It’s was good not that much

They don’t clean deep clean and the corridor has smell of the carpet

The location was central and easy to the Main Street.

The staff were not accommodating at all and every request we made even as getting spare cups we were told to pick it ourself from the restaurant. For three people in the room were were not given enough consumables

The girl at reception was very helpful with tour and guide

The food was ok The salad had flies on randomly and standard buffe nothing special, staff should walk around to make sure the food is not getting dried due to overheating and stock up to the mark and clean crumbs more frequently The chef working on 27th August Thursday was very rude and arrogant I made complain to reception, but they didn't want to take this seriously, rest of the day's chef was very friendly and good listener, ruined my last day, so I didn't eat much

OMG where do I even start?! 🌅 We had an early flight out on our last day, so we were super worried about missing the breakfast buffet... But the staff here are absolute ANGELS! They arranged a packed breakfast for us to take to the airport at 5:30 AM! The rooftop pool... wow. Swimming up there while watching the sunset over the ocean was literally the highlight of our entire Phu Quoc trip! The lobby smells so nice the second you walk in... and the room was massive compared to what we paid. 1000/10 recommend! ✨ Cab arrangements were also super cheap thanks to their local connections.

Mình ở Aquasun trong chuyến đi Phú Quốc cùng gia đình và thấy rất hài lòng. Khách sạn có vẻ ngoài sang trọng, phòng ổn mình nghĩ, sạch sẽ và đặc biệt phòng tắm sạch sẽ nhìn rất thích mắt. View biển ngắm thích Điểm mình thích nhất là vị trí gần biển, buổi chiều đi bộ ra ngắm hoàng hôn rất tiện. Nhân viên cũng dễ thương, hỗ trợ xách vali và còn giúp đặt xe ra sân bay giá tốt. Hôm cuối mình bay sớm, khách sạn chuẩn bị sẵn phần ăn sáng mang đi rất chu đáo.

ngl this hotel was better than expected 😂 room was clean clean, bed super comfy, wifi fast af, and the location is so easy to move around. beach is like 5-7 mins walking, lots of bars and restaurants nearby too. would stay again for sure

Stayed here and this is my review Pros: Central location, convenient for beach access and nearby restaurants. Clean and well-equipped room. Daily housekeeping was consistent. Rooftop pool has a beautiful sea view. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable. For a 4-star hotel, the price was very reasonable compared with the overall quality.

We arrived quite late after a delayed flight, tired and honestly a bit stressed. The staff welcomed us with such a calm and polite attitude, helped carry our luggage, and made check-in very smooth. The next morning, everything felt better. The room was spacious, spotless, and smelled fresh. Breakfast had more options than I expected, and the rooftop pool became our favorite spot in the afternoon. Watching the sunset over the sea from up there was one of the best moments of our Phu Quoc trip. Also, the hotel helped us book a car at a better price than we found ourselves. Small things like that made the stay feel easy and well cared for.

Not flashy in an exhausting way. Just… refined, comfortable, thoughtfully maintained. The room proportions were surprisingly generous, the linens crisp, and the bathroom aesthetically pleasing in that understated modern Vietnamese style.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé et proche de la plage. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et bien équipée. Le personnel était poli, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la piscine sur le toit, surtout au moment du coucher du soleil avec la vue sur la mer. Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

No joke, I spent more time at the rooftop pool than at the beach Sunset view = crazy beautiful. Music, ocean breeze, cocktail in hand… vibessss.

Jag älskade lugnet här. Mjuka sängar, mycket rent rum och en fantastisk utsikt från takpoolen vid solnedgången. Hotellet känns modernt men ändå avslappnat. Personalen var varm och hjälpsam utan att vara påträngande.

We arrived at Aquasun after a terrible experience at another hotel nearby… and wow, the difference was immediate. The receptionist greeted us with cold towels and helped carry all our luggage upstairs while we were still exhausted from the flight. Our room smelled fresh, everything looked brand new, and the bathroom was spotless — the kind of clean that actually makes you want to take a long shower 😅 One thing I REALLY appreciated: we had an early morning flight back home (5AM pickup), and the hotel kitchen prepared takeaway breakfast boxes for us the night before. Such a small detail, but it made the whole trip feel cared for.

Minimalist review: Clean room. Quiet sleep. Fast wifi. Golden sunset on the rooftop pool. That’s all I needed

Not Happy at all the Staff was so rude at the Reception we are Castomers so pls be nice the location of the hotel is out to far from the main road and This hotel got no bage the say it is out of order

Breakfast deserves more credit. Fresh fruit, eggs, Vietnamese dishes, pastries… not massive like a resort buffet, but everything tasted fresh and regularly refilled.

Before: Expected a decent budget hotel near the beach. After: Found myself extending my stay.

The location is SUPER practical. Zen Beach Bar only a short walk away, plus lots of seaside bars nearby. Easy to go out at night then walk safely back to hotel.

The staff here are sweet in a very natural way, not fake-customer-service sweet. One receptionist remembered our room number after one day and always greeted us with a smile.

Very refined atmosphere. The lobby feels elegant without trying too hard, and the rooftop sea view creates a surprisingly calm mood in the evening. The bathroom was beautifully designed and exceptionally clean.

I’m usually picky about hotel bathrooms… but this one looked genuinely beautiful and very hygienic. Water pressure also surprisingly strong.

Super schönes Hotel mit toller Lage. Nach nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß waren wir direkt am Meer. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und das Frühstück überraschend vielfältig. Besonders der Rooftop-Pool beim Sonnenuntergang war einfach traumhaft

I liked that the room was spacious compared to the price. A lot of “4-star” hotels feel cramped nowadays, but this one actually gave enough space to relax and unpack properly.

Quiet room. Soft bed. Hot shower. Fast check-in. Exactly what I needed after island hopping all day.

1. Надо ждать около 10 мин, чтобы пошла горячая вода для принятия душа 2. Уборки не увидела , проживали в отеле 3 дня На второй день не положили 2 маленьких полотенца, сообщила на рецепшн, чтобы не было проблем при выезде На третий день положили вместе всех полотенец 2 пляжных полотенца, попросили заменить, когда пришли ситуация не изменилась, только в 22 часа добились, чтобы принесли полотенца, но не хватало одного маленького полотенца. На следующий день был выезд, так это полотенце потребовали с нас, хорошо что было фото 3. Делайте видео того что у вас есть в номере. Впервые столкнулась с ситуацией, что при выезде с нас стали требовать два блюдца и ложечку, так как не пили в номере чай , то даже не обратили внимание, что их не было или может сам персонал в один из дней забрал. Кое как доказали, что мы не брали. Отвратительное чувство доказывать, что ты не вор 4. До моря идти по вонючей улице, сам пляж вполне нормальный

Заезд был быстрым. Вид с нашего номера на 10 этаж был прекрасен. Завтрак очень разнообразный, и меню менялось через день. Сервис номеров отличный. Выход на пляж очень близко. Но лучше пройти чуть дальше вдоль берега. Есть платные лежаки 150к, а дальше и 100к. Рядом находится Oscen бар, где классно встречать закат, а в 22.00 начинается fire show. За час до начала шоу, вход становится платным. На крыше есть бассейн, так себе для плавания, но вид на другую сторону отеля красивый.

Некуда повесить мокрые вещи после пляжа.

Местоположение отеля отличное, в тишине, в глубине от дороги и шума. Рядом все кафе, пляж, остановка, и огромный гипермаркет Кингонг. Номер огромный, просторный, с удобным матрасом, средней жёсткости. Белоснежное постельное белье. Кондиционер удобно расположен, дует не над головой. Огромная ванная, можно лежать. Вид с балкона роскошный. Полотенце меняли каждый день. Тихий прекрасный красивый номер. Завтраки адаптированные, хорошие, есть выбор и фрукты. На крыше отеля прекрасный вид и бар с бассейном.

В ванной на жалюзи чёрная плесень, её следует отмыть! Иначе портит хорошее впечатление номера. В последний день уборки не принесли чай.

공항과 가까운 거리가 좋았습니다. 아침식사는 대체로 괜찮았습니다. 킹콩마트와 가까워 좋았습니다.

Very little hot water and unfriendly fellow residents

The hotel location is near the city center but still away from the main road noise. The beach is very close to the hotel just about 4 mins walk. The property looks nice from the outside and the common areas are well maintained. The room we stayed was not so spacious, but it had a sea view with a balcony which was great to watch the sunset and the morning calm sea. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was very good, although there were limited vegetarian dish options. The hotel staff was very courteous and prompt in service. The rooftop swimming pool is just about good for its purpose and the bar area offers a nice view of the sea and the surrounding area. There are lots of Spas and food outlets near the hotel which are good to try. Overall a good stay experience.

The room interior looked older than what you see in the photos on their website. The interior and furniture needs renovation. The bathroom amenities are old and had leaks. There was no hot water in the taps/shower during our entire stay, which was a disappointment. Also, saw a cockroach in the bathroom. The in-room dining menu QR code leads to the website menu where the link does not work, so ordering from the restaurant for room service is a challenge. The hotel does not have a bell-boy service for handling the luggage and you need to lift it on your own to/from the taxi to your room.

Beautiful bedroom, very nicely decorated. Breakfast was really good. Location is excellent, very central, walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants.

The location is great with a beautiful ocean view. Staff are all very friendly and they offered better deals for taxis and free shuttle to the airport.

Superb location , friendly staff and decent breakfast. Some great local bars and restaurants almost on the doorstep or short walk and minutes from the beach too. A wonderful room with a great sea view, very impressive and wow factor.

There was a strange set up for the shower unit set up within the bath tub. It was a huge step to to get into the shower within the bath. I couldn't understand it, big heavy marble set up around the bath tub which was three quarters of the way up to the top of my thigh so a very big step to get in and out. I did get used to it but it was daunting and potentially dangerous. I couldn't locate any bath taps so i guess if you wanted to fill the bath you would need to run the shower to fill it? No shower curtail either so lots of water went around the bath room. This is why i deducted 1 point or I'd have scored it 10/10. My suggestion would be get rid of the bath tub set up and close it off as a shower only. Great view from the rooftop pool which is decent but the sun loungers could do with a refresh.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the ocean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was great - in close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops.

The swimming pool was quite cold and the pool area was a bit run down - could do with some TLC. The breakfast wasn’t great. Asked for an omelette and it wasn’t very well cooked - very sloppy and runny in the middle so didn’t eat it. Couldn’t find sugar for tea and coffee. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

Not Vegan or Vegetarian friendly. Didn't even care to ask for vegan options for the next day. Vegan dishes ( only sticky rice) will be kept in the same containers as Pork and fish not suitable to eat for vegan and vegetarian lovers.
