Breakfast good choice. Staff were amazing the cleaners ,bar staff and the waitress girls always greet you smiling and very helpful they are a bonus to this hotel. Lunch food was great too first class service.

No bad points really. If i was to say one would be the pool is a tad on the cold side

Great location, easy walk to Hisarounu. Able to catch Dolmus bus from the nearby stop either to Fethiye director or Oludeniz. Swim up rooms are perfect, roomy and private. Fabulous breakfast. Very friendly staff who are smiling and helpful.

Locatie is top. Je kan wandelent bar street in. Swim-up room was fantastisch! Ontbijt is top. Je kan makkelijk je auto kwijt met parkeren. Airco werkt fantastisch! Schone kamers.

Weinig bestek in de kamers. Voor onze dochter hadden we schalen en lepels nodig.

J’ai été extrêmement satisfaite de mon séjour. La résidence est magnifique, très propre et bien entretenue. Le personnel est accueillant, gentil et toujours disponible. La chambre était confortable, la piscine superbe et l’ambiance très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Location was great - close to the strip but in a quiet location. Breakfast was good, great choice of hot and cold foods. Staff were very attentive and friendly especially the pool staff.

Nothing - the only thing I think they can improve on is catering a bit more for coeliacs - everything on the pool food menu contained gluten and there were no gluten free beers available.

A lovely modern hotel situated in the perfect location just a few strides away from the huddle bussle of the bars shops and cafes. And the stay made perfect evenmore by the amazing staff.. From Abdul qadiz,Yasmin and kaan in reception to harum yaya and Linda in the breakfast bar.. they all went above and beyond to make our stay even more pleasant. : 🤩👌🏽 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Просто превосходный отель, номера на первом этаже с выходом в собственный бассейн, ежедневно убираются , чудесные завтраки - ничего лишнего . У бассейна всегда спокойная музыка , без дискотек 👌🏻. Возле улиц с ресторанами /кафе , это очень удобно . Мы были на своей машине и ездили на пляж без проблем

I had a very distressing experience at this hotel because of the behaviour of a member of the reception staff. The staff member repeatedly contacted me, asked intrusive personal questions, pressured me to go out with him, repeatedly called and messaged me while I was sleeping and knocked on my hotel room door. When we later went out, his behaviour became inappropriate and included unwanted touching. Because he knew my room number and had access to my personal information, I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe returning to the hotel. I reported everything to hotel management and provided evidence of the communications. I eventually had to request a room change because I no longer felt safe staying in my original room. I also formally complained to Booking.com on 12 August, but after they followed up with the property, I was told on 20 August that “no compensation could be provided in this case.” Despite the seriousness of what happened, I received no financial compensation or refund. Some of the other hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately that does not outweigh this experience. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing and I would never stay here again. If you are considering this hotel, I would strongly recommend taking these concerns into consideration.

Хороший завтрак, чистые номера . В самих номерах я бы добавил посуды и больше бы лил в дозаторы мыла в душе. С парковкой вокруг нет проблем, шума от улицы с ресторанами тоже нет.

We are absolutely delighted with our stay. The hotel completely exceeded our expectations! It is a brand-new property, incredibly clean, and perfectly maintained. The atmosphere is very cozy and intimate, with a wonderful "home away from home" feel, so you never feel crowded. Our accommodation was fantastic – it wasn't just a room, but a spacious two-story apartment with direct access to the swimming pool, which felt incredibly luxurious and comfortable. The staff deserves a special mention. Everyone was extremely friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. Every single day they would check on us and ask if we needed anything. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety of fresh food every morning, including a huge selection of tasty fruits. The hotel also has a private beach. While it is not located right next to the property and you need to drive there, the entry is completely free, and they have dedicated sun loungers reserved exclusively for hotel guests.

The only slight disappointment was the surrounding area. For our taste, it was a bit too commercialized. We personally prefer a more authentic, local vibe, whereas here it felt more like being in the UK than in Turkey. However, as a base for exploring and taking day trips, the location is actually very good. Plus, the incredible atmosphere of the hotel completely made up for it! Everything inside the hotel was pristine and comfortable. We highly recommend it!

Понравилось абсолютно все. Персонал , завтраки, контингент . Очень важно указать , что при бронировании данного отеля вход в их Beach Club бесплатный ! Это прям очень здорово , и в самом этом клубе очень красиво и вкусно ! Номера 2хуровневые, на первом этаже сразу выход в бассейн .

Otelde geçirdiğimiz süreden son derece memnun kaldık. Odaların hijyeni, yatakların rahatlığı ve sunulan imkanlar beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Özellikle çalışanların ilgisi, samimiyeti ve yardımseverliği tatilimizi çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Restoran ve kahvaltı çeşitliliği de oldukça başarılıydı. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Vriendelijk personeel, wij kwamen laat in de nacht aan werden keurig ontvangen. Kamers werden elke dag netjes schoongemaakt, wij komen zeker terug.

We have visited Turkey for many years with friends and had our own villa. this was a holiday and I wasn't sure I would enjoy staying in Hissaranu it can be a little loud. the location of the Residence 222 is fabulous it's quiet but not too far to walk to anything. Staff amazing and friendly, cleanliness was exceptional. we booked to re visit before we left. definately 10/10

Unfassbar tolles Hotel 🙌🏽 Es war einfach alles perfekt, das Personal super freundlich, Service war perfekt und einfach jeder Angestellte war sehr nett. Zu der Anlage kann man auch nur sagen Perfekt, der Poolbereich ist immer sauber und gepflegt vorallem angenehm ruhig. Auch hier obwohl sich die Bar direkt im Pool befindet wurden wir bei den Liegen bedient. Es gibt nach dem Check-Out Duschen und ein WC falls man den Tag dort noch ausklingen lassen möchte. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber schön gestaltet und das Bett super Bequem. Alle Balkone richten sich auf den Pool sodas man am Abend noch ein schönes Bild hat. Das Frühstück zu unserer Überraschung war sehr lecker, das beste das wir bis jetzt nach 4 Aufenthalten in der Türkei hatten. Danke an dieses TOLLE HOTEL für den leider zu kurzen Aufenthalt, hat mindestens 4 Sterne verdient.

The breakfast was good. Location is ideal for visiting the old town with all the retail shops and restaurants. The swimming beaches are approximately 2.5km away, however the hotel has a private beach area with parking, which was great. The hotel offers an amazing swimming pool and bar area.

地点在厄吕代尼兹小镇，步行到小镇中心很近，逛街，吃饭都很方便。离海边也不远，方便跳岛游。酒店内部泳池区域面积不小，房间干净整洁，面积适中。接待员工友善，早餐不错，种类不少，足可以吃饱。开业两年的新酒店，性价比还是不错。

Everything! Beautiful residence, immaculately clean. Great staff. Perfect peaceful location off the main strip but within a few minutes walking distance. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and all that the main strip has to offer. Great central point for exploring the surrounding area, including the blue lagoon and the private beaches.

Breakfast was quite poor same thing every day no toast only omelettes could be better. Staff were excellent especially the young girls whom served you at breakfast or at the pool bar .They were so pleasant ,happy and couldn’t do enough for you.

ALL THE STAIRS down to the toilets at pool even for breakfast you have to carry your food up the large marble stairs which is unsafe. A women fell going up them today dropped all her breakfast. Also I stayed in a suite which had 17 marble steps to reach my suite. Then further 17 stairs once in suite to reach the bedroom was heavy going and was scared I would slip. I asked for down stairs room was told I would have to pay another£200 pounds not good.

A modern complex that is clean and minimal within its design. Located at the bottom end of the strip, so easy access to the shops, bars and restaurants while still having the quietness.

Some items didn’t work straight away, such as the tv and bidet system. However, once reported to reception they were sorted within a short amount of time.

The staff were SO friendly, and really made us feel welcomed and comfortable! The facilities were really nice and clean. Food and service were amazing!

Words and pictures truly cannot do justice to the beauty of this property. As a newly built hotel, everything is immaculate, spotlessly clean from the moment you arrive. The rooms are generously spacious and wonderfully well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need provided for you. We stayed in a Superior Suite and absolutely fell in love with it. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, always going above and beyond to make you feel welcome and well looked after. Breakfast offered an impressive variety to suit every taste, and the views, pools, and food were simply outstanding. The menu is also very reasonably priced compared to the rest of the city, the pizza in particular was absolutely delicious. The bar has a lovely atmosphere with soft, ambient background music, present enough to set the mood, yet never loud enough to disturb your relaxation. The sunbed situation was equally well-managed; there were always plenty available without ever feeling crowded. My husband, who is notoriously particular about hotels, was thoroughly impressed, and that truly says it all. We are already planning to come back next year and cannot wait!
