The reception waiting place needs abit cleaning eg the couch .. They need to provide atleast 2 toilet paper for each bathroom atleast instead of one and when it’s finished you need to buy ur own…

Reviewed Apr 22, 2024The house is very beautiful just opposite the beach its very refreshing with the sea view plus glass window to the balcony that gives access to the road everything is beautiful in the house except that no cleaning service till you request that you pay for it i just wish it could be done differently in the future and the tissue should be given also since we had to buy when its finished

Reviewed Nov 5, 2023Spectacular location and view point of table mountain, making it for good value of money. Well suited for our purpose of travel and would return to the area over festive or summer times, definitely.
From the time of booking until getting the keys, the entire experience came across as a scam. I dealt with 3 different people from the company managing the rentals, and it felt like each one didn't know about the other ones engagement with me, to the extend where it felt like each one followed their own rules. It made for a very frustrating experience, whilst we trusted that it wouldn't end up being a scam. Cecilia then arrived, at a glorious sigh of relief, we were chauffeured around for about an hour showing where is everything, to the tee...I must say that it's due diligence and a different experience to hospitality when arriving at a self catering accommodation. There's probably a need for that too... but for an hour long. We've had other niggly issues with the neighbor and the management of the apartments, especially when the water was switched off without warning, before departure... The overall comfort was not what was expected and one could probably find the same accommodation style with a better experience in the same vicinity elsewhere.

The views alone are worth the price of admission, but this property has so much more to offer. From the moment you walk in the door, you'll be struck by the sleek and modern design of the space. Everything has been thoughtfully curated to create a seamless experience that is both stylish and functional. And with all the amenities you could ever need, you'll feel right at home in no time. But let's get back to those views. Whether you're enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony or watching the sunset from the living room, you won't be able to get enough of the stunning vistas that surround you. The sea sparkles in the distance, while Table Mountain looms large in the background. It's truly a sight to behold. Overall, I can't recommend this property enough. It's the perfect spot for a getaway, a family vacation, or a solo retreat.
Unfortunately, our recent stay at this property was not without its issues. Firstly, we were disappointed to be almost charged an additional R400 by the property manager for checking in after 9pm, despite our flight landing at 8:30pm and our journey from the airport taking around +-30 minutes. Moreover, we found the second bathroom to have an unpleasant odor whenever the shower was used, which meant we had to rely on the en suite instead. Additionally, we experienced load shedding during our stay, and were surprised to find that there was no backup power available. Lastly, we were surprised to receive complaints from the neighbors about the noise level, despite our conversations being a quiet and relaxing chat outside, with no music playing. Overall, while the property had its charms, these issues detracted from our experience and left us feeling a bit dissatisfied.
