We booked two rooms. One had a fan and the other did not. Having a fan in both rooms would have helped during this unusually hot time.

Leider gab es vor Ort keinen Ansprechpartner, das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal renoviert werden, leider diverse Lampen defekt und Fernseher hatte nur 1 Programm

Sehr altbacken das Zimmer wo wir waren. Auch gestrichen muss dort mal wieder werden. In der Dusche fehlen Schrauben am Henkel. Kein Personal war dort anwesend. Die Türen muss man selber von innen mit dem schlüssel abschließen, sonst könnte jeder einfach ins Zimmer kommen (normale Klinke von außen)

The shower cabin is completely covered in mold. The room and bathroom have an unpleasant smell. The refrigerator doesn't cool at all. Only a couple of buttons on the TV remote work. A bit noisy. There was also no shower gel in the shower.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der Lage zum Flughafen gewählt, da unser Flug sehr früh am morgen ging. Es sind keine 15 Min zu Fuß. Preis-Leistung für 3 Personen voll in Ordnung. Schlüssel befinden sich in einer Schlüsselbox, wenn man sehr spät anreist - unkomplizierter Ablauf.
Zum einmaligen Übernachten ist das Hotel voll ausreichend, es entspricht dem Preisniveau.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Perfeke Lage und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Abflüge am Flughafen. Fußläufig ist ein bus-Shuttler-Transfer zum Airport zu erreichen. Hinweis: Im Bus sind auch mit Deutschland-Ticket drei Euro pro Person in bar zu bezahlen, da es sich um einen privaten Betreiber handelt. Der Check-In ist einfach über einen Schlüsselkasten geregelt. Im Umfeld gibt es einige Restaurants, Kioske und Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten für einen netten Abend.
Wir sind mit allem sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026The front-of-house staff were polite and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the fluffy pillows! The bathroom was modern and spotless.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected our stay, which we noticed late at night when the hotel was not staffed. The blinds did not come down, and the blackout curtains didn't close fully, leaving around a 50 cm gap in the middle. As a result, the room was very bright at night from the street lights. Although half of the window was frosted, being on the ground floor with people walking past just outside and no way to fully cover the window aside from sheer curtains raised privacy concerns. The combination of the light, passing car headlights, and, on one occasion, flashing blue emergency vehicle lights made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room would also benefit from additional bedside lighting. Only the main ceiling light was working, and while there was a lamp in the window, it appeared to be broken. Overall, these are relatively simple issues to fix. Addressing them would make a significant difference to the guest experience, and I would happily give the hotel a higher rating.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026God beliggenhed med gå afstand til bosiddende familie. Billigt hotel - man får hvad man betaler for. Og ikke mere! God bager/cafe bag hotellet til morgenmad.
*Parkeringsforholdene er uklare. De 3 pladser nede foran garagerne er ikke skiltet. Hvor længe, og på hvilke dage, må man parkere på de offentlige steder? Hotellet bør skilte, og/eller udlevere parkeringstilladelser. *Internet var elendigt. Virkede ikke da vi ankom. Måtte ringe til kontoret, hvorefter forbindelsen blev repareret. Båndbredden var under 5 Mbit, som er for lidt til f.eks streaming. *Adgang kan klart forbedres. At alle gæster skal bruge samme nøgle som adgang til hotellet, er ikke sikkert. Der var hedebølge under vores ophold. Dynerne var klart vinterdyner, og gjorde nattesøvnen, sammen med larmen fra gaden, virkeligt dårlige. Heldigvis var der en ventilator. Vi var der 3 nætter.

Brak kontaktu z obsługą. Mimo wielu prób nikt nie odbierał telefonu. Miałem problem z dostaniem się do hotelu. Na recepcji nikogo oczywiście nie ma. Ok, ale dlaczego nikt nie odbiera telefonu w godzinach, w których można się zameldować? Był kod do skrytki. To prawda, ale informacja o tym, że trzeba klucz, który ledwie się mieści w skrzynce, znowu tam włożyć, dotarła do mnie kilka godzin po zameldowaniu. Ogólnie odradzam. Dużo stresu przy zameldowaniu. Nie polecam.

Nu ceea ce ar fi putut fi ma bine, mai degraba ce a fost si nu mai este. Camera cu balcon, dar fara scrumiera afara. Racitor/ bar care nu functioneaza. Lipsa totala de sapun sau gel de dus. Veioze care nu functioneaza. Vasul de la WC murdar de la clientii anteriori. Umerasele din dulapul de haine sunt anti-furt, adica hainele vor sta intr-un dulap care miroase urat si mirosul se imprima in haine. Aparatul de cafea de la Receptie era defect. De 10 ani stau in acest hotel cand zbor din Dortmund si se vede degradarea continua, desi preturile cresc mereu.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Ami tetszett a szállásban: * Tetszett, hogy a vízforralóval biztosan nem tudtam leforrázni a lábam, mert vízforraló egyáltalán nem volt. * A reggelivel sem lehetett elrontani a gyomromat, mert reggelit nem biztosítottak. * A klímától sem kellett tartani, hogy megfázom, mert klímaberendezés sem létezett. * A szobában ingyenes kávébekészítés sem volt, így a kávétól sem ment fel a savam, mert kávéfőző sem volt. * Az is tetszett, hogy a szekrénybe nem kellett kipakolni a ruháinkat, mert olyan dohos és kellemetlen szaga volt, hogy inkább a bőröndben hagytuk őket. * Különösen emlékezetes volt, hogy kezdetben öt szobára jutott egyetlen fürdőszoba és WC. * Miután egy szinttel lejjebb kaptunk egy másik szobát, a helyzet már javult: legalább saját fürdőszobánk volt, így nem kellett több szoba vendégeivel közösen használni az egyetlen, WC-vel egybeépített fürdőhelyiséget. * Az is tetszett, hogy az öt nap alatt egyszer sem takarították ki a szobát, így nem kellett bajlódnunk a „Ne zavarjanak!” tábla kiakasztásával. Összességében ritkán találkozik az ember ennyi „kényelmi megoldással” egy helyen.
Egyben ahogy volt!😂

Very small room, no space to even open the luggage. The coffee machine downstairs was out of order. The whole hotel is old and smells old and rusty. Literally no shower gel or shampoo in the bath. Impossible to fall asleep. Loud street in the night and no air conditioning.

Ich musste das Peronal auf die Sauberkeit hinweisen. Sie haben dann noch Schmutz vom Fussboden entfernt und sich entschuldigt. Außerdem war der Jackenhalter so instabil, wo ich meine Jacke drüberhing verbog er sich total. Ebenso war die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Flur defekt und der Fernsehr auf meinem Zimmer startete nicht.
