Asciugamani, pastiglie della lavastoviglie e sacchi immondizia in numero insufficiente per i giorni di soggiorno. Non ne abbiamo chiesti di ulteriori perchè eravamo già organizzate (probabilmente se ne avessimo avuto necessità, ci sarebbero stati forniti)

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor, which is highly appreciated in the area and is always busy. We had dinner there on our first evening, and absolutely everything we ordered was delicious. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly, making us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. We highly recommend it! I would have loved for breakfast to be available at this property as well. Unfortunately, they do not offer breakfast, but there is a Billa just a 2-minute walk away where you can buy everything you need for breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The beds were very comfortable.
If you arrive at the hotel in the evening after a long day of sightseeing, the parking lot can be quite full because of the restaurant’s customers. It can be a little inconvenient when you can’t find a parking spot right away. However, we managed just fine. After a short while, some spaces became available, and we were able to park our car without any problems.

Nič sme nenašli. Niekomu môže preukázať lokalita hneď vedľa hlavnej cesty. A jediná drobnosť je, že v okolí nikde nebol smetny kôš, keď sme chceli vyhodiť sáčok s exkrementani nášho psíka.

l'appartamento si trova al primo piano di un piccolo edificio a ridosso della strada e quindi rumoroso. inoltre alcune finestre affacciano sullo spazio esterno del ristorante sottostamte. wifi pessimo

Velika prednost je besplatni, osiguran parking i restoran u prizemlju, koji nudi domaću hranu po prihvatljivoj cijeni. Sigurno se vraćamo, domaćim Gosp. Martin je bio izuzetno ljubazan i susretljiv.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Tutto!! L'appartamento molto bello, accogliente, pulito e spazioso (con lavatrice, lavastoviglie, phon...)! Il personale molto gentile! Abbiamo cenato al ristorante e le specialità del posto erano ottime! Grappa offerta a fine cena e caffè offerto alla restituzione delle chiavi. Posizione dell'appartamento molto comoda per visitare paesi in Italia e Austria. Impianto sciistico di Sillian a 800 mt con ampio parcheggio, piste belle, assolate, costi dei giornalieri più agevoli in Austria rispetto all'Italia (soprattutto per le famiglie, per i ragazzi 50% in meno rispetto all'adulto). Market vicino all'appartamento, raggiungibile a piedi. Consigliatissimo!

Priestory velke, prijemne, vysoke stropy, pekna kupelna. pri otvorenom okne bol skoro rano hluk z cesty, co je ale pochopitelne kedze ubytovanie je pri hlavnej ceste. Lokalizacia v mestecku ale dobra v blizkosti centra aj obchodu aj blizko talianskych hranic. Tesili sme sa z krasnych vyletov v nedalekych dolomitoch.
Nepacilo sa nam ze spolocna chodba bola citit od cigariet.

Il nostro appartamento era un po' rumoroso, le finestre davano sulla strada principale, trafficata. Manca il bidet.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025Přijeli jsme brzo ráno okolo 2 hodiny a majitel byl ochotný nám ponechat otevřený apartmán a dodělat check-in ráno. Moc hezké ubytování. Odpovídá dle fotek bookingu. Viděl jsme nějaké fotky v recenzích a jsou focené trochu tmavě, tak to působí trochu jinak, než fotky od bookingu ale realita je stejná jak na bookingu. Čisté a hezké ubytování. Prostorné pokoje.
Přišlo nám, že je ubytování lehce načichlé kouřem ale mohl to být jen dojem. Jinak vše super.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2025Excellent accommodation, cleanliness, size and comfort in an apartment for a family of four. Perfect parking and the possibility to eat in the restaurant makes this place an exceptional opportunity for skiing not only in nearby Italy (8km 3Zinnen) or directly in Sillian
My only criticism would be that the mattress is too soft.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2025Location was very good, 2 minutes to supermarket, plenty of parking space in front of the accommodation, exceptionally clean. Under the accommodation is also a restaurant with friendly staff.
As the building is close to the main road, after 7:30 the apartment gets a bit noisy as the trucks are passing by, especially in our case the bedroom.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2023Very nice and guest friendly, we spent one week in two bedroom apartment on 2nd floor, we have included half-board in the restaurant in the building. Just couple of minutes by walk from Hochpustertal ski resort in Sillian and just 10 minutes by car to Drei Zinnen Dolomites ski resort in Italy. The apartment had a very authentic atmosphere, lots of wood, wooden floors, high ceilings, the building is 500 years old, very cozy.
