Sheraton Bordeaux Airport

Good airport hotel.

i was a bit concerned that the room i chose on your site was listed as having an accessible bathroom but no such room had been kept for me when we arrived late in the evening.

A beautiful, new hotel. Very clean and comfortable and within walking distance of the airport, so a great location. A wonderful, spacious room and well designed bathroom, extremely comfortable bed. We did have to wait a while to check-in but the person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The staff in the restaurant were less friendly/attentive but the food was very good.

Despite on going construction the Sheraton is convenient to the terminal. We had a surprisingly good dinner in the very nice restaurant!

I was able to walk to the airport!!! Not another taxi ride to stress over! And a good brisk 15 minute walk before flight.

I only booked this hotel for shuttle to airport & apparently it doesn’t run at 4am. Taxi is 20 euro FYI. Would maybe look elsewhere to stay. Staff is great!

I've never been so pleased with an airport hotel. We stayed here one night due to having early flights the next morning. The hotel was a super easy walk to the airport AND there is also a free shuttle should you not want to walk. It's an easy tram ride into the city (about 40 minutes) to explore Bordeaux. The staff of this hotel are the nicest people I've ever encountered in a hotel. Everyone who works here is kind and helpful. It was such a nice experience. The beds, and especially pillows, are super comfortable. Early check-in is allowed for an additional 30 Euros.

Made my wife wait while I dealt with returning the hire car despite the fact that she queued for 30 minutes to check in becuase the room was in my name. Then despite the fact that I provided my Credit Card, they decided not to authorise the card to be used for our evening meal and didn’t mention it at reception. Then electronic controls that were so ill thought theough we actaully turned off the bedside lamps at the wall socket. Potentially great hotel ruined by mad processes.

Best well appointed room ever! Only issue we had was figuring out how to get into the parking lot—there weren’t signs to direct us.

Pool, hamam and steam room were cold

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed out especially for the price. Extremely comfortable rooms. Heads up, The switch panel next to the door also controlled the coffee. The only downside was the price of the food and latte. ridiculous.

We used this hotel at the start of our holiday as our flight arrived quite late. It is very walkable from the airport (just follow the path by the side of the tram), rooms were very comfortable, modern and clean. Good choice at breakfast with very helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely room and breakfast A little disappointed in bar service. As we walked into bar and sat at a table the 2 bartenders left !

Walkable from airport. Pleasant check in and close to light rail for easy trips to city center.

A delight to stay at a very modern hotel. Evening food was limited as a conference took over the whole of the hotel restaurant. Otherwise very enjoyable

Lovely large room with comfortable bed

Room booked at hotel after a late, and even delayed, flight. Despite being near busy roads room was quiet, comfortable and large. Breakfast extensive. Staff excellent. Check-in and out quick and efficient. The only very slight downside for me was that music at breakfast was a little too upbeat for my taste.

Wonderful facility… staff was great … rooftop pool and gym was a nice touch !

A very pleasant hotel inside. Works were being done around the hotel making parking and drop off a little chaotic. Hopefully just a temporary situation.

Very clean and modern hotel with spacious and tasteful rooms. Very close to the airport making it convenient if you are catching an early flight out of Bordeaux airport.

We had an early start for a flight so booked the night before. This is an excellent hotel and an easy walk to the airport.

In general staff is not helpful and friendly. Shuttle was not working in the morning but nobody let us know.

Me, my girlfriend and our two chihuahuas stayed for one night. Overall a really nice hotel, highly recommend. Only negative is the 50€ for our dogs for one night.

Convenient for the airport, but the walk is slightly further than you think… not the fault of the hotel. Staff were lovely, room clean and quiet.

It always feels like a treat to end our summer holiday at this hotel. Quiet, relaxing, lovely and spacious rooms. Love the breakfast options and the pool. Gald it's so close to the tram into the city centre.

This was an excellent choice for an overnight stay after a late flight into Bordeaux. Everything we needed and the shuttle service was fantastic.

Upgraded to a massive room for 2 people which was fantastic

Room was booked for an early check in. I.e booked night prior for an 8.30am check in . Room should have been ready the afternoon prior but we had to wait for 30 minutes for a room to be made available. Checkout 3 hours later

This is a fairly sterile Sheraton facility, neither warm and inviting nor located in a dangerous part of the city. Maybe the fact that we stayed over on a Sunday lead to the low activity in the hotel that we experienced. There is no hotel transportation provided; I know that the terminal is within walking distance, except if one is much older and can't handle heavy suitcases for the torturous walk through a construction zone.

We stayed here for one night as we arrived on a late evening flight with our two small children - we had a junior suite and it was perfect, so much space, so quiet and a lovely breakfast! A great start to our holiday.

Receptionist was very friendly & answered all my questions. She even made taxi reservations for me the next day at 4:25 am.

This property is adjacent to the airport property and they provide free shuttle service to the airport. If you don't have much luggage, it is actually very walkable.

When you book a room for the wrong date and the hotel refuses to cancel and refund 10 minutes later they get a bad review. Hotel blames Expedia. Expedia blames hotel. I’m out 150 bucks so they get a bad review. Service matters folks!!! If they are this bad and I didn’t even stay there imagine how good their service will be. Bon chance!

Beautiful new hotel, very comfortable, can’t fault it.

We had the junior suite for one night airport stop. It was Beutiful and big! We used the rooftop pool before leaving which we had to ourselves and cannot wait to return! Thank you to all of the lovely friendly staff that we came across on our short one night stay.

Large comfortable rooms, close to airport

The hotel does NOT offer a shuttle service - false advertising which is unacceptable for an airport hotel. They say it is based on availability but despite the hotel being empty and there being no traffic at the reception the staff did not want to operate the shuttle.

Great stay at Sheraton Bordeaux. Convenient for airport and walkable. Very comfortable and clean rooms, with a very good breakfast offering. They have a shuttle but not immediately clear how to organise one for airport pick up and I think it stops at about 3pm. Would be great to have running later into the evening as the walk at night isn’t ideal and the journey isn’t worth paying a cab for to be honest.

Excellent airport hotel, I loved my stay there, from the quality of the room, cleanliness, food at the restaurant and service. I loved it everything!

Excellent hotel, but restaurant was not open for dining on Sundays. A must for exhausted travelers. Location was too far to go elsewhere without a taxi, so we walked to airport to eat. I was charged an extra $30 to check in after noon, although I never observed any guests milling around. Lobby was always void of guests. Extremely odd.

It was great and so convenient being at the airport hotel and one that is really nice!! No stress on timing and super service!!

My stay was one night and was exactly what I needed for a short and comfortable stay on my transfer from Bordeaux - just nearby the airport. The room was fabulous (undisturbed by noise despite the distance from the airport) and the staff professional. The transfer from the hotel to the airport was very convenient.

This is a brand new Sheraton and a beautiful hotel. It’s the most American hotel I’ve stayed in, in France. It has all the amenities. My only complaint is that the restaurant is closed on Saturday night. Crazy! It’s one of the reasons I stayed here, for my flight the next day, I wanted to be able to have a decent meal and looked for a hotel with a restaurant. I was quite surprised disappointed when I arrived, and they told me the restaurant was closed.

Beautiful hotel. But the shuttle doesn’t start running until 5:00 am, when first flights start at 6:00. Ended up paying 20 Euros to get to the airport. It was loud. Not from the airplanes but sounded like a ice machine was going off every 5 minutes. Incredibly difficult to get some rest before traveling.

We had a problem checking in because of a misunderstanding with a 10% discount but after being looked at it was honoured but not without discussion. The bar staff were extremely pleasant and all spoke fluent English. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice, you wouldn't need to eat for the rest of the day if you were inclined to taste everything. The choice of teas was great. The rooms were lovely and big and well equipped with USBs and a phone chargers on the console. Tried to turn the heating down below 19 but unable to so was a little warm. Lots of mirrors. Lack of lighting in the main bedroom area. Although didn't use the gym or the pool on the roof it looked great and was annoyed I forgot my cossie. Parking available which we didn't use however no undercover walkway to get to the car park and it was throwing it down with rain the morning we left so you just get wet going to your car. Lots of seating in reception area along with power sockets to charge electrical devices. Looked at the restaurant menu but very uninspiring, very little choice.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel is an easy walk to the airport. Bar menu has delicious food and whilst this is certainly not a budget option, it's great and I will happily return.

Considering the standard of the Sheraton, there is a lack of help and service. No smile at the reception. Quite cold atmosphere. Straight modern hotel without a soul.

There was only limited food options on the weekend (pizza only). Also, the room had a bad odor.

The staff was not helpful and gave the impression they did t gave to do anything to help because they were part of a bogged hotel chain and would get other customers anyways. The airport shuttle is COMPLETELY unreliable…. Do not stay there for that

The "five minute walk" to the airport is at least a 10 minute slog with all of your luggage. The "free shuttle bus" is only at certain times and if that does not suit you, you're on your own, it is a euro 20 cab ride. The staff were particularly unhelpful.

Beautiful new hotel located at the Bordeaux airport. The property is located a few minutes walk from the tramway line that goes into the city centre. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was a special treat. We highly recommend the hotel.

Very spacious rooms with comfy beds

Amazing hotel right next to the airport but you don’t hear anything. Very clean, brand new, extremely confortable. The shower was amazing, the beds too. Service was fantastic and the shuttle was clean and on time. I don’t have any negative feedback. Will definitely stay here again as soon as I can!
