les petites attentions qui rendent le séjour encore plus spécial, notamment les petits mots et citations accrochés à la moustiquaire, c’est adorable et très attentionné. Mention spéciale à Ilouh Arta Nadi, la serveuse, qui a été absolument adorable, souriante, attentionnée et aux petits soins avec nous. Elle a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. 🥰 La nourriture mérite également une mention particulière : tout est fait maison et c’est absolument exceptionnel ! Nous avons particulièrement adoré les pâtes au pesto avec supplément bacon, un véritable régal !

Honnêtement, nous n’avons rien de négatif à dire sur l’hôtel. Nous avons apprécié aussi bien le cadre que la chambre, la piscine, la restauration et l’accueil de l’équipe.

Chambre confortable, service de qualité. Excellent restaurant. Tous les soirs séance cinéma plein air. On peut commander au restaurant via un groupe WhatsApp et ainsi on nous apporte directement la commande que ce soit à la piscine ou au cinéma

Les chambres sont proches les unes des autres, l'isolation sonore est faible, on entend la circulation la nuit, la piscine pourrait être nettoyée plus souvent même si ok. Attention ai cinéma plein air qui a commencé à 18h30 contre 19h00 annoncé.

Vi hade en jättefin vistelse här och det vi framför allt kommer ta med oss är den fantastiska personalen. ❤️ Alla var så genuina, varma och snälla, och man kände verkligen att de brydde sig om att man skulle ha det bra. Ett extra stort tack till Debby som verkligen var en stjärna under vår vistelse! ⭐️ Vi gillade också verkligen poolen och att hotellet känns som en lugn liten oas. Så fort man kommer ut från hotellet är det mycket mer liv, trafik och rörelse, så det var väldigt skönt att kunna komma tillbaka hit och få lugn och ro. Frukosten var också väldigt bra och ett plus var hotellets driver, som gjorde det lite smidigare att ta sig runt. Det enda vi tyckte var lite mindre bra var toaletten på rummet, som har små öppningar ut mot hotellet. Det gjorde att det inte kändes helt privat, vilket vi personligen hade föredragit. Men överlag är vi supernöjda med vår vistelse. Framför allt kommer vi minnas den otroligt fina personalen och hur välkomna vi kände oss. Tack för några riktigt härliga dagar! ❤️🌴

Tout d'abord un grand merci à tout le personnel qui est d'une gentillesse et d'une amabilité incroyable. Tout le long de notre séjour ils ont été aux petits soins, toujours souriants et accueillants. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, proche de tout, dans une zone calme. Nous faisions tout en scooter que nous avions pu louer dans l'hôtel même. La nourriture était excellente, le bungalow propre et confortable, et enfin le cadre autour de la piscine, et de l'hôtel en général appelle au calme et à la sérénité. Merci pour tout !

La wifi était parfois un peu capricieuse, mais rien de bien grave.

La habitación muy bonita y cuidada, el baño de ensueño. Respecto a las instalaciones, la piscina es muy bonita y con unas tumbonas muy comodas para pasar alli el tiempo. Y para nosotros de lo mejor fue el desayuno, te dan una carta para elegir entre cafes o tes, zumos de fruta naturales y luego la comida con bastabte variedad. Encantados con la atención, alquilamos una moto y todo fue super rapido. Muy contentos!

It was a beautiful tranquil oasis within the bustle of Uluwatu. The staff were so amazing, Debbie and Xanthe should be commended. They were lovely and a true asset to the property

I was a little disappointed with the restaurant. The food had a noticeable smell of burnt oil, and the plates had an unpleasant egg smell. The breakfast was also quite basic and didn’t offer much variety.

Absolutely loved our stay at Onaya Resort! ✨ The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush tropical nature. Our room was gorgeous, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with such a relaxing atmosphere. What truly stood out was the incredible hospitality. Everyone was genuinely warm, kind, and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. You can really feel the care and attention to detail in every part of the experience. A beautiful place with exceptional hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Onaya for a relaxing Bali getaway! 🤍🌴

Our second stay at Onaya Bali Resort, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. ❤️ What makes Onaya truly special is, without a doubt, the incredible staff. Everyone is genuinely kind, attentive and welcoming, always making you feel at home rather than simply being a guest. A very special mention to Debby, who once again made us feel so welcome and cared for. 🥰 Her warmth, kindness and attention to every little detail are something we truly appreciate. It is people like her who make a hotel memorable. Every year, Onaya manages to surprise us. Even though we had already stayed here before, they had new things and little details to discover, showing that they are constantly improving and finding ways to make the experience even better. It is rare to find a place where you feel this connected after just a few stays. Onaya has become a very special place for us, and we already know this won’t be our last visit. Beautiful hotel with very kind and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable facilities. The mosquito net around the bed was particularly useful! A good value for money!

Beware of the toilet which is located in a separate room and may be subject to mosquitos and other insects.

Os quartos são grandes e espaçosos, o café da manhã não é do tipo buffet, mas do tipo menu que você escolhe uma opção. O local é calmo e pacifico, excelente para descanso.

Se você quer ficar no centro de Bali, viver a cidade, essa talvez não seja a melhor hospedagem, o hotel fica mais afastado do centro. Eles oferecem transfer mas não estava disponível quando chegamos, entao alugamos uma moto no próprio hotel, que nos serviu bem.

Onze huisjes waren prachtig en gelegen in een prachtige volop groeiende en bloeiende tuin. Het resort is heerlijk rustig gelegen en redelijk klein. De mensen zijn zo aardig en het restaurant heerlijk!

The property was good.

The villas bathroom was absolutely bad it had a foul smell because there was a leakage and from the pipe and entire bathroom was foul smelling. Even after spraying room refresher it was bad.

The personal was great; really friendly and supportive. Our flight was late at night and we could spend the day at the hotel; take a shower and wait for the driver to pick us up. Our room was really clean and we could also enjoy the pool.

Unfortunately, we had a bad night and couldn’t sleep. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but rather some guests staying in a nearby room who were extremely noisy. After we reported the issue, the staff resolved the problem immediately. We are very grateful for their prompt response and assistance.

Alles was geweldig! De locatie is perfect, het resort zelf is prachtig met mooie bungalows en een schitterend zwembad. Het ligt bovendien niet ver van de winkelstraat. Een enorm pluspunt is dat je gratis gebruik kunt maken van hun chauffeur voor verplaatsingen binnen een straal van 5 km. Het personeel was ook ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

I thought the staff were so accommodating and helpful. Nothing was an issue. Santi at breakfast always had a smile and was just adorable to be greeted by every morning. The breakfast was also amazing each day. I really loved the way they communicate to each room by Whatsapp as it makes it so much more convenient and easy to deal with.

Just wasn't walking distance to anything but I believe that is more Ulawatu and not necessarily the hotel. Their shuttle service was very handy.

Hotel is very quiet , lots of green which I love it, staff very very friendly ;) rooms are very clean , everything was perfect ;)

I think room for two people may be hit to small , I was by myself and I thought room may be too small for two people , I know is a adults only that’s the way I choose this property but when I was looking for quiet afternoon next to swimming pool group of youngsters was extremely loud, I did not like that , should be some restriction, this is only my thoughts about the space - which is beautiful !

Muy lindo el hotel. La habitación es justa, no es demasiado amplia pero correcta. El baño es enorme ! Muy amable todo el personal. Muy cómodo el transporte disponible del hotel que te alcanza a puntos cercanos, ya que si o si tienes que contar con moto o tomar grab para moverte desde ahí.

This is a lovely small resort in a quiet location that is well placed to easily reach the main tourist areas and beaches in Uluwatu. The facilities, room and breakfast weree great but what really makes it special is the staff and the ease of communication through the WhatsApp group they create for your room on arrival (and delete after you leave). Every request was quickly, happily and efficiently responded to. If they don't offer a certain service, like laundry, they refer you to a local business without any markup and help to facilitate everything.
