Like others comments on Google maps, I booked this hotel here and as soon as I arrived they canceled it. So we had our rooms but there was no way to rate them here. I had to write to Booking client service twice to do it. And you understand why very fast. 1) when we arrived, the guy gave us 2 keys saying we had 2 reservations. I had to show him on booking it wasn't the case. The only reason I see is so he can bill us two rooms. He insisted quite a bit with the two rooms... great start... 2) the room was dirty, bed is as hard as the floor, no ac... It's very far from the 9.8 rating when we booked... that they keep by canceling reservations 3) there's quite some noise in the room, you can hear the elevator and the people coming and going... It must be the first time I put a 1 on booking but there's what I hate the most here : dishonesty. Add that a really bad room (and in Vietnam, good rooms are so abondant...)

Reviewed Nov 1, 2023Conveniently close to the airport, big room and bed. Just like in the photo.
It's a bit difficult to get some sleep. Too much noise from the outside. Nothing to do with the hotel but it's something to consider. They only accept cash.

Beliggenheden er forfærdelig hvis du vil se noget som helst af Hanoi. Der er meget få restauranter og caféer i området. Og kun 1 der leverer. 1 butik i nærheden men langt fra hotellet. Personalet var irritable.
